開業不久,午市提供了不少的選擇,主要以滷水食物為主。在餐牌云云的選擇中,有一個號稱「驚喜價」的四寶飯。四寶飯,$38,份量算正常水平,不會太少。四寶有紅腸、滷水蛋、滷水腩肉、滷水雞翼,份量亦沒有偷工減料。就價錢而言,在同區之中,絕對算得上抵食。就食物而言,紅腸、滷水蛋只是普通水準,而滷水雞翼亦就不夠入味,但是滷水腩肉卻十分不俗。假如對食物十分有要求,就未必能夠滿足。如果只是追求一個簡單、平價而又不錯的午餐,的確值得嘗試一下。

前陣子到佐敦做身體檢查,經過吳松街呢間太陽軒飯店,即時比佢金碧輝煌嘅門面吸引住。停低睇睇,原來係一間潮州滷水專門店,店員向我地介紹,新開張免茶芥加一,即管入去試下先。新開張關係,Menu非常新淨,沒有污漬,感覺良好。食品都有幾多選擇,價錢也合理。先黎嘅係潮汕小食--普寧炸豆腐。佢比一般炸豆腐不同,普寧炸豆腐食嘅時候可先蘸上韭菜鹽水,你可以食到佢外酥內嫩,而且豆香滿溢,有一種相當獨特風味。即係我地平日講嘅煎蠔餅,佢嘅蠔夠肥美,加上粉漿調校得好,蛋香加上鮮蠔嘅香氣,撲鼻而黎。用黎做蠔餅,算大隻架啦。滷水拼盤有鵝片、滷水蛋、紅腸、豬耳等等,鵝片相當入味,超讚呀。烏頭魚份量唔算大隻,但鮮甜美味,特別係個豆瓣醬,調校得相當惹味,烏頭沾豆瓣醬食,簡直係完美配搭。最後當然唔少得蠔仔粥啦,同蠔餅嘅蠔一樣大大隻,又夠鮮甜。落埋胡椒粉,成碗即時香噴噴,越食越想繼續食呀。

不知道大家可喜歡「打冷」?我就很喜歡了!潮州美食實在多,滷水、蠔仔粥、甜品等等都充滿特色,這晚我來到了佐敦這間新開的「太陽軒」,門口招牌全是黃色霓紅燈,十分耀眼,「好似太陽咁溫暖」,味道又如何呢? 蠔仔肉碎粥 ($48) 蠔仔粥材料好豐富,除了脹卜卜蠔仔之外,還有冬菇、方魚、肉碎和芹菜等,十分鮮味。我們叫了一碗,卻原來是很大的一碗,可以分到四五小碗出來,48元十分抵吃! 滷水拼盆 (小,$168) 來打冷店沒理由不吃潮州滷水吧!這裡做得也不錯,鵝肉、滷蛋、墨魚、紅腸、豬耳、豆腐、腩肉,堆得滿滿的,全部都滷得很入味,沒有一樣不喜歡的。 香酥芋茸鴨 ($108) 這個芋茸鴨是全晚的驚喜所在。面層十分鬆化,一吃即散;中間芋茸香軟綿滑;底部是薄薄的一塊鴨肉,鹹鹹的很入味。我怕熱氣又想減肥,但都忍不住吃完一塊又一塊! 福果綠豆爽 ($28)最後當然要來一碗潮州糖水,福果即是白果,煙煙靭靭的,與綠豆爽十分匹配,清清的,味道不錯。

來打冷店沒理由不吃潮州滷水吧!這裡做得也不錯,鵝肉、滷蛋、墨魚、紅腸、豬耳、豆腐、腩肉,堆得滿滿的,全部都滷得很入味,沒有一樣不喜歡的。

香酥芋茸鴨 ($108)

這個芋茸鴨是全晚的驚喜所在。面層十分鬆化,一吃即散;中間芋茸香軟綿滑;底部是薄薄的一塊鴨肉,鹹鹹的很入味。我怕熱氣又想減肥,但都忍不住吃完一塊又一塊!

今晚又約老爺奶奶出外吃飯,跟長輩吃飯,打冷當然是一個很好的選擇,我們一早訂了枱,也早了幾分鐘到達,可惜入座紀錄出了問題,沒有紀錄,所以我們最後還是要等位,最初店員說安排我們撘枱,但另一枱walk in客人似乎比我們更不想撘枱,所以就走了,我們才可以不用撘枱吃晚飯,說真的,午巿上茶樓撘枱沒辦法,但訂了枱的晚巿還要撘枱似乎不太合理,這方面飯店應該改善一下⋯等了15分鐘,總算有位,我們被安排到樓上房間大枱,起初店員要求我們坐在一旁,以便再有客人來時可以座在對面⋯慶幸到最後都沒有其他客人上來撘枱⋯說回餐牌,太陽軒晚巿有經濟的四人及六人套餐,但基於老爺是要吃十二成飽的人,所以我們還是決定散叫,最緊要老人家飽肚,滿足地離開⋯家鄉煎蠔烙是打冷必點的菜式之一,蠔仔是潮洲菜常用的選料,這個蠔烙的蠔非常肥大飽滿⋯蠔仔的份量不少,但水份較多,令蠔烙中心較濕⋯普寧豆腐值得推介,外層炸得非常香脆,色澤金黃,內裡豆腐幼滑,還有秘製薄油汁,口感層次與味道俱佳﹗凍烏頭魚屬於中Size,肉質結實啖啖肉,已開邊去骨,所以可以放心食用⋯凍烏頭配上豆瓣醬可以說得上是絕配,這個豆瓣醬咸香不失豆味,沾一丁點已經非常入味⋯滷水拼盤

這間店子名叫"太陽軒飯飯店" , 主打潮式滷味和各式潮菜, 內裡地方又大又骨子, 全新裝修更加坐得相當舒服, 地方又企理乾淨呢~

而且經理服務員全都有禮細心, 勤換碟勤加水, 店主(經理)更加風趣幽默, 給我們的感覺很好!

上桌時大大片的滷水鵝片鋪在上面, 下層則是滷水豆腐, 賣相精美,大大件的鵝片閃閃發光,色澤鮮明, 滷水香味撲鼻而來, 好香喔!

家鄉煎蠔烙 - 相當出色的一道菜, 送來時賣相好似一個薄PIZZA, 不過細心一看, 大大隻肥嘟嘟的蠔仔已分佈在疍餅的每個各落, 疍香和蠔香飄來,好誘人, 要立即動筷!

蠔仔每仔都是相當肥美, 不是講笑, 平時在旺角打冷店吃的蠔仔餅都不會是這個size! 這個除了肥大肉厚之外, 吃下去不會腥, 是很鮮甜的那種, 再加上疍餅很香, 薄薄的好似pizza咁切開一片片, 非常容易就被我們全部ko了!! 好味道!

來到蠔仔肉碎粥了-這個同樣不會叫你失望,大大粒又肥嘟嘟的蠔仔落足料, 滿滿的一窩份量十足, 肉碎都大大粒好好味, 而且湯底更是一絕, 鮮甜芳香, 吃不到味精苦味, 吃後讓人整個身都暖和又飽肚, 很推荐這個喔~ 一家大細都吃得開心~~~

仲有呀, 店子新張期內, 免茶免加一, 我又約了朋友下星期再來了~~yeah!

(我唔鍾意哥啲炸到一堆脆漿嘅, 一口油同粉, 唔 ok 囉我真係~)

蠔量足, size 剛好 又 arm arm 熟, yumyumyum!!!
佢食咗 2件仔, 其餘我清曬!
