去過幾間石燒店都冇乜好印象,舊石燒到熱一熱,一方面要趁佢凍之前燒熟d肉,另一方面係舊石極高溫,好多時唔覺意就燒到全熟好鞋口。 今晚見到塊石個心就定左一半,原來塊石全程都有火熱住,正常溫度,放多陣保溫都仲保持到嫩滑。開頭都擔心淨係叫極上和牛二人前set會唔飽,但就算冇得添飯,男仔都捧住個肚走。  和牛比一般日式燒肉切得厚,肉味同口感更加突出。 成個拼盤入面最鍾意和牛三角胸,一睇就知係最肥,係一般人接受到嘅油香。日式釀雞翼分別釀左糯米同芝士忌廉蘑菇,意外地糯米雞翼更加惹味,辣辣地完全唔會膩。 雞皮燒得超級好,煙韌又香口,雞翼尖都食埋。飽餐一頓,其實是但上個雀巢雪糕都收貨,估唔到有心地有埋綠茶粉自製綠茶雪糕,有得食有得玩,仲要茶同雪糕都有水準,同朋友一致話一定會再黎。
