烤餅講真冇乜味,淡淡地,係用來送汁食的,味淡係應該,份量都幾多下,夠四位用。

[ 印色咖喱鮮蝦] 

個蝦係用左雪藏蝦,雖然個咖喱汁幾濃,但係佢個蝦肉真係冇乜味,我懷疑佢係煮好解凍就咁放落去浸一浸就上菜。唔好叫 X( 

[印式椰汁蝦]

呢個蝦肉又係冇乜味,我估應該都係用同一種手法來煮。我講笑話,蝦肉點解可以咁 Pure 好似一張白紙咁冇味!?

飯冇乜飯香,不過texture 幾得意,唔似我地食開的泰國絲苗,佢再幼身同乾身D。一定要沾咖喱汁。

總結來講,呢間印度菜叫合格,但未達到預期咁好味。下次再係重慶度搵多間先。

個飯仲要有d顏色, 就咁睇都見佢地炒到粒粒分明,

i know the owner of this restaurant from wakas mess recently they took over pm club and change the name to spice of india club with fully new decoration so decided to go alone to try some curry in this newly open restaurant since i know the owner i was pretty sure i will have delicious food when i reach there boss was happy to see me warm wellcome with free papdoms mint sauce and glass of water pretty impress with service then i order chicken korma and request for half pulav rice and half steam

突然很想回味一下鐵板的滋味,點了個tandoori chicken。店員從廚房捧出來時,伴隨著吱吱聲,傳來陣陣香氣。上枱時白煙直冒,久久不散。店員擠上檸檬汁,場面更加狀觀。不過,小心油花四濺,手機要拿開。醃成橙紅的雞肉,加點炭燒的黑邊,相當好看。雞脾啖啖肉,雞胸亦不遑不讓。表面被鐵板熱至乾身,吃起來卻嫩滑不嚡。炭香充斥口腔,隨後是惹味的香料,最後是淡淡的雞肉。突然,有輕輕的酸,突如其來的清新,是剛才店員擠上的檸檬汁,有提升鮮味之效。

頗喜歡蘭度豆湯,這次試下咖喱。惹味得連吃幾口,才突然察覺辣度非一般。淺嚐一兩口,或者伴麵包或飯吃會中和辣度,但會稍蓋過其他味。雖然幾辣,但不會接受不了,刺激味蕾又不過份。蘭度豆細細粒,又粉粉的,跟濃稠的咖喱很夾。吃到薑絲,兩種不同的辣相遇,十分特別。

一個辣一個甜,迎合我倆不同的口味。這麼淺色的Korma第一次見,味道也是最甜最淡的一個。咖喱濃厚幼滑,正如餐牌所描述,有堅果香,有水果甜,但沒有絲毫香料味,對尋求刺激的我,不太合口味。蔬菜以煮腍的薯仔和爽口的豆為主,蔬菜的份量和種類都略嫌偏少。

最近突然想吃點不同口味除了西式和日式外印度菜也是我們比較少吃的類型今天突然心血來潮想吃印度菜剛好下午的活動是在尖沙咀進行所以就決定去重慶大慶吃一進入大廈範圍就覺得去了異地一樣有不少印度人向我們派發餐廳宣傳單張隨手拿起其中一張卡片就決定去這間餐廳很有去了印度的感覺查看菜單我們決定吃248元的二人套餐分別有烤脆餅塊、咖哩角、香辣燒雞塊、咖哩羊肉、香燒芝士菠菜、蒜蓉烤包、印度黃飯、一杯汽水一杯芒果特色飲品先來的是烤脆餅塊三大塊脆餅可以沾上醬汁因為印度人是用右手吃的所以我們也入鄉隨俗不過醬汁的份量要控制得很好不然就會沾到滿手都是其實吃起來真的很香很豐印度風味的菜式再來是香辣燒雞塊這道菜是充滿印度風味得來又最適合菜因為辣味是吃韓式炸雞常會吃到的味道而且燒出來真是很香非常值得推介我和老婆仔都爭著吃而咖哩角果然如其名裡面咖哩份量很豐富很濃厚的咖哩味而且裡面還釀有薯仔咖哩配薯仔也是很完美的配搭這個同樣非常欣賞蒜蓉烤包其實是配合其他食物一起吃的單吃的話只有輕微的蒜蓉味味道偏淡其中一個選擇是咖哩羊肉對怕羶味的老婆仔來說這些被濃濃咖哩覆蓋味道的羊肉就最適合不過了而且咖哩份量相對多可把整片烤包都沾上咖哩咖哩辣

三大塊脆餅

可以沾上醬汁

因為印度人是用右手吃的

所以我們也入鄉隨俗

味道偏淡

其中一個選擇是咖哩羊肉

對怕羶味的老婆仔來說

這些被濃濃咖哩覆蓋味道的羊肉就最適合不過了

而且咖哩份量相對多

可把整片烤包都沾上咖哩

同時也可嚐出當中加了不少香料

另一個配烤包的是香燒芝士菠菜
本來還以為是菜

但原來是菜蓉

質感和咖哩差不多

而且芝士也不是預期的味道

可能期望過高

所以覺得相對比普通

印度黃飯則是很特別的一碟飯
與平日吃的飯不同

口感很軟

放入口幾乎可以不用咀嚼

但外表看起來和平日吃的飯確實差不多

味道方面可說是完全淡味

不過配合其他食材香料一起吃就剛好

加上吃過多碟濃味的食物

這碟飯也可說是中和一下

值得一提的是那杯芒果特色飲品
口味像是芒果奶昔

甜度也很適中

在吃偏辣的的印度菜後

喝杯芒果特飲也很不錯
