細看餐牌,噫!所有食物也十分便宜,一盅老火炖湯也只需約$40,而配菜小食,也是$8-$22不等,價錢絕對是平民又親民!

個人其實對中藥材,或炖湯的材料沒有很深的認識 (應該大部分人也不認識吧?特別是男人,哈哈),所以也是跟著餐牌的功效介紹去選擇。

瑪卡 ($36) 9/10

首先,呢個湯熱辣辣拿出來,就連杯既扶手都係熱既,所以要極度小心,喝得出係老火湯,絕無味精。
飲落去清香甘甜,有點人參味,非常舒服。

飲緊既時候睇番餐牌既介紹先知原來瑪卡係秘魯既高原植物,可以增加體力,抵抗疲勞,絕對適合繁忙既都市人,例如係我自己!

仲可以「狀陽」,一定會推介「有需要」既朋友黎試!

黃牛肝炆牛尾 ($18) + 米線 9/10

牛尾都算俾得幾多,有5-6塊,店員介紹說「由於他們的米線是沒有放湯的,建議我們可以把牛尾整碗倒落碗麵度攪拌黎食,或者放炖湯黎食。

而我當然唔會浪費牛尾d「精華」啦,成碗牛尾連汁攪拌米線黎食!
牛尾炆得好淋好入味,仲有條菜送俾我,絕對好味過出面既粉麵店!

松茸湯入落則鮮味十足,味道清幽,感覺又陣陣的芳香,好好味!

When we reached shortly reaching 2pm, the shop was already packed with people. Luckily, without waiting for too long, lunch crowd people soon began to disperse and we had the luxury of dining on 4 people table all by ourselves. Shop size was a little cramped, only being able to accomodate 16 people.

The star attraction of this shop, without a doubt was their soup. They offer lunch set for consumers, consisting of soup, some side dishes, rice or noodles & drink. For people ordering their set meal, price of dishes was cheaper than ala carte by $2 to $4. On a side note, to entice customers to come during their tea time from 2 to 6pm, price will be cheaper by $3.

MACA - We were quite surprised to find that the serving of the soup was quite huge, given the price. The staff was attentive enough to know that we will like to share the soup, so he offered us a small bowl to share. True enough, they did not add in any seasoning. There are alot of ingredients in it and was very nourishing. I heard that this soup helps to increase energy & stamina, as well as reinforce kidney.

Matsutake - Matsutake is a form of mushroom, generally used for soup. As it is not common, price was slightly higher than most mushroom. Soup was very clear, rich in protein as it's benefits.

Since we are going for healthy meal, we go for their brown rice as well. Luckily, brown rice was sparingly mixed with the white rice, thus i could still accept it, being not a very big fan of brown rice. Rice was fragrant and soft, portion was big as well.

而野生菌撈米線及紅米飯就已經到了,米線及紅米飯兩者已經煮得軟腍,同時都是熱騰騰的!而撈米線醬汁非常惹味,醬汁不會令米線過濕,反而令整體米線乾濕度剛剛好,容易入口,同時亦能提昇米線整體的香味。而米線上的肉碎份量很多,而且肉碎肉味濃郁,令人非常開胃。

兩者都是配有蔬菜的,同時都是軟腍狀態,而且是白焯的,沒有多餘菜油,是頗好吃的。

最後我們還點了兩枝飲料,味道都是清涼鮮渴,是天然的味道,不是人做色素或以糖份混合出來的味道呢!兩人大概花了六十元左右,但已經吃得飽飽了。每次外出用餐都怕胖或不健康,今次外出用餐的感覺就完全不一樣了!

見到餐牌係平民價錢,一個人開餐,二話不說就入去啦。清清地叫左個時菜紅米飯,配花雕醉雞蛋、滷排骨、松茸,再加杯羅漢果雪梨茶。紅米飯就不過不失啦,個人認為如果再煮軟身少少就perfect啦!至於松茸味道就過得去啦,勝在夠料多!排骨就有點甜,但煮得夠入味,汁用來撈飯一流。最後醉雞蛋呢,有少少花雕味,不過無乜驚喜..整體黎講,味道尚可,以平取勝。

有個朋友話有間餐廳以中藥為主,叫埋我1齊去試下,收左工我就約埋佢1齊去左,1入到去真係好藥味lo..其實我對中藥味麻麻,但無想過會甘大的,所以我點了秘制鹵排骨,菜心,紅米飯,依度係自由配續件計,排骨食落其實只有豉油味和有小小中藥味,但d排骨口感硬硬的,好似刷子膠,紅米不是全紅米,只有1小部份,口感又是硬硬的,其實煮紅米煮得適中不硬,是有技考的,是要比正常米做多1重工夫的!
