然後就係蝦味噌茶碗蒸🍥蛋香濃郁,又蒸得恰到好處,唔會蒸到啲蛋老哂,係好滑溜溜嘅口感,令人一啖接一啖咁食😋!

車海老係好鮮艷嘅橙紅色🦐一睇就知道非常新鮮!蝦肉超鮮甜,作為一個勁鍾意食蝦嘅人,我覺得真係好食到癲咗!
中拖羅同其他魚類都完全一啲腥味都冇,肉質鮮嫩!
我本身好怕魚腥味😢所以唔係成日食魚生!但係食咗幾件唔同嘅魚類壽司,我都唔會覺得難入口,仲想食多幾舊😋
如果有人同我一樣怕魚腥味,係唔洗擔心嫁😆!
而海膽就係最最最正嘅一part!來自北海道嘅馬糞海膽,色澤金黃又飽滿,入口仲好creamy🤤都係一啲腥味都冇,份量仲超多,食得好幸福😭!
仲有加入咗白身魚同蜜糖嘅江户前玉子燒🥚質感好綿密,充滿空氣感!
再附上赤味噌湯,味道濃郁亦唔會太鹹!
餐後甜品係黑芝麻奶凍,芝麻味勁香,加埋淡淡嘅奶香味,係一個解膩嘅perfect end🥳
