而潮州菜配上青島啤酒絕對係絕配,一班男仔有講有笑食到差唔多11點。

同老闆交談先知原來佢地90年代已經開業,差唔多30年,絕對值得支持,會再幫襯!

《滷水鵝片》滷水鵝以前好矜貴,記得細個每逢過時過節,媽媽先會買一隻鵝返嚟自己劏。整滷水鵝要搞足兩日,都算是功夫菜之一。食鵝點都要有少少肥至好味,滷水夠味,入口有花椒八角香。呢間嘅鵝肉嫰甘香,片片厚薄均一,啖啖鵝肉令人齒頰留香。

《高手反沙芋》係潮州經典菜式。每逢農曆新年媽媽都會整。不過因為生芋頭會令皮膚痕癢,所以冇學過整。依家相信都越嚟越少人識整,所以幾飽都好,家姐堅持要食。芋頭好靚夠粉,師傅真係高手,每件芋頭都均勻沾上沙糖,真心十分欣賞。
最後,我哋當然食唔曬,吾好浪費,打包咗返屋企比阿仔宵夜,等佢都品嚐一下潮州傳統飲食文化。

,真係感受番兒街坊的人情味。
