日本產嘅黑毛和牛西冷套餐有三大塊,同神戶牛比較,色澤偏深紅色,油花都冇咁細膩平均。食落較為有咬口,冇咁嫩滑,牛味明顯冇咁濃,亦同樣油脂冇咁清甜,偏向奶味重啲,比較容易膩。但價錢平一半黎講都好抵食,唔會話唔好食。食到一半都可以叫店員煮下菜,解下膩先。野菜盛合種類都多,有京葱、白菜、南瓜、蘿蔔、洋葱等,蔬菜已煮得好入味,鮮甜爽脆,食完會比較清爽,之後再食牛都冇咁漏。食牛個陣仲可以配日本米飯。最後有埋讚岐烏冬,將個蛋汁加埋落去撈黎食一流。是日甜品就係抹茶缺餅。

🌟主角牛🐮一見已經知道好好質素,油香肉香好平衡,一口包裹住蛋液米飯,真的幸福到不可以再幸福咁幸福!
