星期日下午茶時經過呢間泰國餐廳,未食lunch又見到下午茶時段餐牌全單8折,幾吸引,所以入去試吓。餐廳裝修都幾靚,店員安排我哋坐卡位,好寛闊舒適。後來發現原來上面仲有一層,一大班朋友嚟都唔錯。我們2人點了2份午市套餐+小食,再加一份我最愛的大蜆。海南雞飯,要讚一讚雞肉好嫩滑,味道適中。油飯啖啖油香,連雞湯都好好飲。星洲喇沙蝦米線走芽菜,大大碗,呢度嘅喇沙比較重椰香味,配菜豐富,米線軟硬適中。小食蝦餅,跟餐加$28的蝦餅竟然有4件咁多,完全無諗過。蝦餅食落夠熱夠彈牙,好香口,推介。馬拉盞炒通菜,亦都係水準之作,通菜軟硬剛剛好,好夠咸香味。最後就係辣椒膏炒大蜆,大大碟,食得出有多款香料的辣汁,又唔會太辣,好開胃。而且蜆肉大大隻,無沙,每粒都吸到辣椒汁的味,好夠鑊氣,配凍飲啤酒飲一流!個人十分推介!飲品點了2杯青檸梳打,好清新~另外加杯熱香茅茶。另外想讚一讚呢度店員服務態度十分好,有笑容,亦主動介紹不同類型餐點。睇餐牌仲有其他炒海鮮都好吸引,下次再嚟試。 continue reading

新泰呢間泰國向來好出名,食過返尋味,今次一於再黎試吓串燒沙嗲(3串牛、3串雞)雞肉嫩滑,用左雞脾肉燒;而牛肉新鮮,亦唔會燒得太熟太韌,甚至可以唔洗蘸沙嗲汁,都食得出鮮味!豆腐酥沙律豆腐酥嘅煮法,就係豆腐整碎,然後拎去炸,變成一顆顆脆粒,口感幾新奇,而上面放左好多不同水果(如藍莓、蘋果)、腰果,酸酸甜甜幾開胃!泰式燒春雞配香茅黃飯個人認為係鎮店之寶, 原隻燒春雞直接上檯, 雞皮燒到金黃色, 雞肉燒得好入味好juicy!一切開, 入面鋪滿大量黃飯, 每口飯都充滿啖啖既油香&薑味, 米飯粒粒分明嫌太油既話, 可以食返旁邊既沙律菜中和下口腔既飽膩感~馬拉盞炒通菜通菜新鮮爽脆, 再放入馬拉版蝦醬一齊炒, 味道香口惹味!芒果雪糕配糯米飯底層放上熱辣辣既糯米飯, 上面放上冰凍既椰子雪糕&粒粒芒果肉, 再將椰青肉刮出來做成一道甜品有冰火二重奏既享受! 感覺幾得意, 同時亦唔會覺得太甜!椰青冰凍既椰青水, 飲落好清甜, 係呢個炎炎夏日下, 尤其解渴! continue reading

之前食過呢一間餐廳嘅尖沙咀分店都覺得幾好食,所以今日經過灣仔大王東街就決定都食吓呢一間!佢下午嘅時候有午市套餐同埋二人套餐其實都非常抵食,我哋今日幾個人食,所以就套餐揀咗一個,另外再散了一啲小食同埋一啲單點🤟🏻🥢泰式生蝦,一份有七隻,夠晒我哋食,上面會有蒜蓉同埋辣椒,加埋餐廳自家調製嘅酸辣汁,我覺得非常開胃,酸酸辣辣咁,而且味道都非常泰國嘅風味,每一隻都非常大隻,再加埋有少少冰喺個底度,鍾意食生蝦嘅朋友真係絕對不能夠錯過!!🥢泰式炸春卷,春卷熱辣辣即刻叫即刻炸,餐廳用咗好多唔同嘅餡料去入邊、令到成個口感非常多元化,再加埋酸酸地,佢有一個自家調製嘅醬汁,成個口感亦都更加唔會好油膩!整體口感都唔錯!🥢馬沙文牛腩配薄餅,呢一個真係非常出色,餐廳係用泰國嘅黃咖喱,但係佢嘅咖喱加咗好多唔同嘅配菜,包括有蕃茄仔薯仔香茅,咖喱嘅味道非常香濃,非常適合配搭薄餅,薄餅亦都非常鬆脆,咬落去嘅時候亦都好鬆化,加埋咖喱嘅配搭簡直就係正!!成個套餐嚟講都非常抵食,同區我覺得呢一個價錢二人套餐,簡直冇得輸,仲要包兩杯嘢飲!🥢泰式千層糕,一份有四件,熱辣辣非常軟熟,再加埋少少椰汁喺上邊,鍾意食嘅朋友唔可以錯過,口感非常煙煙韌韌,正宗泰國嘅口味!總括嚟講都非常抵食,我哋四個每人都係每人$100多啲,整體嘅CP值非常高! continue reading

今日喺灣仔搵食,入到呢條街,發現有幾間餐廳,其中一間泰國菜裝修好有泰國風味,裝修精緻、座位寬敞,於是就入去食個午餐。兩個人食午餐,叫嘅款式唔會太多,主要揀啲小食,希望是幾款唔同嘅菜式。第一味係「羊肉串燒」,平時串燒就食得多,一般都係豬肉牛肉或者雞肉,今次呢度有羊肉串燒,非常特別,羊肉厚切大大件,食入口好嫩滑,仲有炭燒嘅香味,再配合沙嗲醬,充滿泰式風味,非常推介。接着,叫咗一鍋「肉骨茶」,份量啱啱好兩個人,肉骨茶湯底非常濃郁,而湯入面有好多配料,包括好香滑、好鮮味嘅排骨。仲有「馬拉盞炒通菜」,「南瓜海鮮焗飯」,全都好惹味,好抵食。飲品方面,非常推介「椰青沙冰」,用新鮮椰青製成沙冰,非常清甜可口,非常解渴,而且大大杯,好抵飲。 continue reading

好耐冇食過泰國菜,朋友話灣仔有間唔錯,就搵咗個夜晚一齊去食。餐廳樓高三層,裝修有泰國風味,好多木製傢俬同大象裝飾。泰國青芒果沙律青芒果切絲,咬落好爽口,微微帶酸辣,再配埋香脆嘅腰果食,非常開胃。泰式炒大蜆蜆嘅數量好多,而且非常大隻,用咗三色椒同西芹炒,香辣配埋新鮮嘅蜆肉好夾。麵包焗咖哩軟殼蟹麵包焗得外脆內軟,咬落表面鬆脆,點入面黃色咖喱汁食一流,軟殼蟹炸得火候啱啱好,食落啖啖肉,黃咖喱唔太辣,個汁加蟹同麵包食口感好豐富,難怪會成為餐廳招牌菜。椰青沙冰沙冰非常大,飲落帶着椰奶清香,而且非常軟身同香滑,好有泰國風味。總括而言,餐廳食物質素不錯,難怪朋友會叫我去食。 continue reading
