Solemate於青衣美景花園開張時,已有媒體報導宣傳,當時的我已對這餐廳頗有期望,並希望能夠一試。但家住青衣的朋友卻帶著負評,為何呢?今日難得一到青衣的朋友家,我還是硬著頭皮叫他們陪我食一次,當然,他們不會拒絕,就這樣.....令我對這餐廳完全改觀。差的並非食物質素,而是店主對食物的熱誠及對自己的出品分了貴賤的可憐。聽朋友說Solemate最先開業時,是沒有set dinner的,我覺得這是正常不過。但後來可能地區問題, 生意形態轉了而開始有set dinner. 這也是順勢而行。但這裡的老闆娘卻極度不喜歡客人點set dinner, 我們坐下時只提供高價食品的餐牌,當朋友問到set dinner時她才死死氣提供set dinner的餐牌,還補上一句"你地唔會只叫set掛?”😳😳😳當然,我地不會只點set, 因為餐牌內的選擇比較吸引,但小朋友會比較喜歡set, 因為有餐牌內沒有的意粉。所以我們點了三個set dinner及餐牌內五個"高級"菜式。最先上檯的南瓜湯很甜,質感濃郁。跟湯的包也很香牛油味,夠香脆👍🏼之後set dinner陸續上檯,說真句,一分錢 一分貨,我絕對理解,對它們

聽朋友說Solemate最先開業時,是沒有set dinner的,我覺得這是正常不過。但後來可能地區問題, 生意形態轉了而開始有set dinner. 這也是順勢而行。但這裡的老闆娘卻極度不喜歡客人點set dinner, 我們坐下時只提供高價食品的餐牌,當朋友問到set dinner時她才死死氣提供set dinner的餐牌,還補上一句"你地唔會只叫set掛?”😳😳😳

當然,我地不會只點set, 因為餐牌內的選擇比較吸引,但小朋友會比較喜歡set, 因為有餐牌內沒有的意粉。所以我們點了三個set dinner及餐牌內五個"高級"菜式。最先上檯的南瓜湯很甜,質感濃郁。跟湯的包也很香牛油味,夠香脆👍🏼

由於份量不多,所以在"高級"菜還未上檯前,我們打算叫多一份set dinner, 當時老闆娘黑著臉說客人太多,做唔到。我們環顧四周,真的是full house, 所以理解廚師應該會很忙,應接不暇,所以都沒有計較,算了吧!怎知這個老闆娘竟然攞本"高級"餐牌過來,話"如果要加野, 就叫這本吧!"😨😨我一心以為她是為廚師著想,怎知她可以膚淺到一個極點🤣🤣

如果店主開這餐廳是希望所有客人都食住牛扒飲紅酒,食住海鮮飲白酒的話,我想你是選錯地點了。既然這麼清高,倒不如就走高檔路線,將被你們視為下等的套餐下架吧!但只怕是"高不成"🤓一間成功的餐廳食物質素重要外,其實服務質素同樣重要,有誰喜歡對著個黑面神食飯,你估我依家食緊"澳洲牛奶"😒

最後食哂先上2杯疑似係即沖嘅三花熱朱古力,而且味道較淡...


難怪冇乜客人,9點左右得返我一枱就趕收工,馬上收錢趕我哋走了。

點都估唔到,青衣山頂上都係平民屋邨,當中竟有間頗 decent 嘅 cafe。餐廳嘅裝修係以藍白色為主,令人感覺好舒服。本以為屋村小店出品一般,可能本身期望唔大,食落反而有驚喜!好似佢嘅什菇帶子意粉就做得非常好,白汁味道剛好而且好入味,食得出唔係 hea hea 淋汁就算(呢一點可能好多連鎖店都做唔到)。雖然帶子細細粒,但其實又好多粒兼且有好多菇同洋蔥。Burger 都唔差架,漢堡扒唔係薄切切果啲,仲有大量蘑菇。加上麵包稍為烘熱咗,有脆脆嘅口感,仲吸收埋蘑菇汁。仲因為即時製作嘅關係,漢堡扒同蘑菇嘅熱力都將芝士溶化,入口果下真係非言語可以形容下,你自己下次嚟親身試下啦!

