Selected Slow Cow on this day to have a quick meal based on OpenRice recommendations. It was past lunch time so there was no need to wait for a table. I ordered slow cow set, which included 90g of slow-cooked dry-aged beef. Instead of Japanese rice, I opted for the tomato & onion spaghetti and added an onsen egg. Selected Slow Cow on this day to have a quick meal based on OpenRice recommendations. It was past lunch time so there was no need to wait for a table.

I ordered slow cow set, which included 90g of slow-cooked dry-aged beef. Instead of Japanese rice, I opted for the tomato & onion spaghetti and added an onsen egg. It also came with a sauce of choice, of which I picked the spicy peri peri. Total was $98 (before the 10% service charge).

The meal arrived quickly and the presentation was super appetizing. The onsen egg was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and super beefy. The spaghetti was also seasoned very well and strongly flavored. Probably not be the best choice as the flavor competed with the meat. I would probably go for plain rice next time. The peri peri sauce was tasty but unnecessary.

Overall a delicious meal and I look forward to ordering more meat next time.
