經朋友嘅推介之下,今日就同佢一齊去食廚師發板,今次呢我哋嗰張枱嘅主廚就係鄭師傅,睇佢手起刀落🔪,擺碟嘅時候又好仔細,真係超有心機。師傅話食物最緊要就係質素好,再加上師傅悉心嘅烹調👩🏻‍🍳,就更想上層樓啦,真心可以返嚟再encore。咁一開始就係日本餐最常有嘅茶碗蒸🥚 ,佢入邊包含咗一啲海鮮🐠🦐百合同埋海帶,口感非常好,鮮香味出晒嚟。又到我最愛嘅生蠔🦪,日本岩手縣廣田灣生蠔超大隻,一啖係食唔晒,超級肥美,特濃嘅蠔味,食一隻真係唔夠。薄荷汁帶子唔知你哋有冇試過呢,估唔到呢個配搭幾特別得來又好味👍🏻,廚師👨🏻‍🍳發板特別嘅地方就係佢哋用咗唔同嘅配搭,激發左我嘅味蕾,又品嚐到一樣新嘅食物🍽。最後係超好味嘅靜岡蜜瓜🍈,對於我來講 ,可以話佢係一道甜品🍰🍧,佢嘅水嫩度好高,又香又甜,食完超滿足happy ending💯。
