其實喺60年代既時候魚腸🐟係下欄野,因為覺得難洗得乾淨又腥~ 估唔到其實魚腸🐟都可以整得好食,通常會用草魚🐟既腸好似鯇魚腸,因為相對會乾淨啲,無咁難洗~ 去除左魚腸🐟入面多餘既脂肪之後,再用薑、葱汆水辟腥,另外要埋魚肝去加多一份甘香,用慢火煎出多餘油分~ 跟住加薑、胡椒粉同陳皮辟腥,加埋蛋🥚、蒜片🧄、芫荽🌿同葱絲落缽仔到蒸,之後再將個缽放喺火上面燒完🔥再焗~ 表面金黃香脆,入面細嫩,鮮味甘腴,香口唔會腥,感覺幾唔錯~
