今晚同老公試下新嘅屯馬線,去到宋皇臺站落車,踏進九龍城,見到形形色色嘅泰國食店,老公建議今餐食下潮州菜,於是我哋走進了一間新城潮州飯店吃晚飯。
*餐廳有點大排檔的風格,雖然沒有什麼裝修,但卻令我感到一種濃厚的人情味,一踏進店舖,服務員已對我們作出殷勤的招待,難怪店內座無虛席,最重要是這裏的餸菜碟碟也份量十足,下次一定會再帶家人來吃。👍👍
1)蠔仔餅$78
呢碟蠔仔餅份量十足,兩大片的蠔餅放在碟上,加上蔥花,賣相是非常美!吃起來不但美味,而且鬆脆可口,蠔的份量非常多,而且粒粒肥美,但完全沒有腥味,中間的薯粉和蛋混起來,有很香的蛋味,整個蠔餅的油份不算多,吃起來沒有油賦的感覺,沾上魚露來吃,另有一番風味
2)鹵水鵝$98
鵝肉表面呈現著點點粉嫩色,可見鵝肉非常新鮮,質地非常嫩滑,而且有彈性,鵝皮的油脂不算肥美,令我忍不住將皮也吞落口;鵝下面的豆腐不但香滑,更做得非常入味,加上獨家秘製的鹵水汁,鹵水味很濃,味道絕妙👍
3)韭菜豬紅$48
潮州打冷必食嘅小食之一,濃濃的醬汁中一塊塊軟腍豬紅,簡直無懈可擊👍豬紅份量非常多,煮得入味而且嫩滑,稍嫌有點辣,辣得來有一種麻的感覺,愛吃辣的人不妨來一試!
4)胡椒豬肚湯$58
一碗熱辣辣的胡椒豬肚湯,湯中見到粒粒的胡椒,胡椒味非常濃烈,在炎熱夏天有一種健脾開胃的感覺,鹹菜煮得很淋甜,豬肚彈牙爽口,完全沒有雪味,反而有有一種鮮味,像吃新鮮的豬肚一樣。
5)潮州春菜$58
音菜煮得淋甜軟滑,既有菜心的清甜味也有芥菜的苦味,清熱下火、生津止喝;配上幾片半肥瘦的腩肉,金香嫩滑而不油膩,這兩樣配搭起來一起吃,更惹味👍👍

作為一個90後潮州人,疫情期間不能離開香港,就只能在香港尋找家鄉味。九龍城這間潮州菜,鹵水鵝確實唔錯,蠔烙粉多咗少少,但也還可以。但今日想講下服務態度。不知人手唔夠定喺點,成間餐廳好似冧嗮檔咁。寫野一定要事頭婆先得,事頭婆又好似成日唔得閒,明明入邊有位,又要開張檯喺街度比人,搞到成個人好亂,又黑嗮面。有啲人明明只想加多一樣野就要等好耐,因為職員唔可以寫野,一定要等事頭婆,外面客人冇位就要企好耐。講咗三樣野又寫漏一樣,吃到一半碗白飯都未黎就算,追咗三四次,A職員好似冇咗件事,同B職員講,又話要搵返A職員,C職員又成日企喺度冇野做,明明一碗白飯咁簡單嘅事都可以咁混亂。不過平心而論味道ok,想嘗試最好都係外賣,如果唔喺就要好有耐性同愛心,燥底嘅人就要想清楚先好堂食
