呢幾日日日都喺屋企,今日終於約到一個好朋友食晚飯兼傾吓計。去返我哋一致認為不錯的日本餐廳,今次我揀了一個中價的廚師發板套餐。前菜不錯,幾開胃!用火槍燒過嘅白子同螢光魷魚好好食,蟹肉蒸蛋好滑好鮮!幾款刺身各有特色,完全沒有半點腥味。海膽無敵勁鮮甜,當然即撈即拆北海道毛蟹蟹肉直頭好味到不得了,又彈下又爽。蕃茄竟然好好味,外脆內甜,一啲都唔似平時食嘅蕃茄。個湯保持水準,雪糕一定要揀咖啡或蘋果味,喜出望外。食完真係勁飽,心靈上也十分滿足!

For me, the quality of the sashimi were really food- all were very fresh and my favourites are the sea urchin, shrimps with shrimp paste, and all the grilled ones 🙈 But not so much the shell fishes. 壽司套餐本來包括一小碗清湯熱烏冬,由於女兒喜歡凍烏冬,餐廳經理主動將兩小碗熱烏冬合併成為一盤凍烏冬,並同時附上一隻生鵪鶉蛋及蔥花,貼心服務,非常抵讚!美中不足就是沒有凍烏冬專用的木魚清湯醬油(烏冬汁),只好用上天婦羅汁及蘿蔔蓉代替。烏冬未算特別出色,唔夠綿韌彈牙,但單憑盡量滿足客人要求這一點,已經很窩心。

壽司午市套餐價錢以銅鑼灣地區來說算合理。師傅技巧合格,海鮮魚介亦夠新鮮;但前菜、味噌湯及茶碗蒸就比較普通了,有很大改進空間。論壽司質素,已經值得捧場;如果可以在其他環節再用心一點,將會是更吸引的選擇。

刺身啦!呢個冇記錯應該係右口魚刺身,要特別講下刺身上面嘅紫蘇花,要用手滅出嚟連埋刺身一齊食,令到成塊刺身嘅油膩感減輕,成個鼻腔都充斥着紫蘇花嘅花香,真係好夾。

呢個係由一大條八爪魚酥上面拔出來嘅兩個吸盤,加埋肉身嘅刺身,師傅本身磨左一層岩鹽係刺身上面加埋檸檬墊底唔使點豉油都已經好鮮味。吸盤食落去反而會比較有咬口所以可以點個醬汁食。
睇佢一粒吸盤咁大個,成條觸鬚究竟有幾長,係一條幾大條嘅八爪魚先做得到呢😆

跟住不得不提嘅就係呢一個日本北海道嘅厚岸真蠔,師傅喺蠔上邊加咗小小魚子醬,魚子醬嘅鹹香加埋真蠔creamy得嚟後尾越食越fresh,雖然同平時食法國蠔嘅感覺唔一樣,但都食到好新鮮同好豐富嘅味道,唔會過鹹亦唔會過分creamy,下次去日本都要再搵一啲蠔店去試吓

之後要講嘅係呢一個秋刀魚刺身,呢個係我第一次以刺身嘅方式去食秋刀魚,因為平時秋刀魚都頗腥一定要煮熟,師傅用咗姜蓉豉油俾我哋點個魚,都係用以癖腥,再包住蔥茉去食,雖然平時我都算係咩都食,但下次我知道我師傅問有咩唔食嘅時候,我會講唔好要秋刀魚刺身😂😂 因為真係幾有銀皮魚既獨特味道,但又講真,我到而家都仲記得係咩味。

其實講到而家都仲係講緊刺身咋,壽司都未講到,仲有好多菜式都好特別想講例如係埋尾嘅嗰個魚湯,超級鮮甜既魚味,飲完係勁滿足。
不過講晒嘅話就真係有少少長氣啦,而且食廚師發板都係希望師傅會比到一啲驚喜自己,所以都係唔係呢一度講咁多菜式上嘅嘢,留返大家去嘅時候再同師傅慢慢發掘!

Finally got a chance to try out Omakase. Journey through the sea starting from fish milt and other fresh sashimi. The crown jewel is the uni glass with gold flakes, moving onto toro and sushi. 晚上和朋友吃日本壽司,這家餐廳裝修高檔,午市和晚市也有套餐提供。粉櫻$980我點了壽司套餐,套餐很豐富,有前菜、壽司、燒物和甜品。前菜三食,有豆腐、海蜇和鴨胸。第一次吃日本料理有鴨胸,鴨胸味道很濃郁,鴨肉很嫩。豆腐也很特別,枝豆豆腐。之後食壽司,一大盤壽司,大部份都是貝殼類海產和魚壽司。有秋刀魚壽司,燒秋刀魚吃得多,刺身秋刀魚別有風味。北海道馬糞海膽吃起來很甘甜。赤貝入口爽脆清甜,很新鮮呢!另外蝦刺身,蝦瘦長,肉身肥美,入口爽脆清甜。還有吞拿魚赤身,口感好嫩,味道很棒!還有和食,吃燒魚,好香!魚味突出,魚肉好幼滑!最後喝魚湯,魚湯超級好味道!是我喝過最美味的魚湯,好香!聽職員介紹午市有魚湯火鍋,用了十足下次一定要試一試。最後來一碟甜品,結束美味的一餐,有機會要再來!
