「金鮨」嘅頭盤係三款小食,味道由淡至濃:菠菜伴蟹肉、一口芝士炸物、東風螺,味道各有千秋。八款刺身包括池魚、帶子、游水車海老等等,全部都好新鮮,海老仲係由魚缸直接拎出黎做刺身。另外仲單點左大拖羅、金目鯛魚刺物等。左口魚上嘅紫蘇葉花帶有淡淡清香,令左口魚更有口感。厚切大拖羅加上金箔作為點綴,更有氣派,而且食落口脂味十足,非常肥美。

銅鑼灣要覓食不難,但要靚景和寧靜這邊就可以符合你所有要求,可以有包箱服務,如果是談公事也不錯。前菜三點頗有特別的前菜伊佐目 刺身 酸汁入口清新,魚肉紮實,酸汁開胃深海池魚深海池魚適合用於厚切,,入口先感受到鮮甜,口感爽身,魚肉肥美細膩。赤貝赤貝,啪打一下赤貝喚醒神經增加爽脆口感。白板昆布 關鯖魚帶有油脂,肉身緊實大拖羅油脂分量十足,最後加上些芥末,入口即溶,那油脂在口腔中迴盪。花竹蝦味道鮮甜、肉質彈牙、蝦膏豐富超拖羅即是中拖羅,魚生屬於近背脊位置炸天婦羅是鮑魚 口感彈牙有嚼勁。蜜瓜清甜。