本以為屋村小店出品一般,可能本身期望唔大,食落反而有驚喜!好似佢嘅什菇帶子意粉就做得非常好,白汁味道剛好而且好入味,食得出唔係 hea hea 淋汁就算(呢一點可能好多連鎖店都做唔到)。雖然帶子細細粒,但其實又好多粒兼且有好多菇同洋蔥。

Burger 都唔差架,漢堡扒唔係薄切切果啲,仲有大量蘑菇。加上麵包稍為烘熱咗,有脆脆嘅口感,仲吸收埋蘑菇汁。仲因為即時製作嘅關係,漢堡扒同蘑菇嘅熱力都將芝士溶化,入口果下真係非言語可以形容下,你自己下次嚟親身試下啦!

The prices at first glance were a bit high but we would see if it's worth it. The crisp white toast was fair as an appetizer. The clam chowder soup with diced potato and was creamy and still light. Salad with smoked salmon and balsamic vinegar was so-so. Spaghetti Bolognese with a dash of spice and lots of red kidney beans was fair - interesting seasoning. Rock salt marinated slow cooked pork belly - meat was quite tender though a bit hard to cut through the skin. The garnishes were slightly sweet pineapple chutney, roast broccoli and purée and diced beetroot - not bad at all. Panna cotta of a unique shade of blue - coloured with edible Asian pigeonwings and underlying poppyseed in tofu. Coffee was satisfactory - and that's high by my standards. For $260 per head, quite a decent dinner after all.

多年前已經睇過介紹既一間小店,終於有機會一試真假本身青衣已經唔多熟既我,黎到餐廳位於既美景花園,直頭驚訝會開系呢個位置叫左個豬柳同Risotto share食,豬柳十分之出色,Risotto亦煮得比較岩口味 (因Risotto正宗係比較硬)今晚終於明白開系咁冷門既位置都可以維持多年既原因,兩個字...‘實力’!

叫左個豬柳同Risotto share食,豬柳十分之出色,Risotto亦煮得比較岩口味 (因Risotto正宗係比較硬)

好多人都話青衣這間小店都只係平平無奇,但試過之後,我相信你地一定會改觀。香港人基本上食西餐就好似係個幾味。係,唔係意粉就係扒,但要如何展現出好色,超高的技術就係考驗大廚功力的重要一環。是晚一套晚餐,有前菜、有主菜,兩樣都係大分出色的菜色。前菜:酒醉鮑魚看似中廚而又非中菜的前菜。大廚將鮑魚冷凍再切片,有鮮味之餘帶有陣陣酒氣。初夏吃上涼菜口感極佳,配上酒氣,將鮑魚鮮味提升,引人入勝。鮑魚下伴以蜜瓜簿片,蜜瓜甜味配上鮑魚汁更是一盡,在初夏完全帶來一陣清爽的感覺。主菜:香煎安格斯牛扒無錯,主菜就係用圍都食到的牛扒。看到肯定比人話無料到。但一塊牛扒卻用盡心思。塊扒先封乾兩個星期,煎出黎外脆但肉汁充滿成塊扒,食落口嫩口非常又不失口感。坊間好多牛扒煎出黎都流失肉汁而失分。最重要係唔係和牛口感而係真真正正有肉味有口感的牛扒。當然如果要食到和牛咁,咁大家就不用討論。基本上唔計甜品,成間餐廳老闆的確放左好多心機係上面,好唔好食係好主觀,但係老闆、老闆娘對食有一種堅持同此真,絕非因爲賺盡每一位而開餐廳。雖然服務同好多好多地方都有改善空間,但只要大家多一分支持就係比佢地最好的鼓勵。

