印象特別深刻嘅有池魚,perfect match with上面嘅薑蓉同日本蔥花,仲有件魷魚,口感非常軟糯,味道鮮甜!中拖羅同油甘魚魚油味甘香,質素唔錯喎!

今日訂咗呢一間餐廳食午餐,只有一個價錢,$1080/人,主廚serve的位置滿了,結果搵咗二廚serve. 終於見識什麼叫做災難級,這位二廚的刀功應該比元氣師傅更差,又心急又零交流,切魚生嘅時候仲爭啲切到自己隻手,啲魚生切到爛咗都照serve比客。真心得啖笑。見係Youtuber大島與龍威介紹才去試吓,十分失望,吾會推介朋友去試。

這餐飯是慶祝男友生日的lunch飯~由於禁左堂食所以只能食午餐。一入到去店員都好有禮貌,坐低無耐就開始前菜,冇記錯好似叫水銀髮菜,味道酸酸地幾開胃。其後全部壽司都好好味,最有深刻印象係海膽壽司,鋪咗一層燒左既昆布係上面。我叫左498個set,因為新開張埋單無加一,2個人食都係1000蚊。希望下次可以帶埋屋企人去食。

📝 Overall review:
— Decided to try this place out due to how popular it is on Instagram and honestly I was slightly disappointed ☹️
— The entire experience felt super rushed, we were in and out of the restaurant within 1 hour and it didn’t feel like we had adequate time to really savour the food.
— Taste wise it was average, everything was fresh but lacked flavours here and there. The chef was definitely trying to let the fish shine on its own but certain pieces definitely lacked flavour.
— The highlights were the hokkaido scallop, akagai and wild toro which was super fresh and the toro simply melted in your mouth.
— The uni hand roll is what I look forward to the most usually but this one was a bit underwhelming. The uni lacked richness and thought they could’ve been more generous with the amount.
— There was a good balance of red fish and white fish throughout the meal for a contrast of textures and flavours.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: food is average, the quick service time definitely knocked off some points
📍Ambiance: seating is comfortable, only serves 18 guests at a time, staff are attentive and friendly.
⭐️Would visit again?: Probably not

我个人是非常喜欢吃日料的,在香港也吃过很多家omakase 这次来湾仔这家日料餐厅甜品/咖啡,性价比高!首先坐下店员就会送上茶碗蒸,鸡蛋超顺滑好像布丁!之后就会亲自观摩厨师亲自制作12贯寿司🍣慢慢享受,除了有常见吞拿鱼,海胆,凡立贝等,还有伊左目、金木鲷、鰤鱼🤩我个人最喜欢的就是金目鲷,加了一点柚子皮,入口散发淡淡果香味,味道好清新!帆立贝配新鲜生紫菜超大颗帆立贝,肉厚多汁,软绵鲜甜😋三文鱼籽橙红圆润有光泽,晶莹剔透,加了点柚子皮,吃的时候在口中爆发出浓郁鲜味😋野生吞拿鱼腩油花细致,入口即化😋其他的寿司🍣也都很新鲜,基本没踩雷✌️吃完12贯寿司🍣再喝个面鼓汤吃个饭后水果静冈蜜瓜,果肉软滑,甜美多汁,好满足😋

我个人是非常喜欢吃日料的,在香港也吃过很多家omakase 这次来湾仔这家日料餐厅[惠 Sushi Kei]入行超过21年,北海道米其林二星星级名厨坐阵,加上有日本当地买手不时参与鱼市场竞标,将各地最新鲜时令的珍贵食材送到席前,确保食客享受最高级料理体验✌️ 而且这间餐厅布置好有日本风,坐着可以一边观摩厨师制作寿司一边享受美食✌️而且现在lunch$498就可以享受12贯寿司🍣

套餐包括前菜、茶碗蒸、12款寿司、汤和甜品/咖啡,性价比高!

首先坐下店员就会送上茶碗蒸,鸡蛋超顺滑好像布丁!之后就会亲自观摩厨师亲自制作12贯寿司🍣慢慢享受,除了有常见吞拿鱼,海胆,凡立贝等,还有伊左目、金木鲷、鰤鱼🤩

我个人最喜欢的就是金目鲷,加了一点柚子皮,入口散发淡淡果香味,味道好清新!
帆立贝配新鲜生紫菜
超大颗帆立贝,肉厚多汁,软绵鲜甜😋
三文鱼籽橙红圆润有光泽,晶莹剔透,加了点柚子皮,吃的时候在口中爆发出浓郁鲜味😋
野生吞拿鱼腩油花细致,入口即化😋
其他的寿司🍣也都很新鲜,基本没踩雷✌️
吃完12贯寿司🍣再喝个面鼓汤吃个饭后水果静冈蜜瓜,果肉软滑,甜美多汁,好满足😋

收1200一個lunch,但是要在一小時內吃完!食材和service一般。如果有其他選擇,可以不用費金錢和時間。環境是可以,但整體不值1200。要我們離開時是下午1:30pm,食店的內和外只得我們枱共兩個客,這樣的情況下還硬要客人離開,店主請想想客人的感受。
