新泰呢間泰國向來好出名,食過返尋味,今次一於再黎試吓串燒沙嗲(3串牛、3串雞)雞肉嫩滑,用左雞脾肉燒;而牛肉新鮮,亦唔會燒得太熟太韌,甚至可以唔洗蘸沙嗲汁,都食得出鮮味!豆腐酥沙律豆腐酥嘅煮法,就係豆腐整碎,然後拎去炸,變成一顆顆脆粒,口感幾新奇,而上面放左好多不同水果(如藍莓、蘋果)、腰果,酸酸甜甜幾開胃!泰式燒春雞配香茅黃飯個人認為係鎮店之寶, 原隻燒春雞直接上檯, 雞皮燒到金黃色, 雞肉燒得好入味好juicy!一切開, 入面鋪滿大量黃飯, 每口飯都充滿啖啖既油香&薑味, 米飯粒粒分明嫌太油既話, 可以食返旁邊既沙律菜中和下口腔既飽膩感~馬拉盞炒通菜通菜新鮮爽脆, 再放入馬拉版蝦醬一齊炒, 味道香口惹味!芒果雪糕配糯米飯底層放上熱辣辣既糯米飯, 上面放上冰凍既椰子雪糕&粒粒芒果肉, 再將椰青肉刮出來做成一道甜品有冰火二重奏既享受! 感覺幾得意, 同時亦唔會覺得太甜!椰青冰凍既椰青水, 飲落好清甜, 係呢個炎炎夏日下, 尤其解渴!

本來想去吃韓料,但奈何等位的人太多,轉為食泰餐。價格不算便宜也不算貴,但對得起環境和質素。金邊粉和豬頸肉的味道都不錯,美中不足是豬頸肉的黑胡椒太多了。芒果糯米飯的出品也不錯,雙色糯米飯熱熱地,芒果甜甜地,值得一試。服務態度很不錯,會及時加水、幫助解決問題。很多人來吃咖哩麵包蟹,應該是招牌,有機會可以一試。兩個人吃了一個主食一個肉一個甜品,加起來一共3XX,還算合理的價錢。整體來說無功無過,想食泰餐可以考慮。

位於灣仔bakehouse果條街有間泰國菜。店入面原來都幾大,有幾層,朋友和我被指引到了第二層。環境不錯,有空間感,適合聊天。職員睇落都係泰國人,彼此之間講泰文,態度友善,不斷幫忙斟水,仲好細心凍水暖水任你揀。同朋友兩個人叫左四道菜,食到好飽好飽。炒大蝦金邊粉冇唸過份量咁大,一碟足夠三四人份量!我地好努力食左好多碗都係食唔晒。通菜好香囗,囗感軟硬適中。燒豬頸肉份量多,大大塊,而且烤得好香。咖啡牛肉咖啡汁好香濃惹味,今次冇配到薄餅,下次可以試下按店員推介門配薄餅咁食。食完好想去泰國~