我都點了晚市套餐,價錢不算太貴,只是餐湯要加$20倒是有點意外。

後來我們見到附近有食客點了一份多士之類的前菜,我們向店員查詢,原來是雞肝多士。

於是就點了一份來試,她很有耐心地介紹這個雞肝的做法,還有食法,非常用心。

聽她說完果然做法不簡單,有丁點的酒味,加了海鹽和蜜糖之後味道又有點不同。

而且多士都烘得很香脆,連小朋友都很喜歡吃。

餐湯是蘑菇忌廉湯,也配上了香脆的麵包條,很濃郁,味道不錯。

我點的主菜是龍脷柳配意粉,店員已事先說明她們的意粉會是比較彈牙的,如想要軟一點就可跟她說明。

我很喜歡彈牙的意粉,很有咬口,調味亦做得恰當。

魚煎得很好,魚肉很滑,可以調味稍為重了一點,有點咸。

老公點的牛仔骨份量不錯,很厚,我試了一點,調味的確不錯,只是有點韌。

伴碟方面幾個套餐都用上了生菜做伴碟,在西餐中是比較小見,有點像"茶餐廳"的感覺。

如換上西蘭花,蘿蔔或豆類感覺會很不同。

總括來說食是不錯,可是未見十分突出,而且地點較偏遠,未必會特意來吃。

利申,只係顧客,一毛都無收過餐廳。我幫襯過呢間几次,我覺得物超所值!我看得出店員的心,他們總是耐心地為客講解每樣食物嘅制作方法,令客人知道,原來每樣食物都是心機之作!至於味道,當然是非常不錯!看出他們的心機!

今日同媽咪去食lunch, 大家都叫左個忌廉蟹肉意粉。呢個意粉我上星期六都食過,當時覺得好好味,個汁又好creamy, 今日見到又有咁就梗係叫啦。點知今次水準比起上次差,汁少左好多,蟹肉完全冇味,成碟意粉嘅調味都唔係好夠...開頭以為都有諗係咪因爲lunch rush hour 先係咁,但今日仲少人過星期六,咁點解會仲差左呢?.....所以有時黎呢度食都要睇下好唔好彩...

星期日同家人落樓食午飯,一去到見到個餐牌已發現加左價,之前65蚊嘅手打牛肉漢堡已變成75蚊。但因為呢間嘅水準唔水錯,又唔係成日食所以都照入去。我叫左個慢煮西冷牛扒飯(72蚊),老公叫左手打牛肉漢堡(75蚊),小朋友叫左蘆筍龍脷魚意粉(65蚊)。野食一上已發現比之前份量少好多,薯條少左一半,意粉大約少左3份1。可能係美景商場租金加價,都明白嘅。講返食物味道,我只食過我碟牛扒飯,牛扒有2塊,生熟程度剛好,但配菜只係白烚,冇任何調味,略嫌馬虎。但整體尚算好味。但始終呢間餐廳係美景黎講真係貴,所以只會間唔中食一次。

其實食物質素唔差! 價錢中上! 但係有一位女待應 完全冇禮貌! 簡直係唔尊重人! 我哋一家連同工人姐姐 黎食中午 ! 想講一句 工人姐姐都係客! 每一個入黎你餐廳係食嘢唔係黎受你臉色! 老實講好食又點! 唔尊重人餐廳 都唔需要人再去多次!

Go to Mayfair gardens shop at 759 store that found a very nice restaurant in here,Call Solemate,may be it was Tuesday,so not that busy,i choose a corner table,the service lady was so nice to introduce the menu for me,as i have eat something in late lunch time,so just wanna enjoy a beer and little food.finally i choose a main course item slow cooked Eberico pork cheek,and craft ale beer, i like that atmosphere and music,can't believe  why restaurant landing in this corner,the chef sit near by kit

finally i choose a main course item slow cooked Eberico pork cheek,and craft ale beer, i like that atmosphere and music,can't believe  why restaurant landing in this corner,the chef sit near by kitchen,i think that is the owner,the beer come first,for me the beer is little strong but as the quality of the beer,taste very fresh.wait about 15 mins,the main has come,the service so nice to explain the dish,feel like professional,i guest they hv a very good training.the meat was amazing,very tender,juice,and favorable,garnish also very good,the mash so yummy.
when almost gonna left,the other women (May be chef' wife).as i saw her photo in outside window and the sofa wall,she asking my feedback,surprise that they put so much effort on definitely will come back here again ,i should bring my girl fd next time.

我最中意係泥蟹ravioli 同鴨胸

個味道好突出

特別係ravioli 出面係冇得食

一定要搵佢

但過左差唔多一個月

我發現慢煮蛋係最深刻的

因為個藜麥好彈牙 屋企要煮到佢既質地好難

食完後 主廚Vito 出黎 (CC都響餐廳!)

同每檯客人傾計

唔知係因為平安夜

定係平時都係咁

作為一個食客

好窩心

佢真係會答你既問題
