唔係第一次到鮨海晚膳,除咗午餐好食抵食,呢度嘅Omakase亦係我嘅首選,勝在新鮮,日本直送。今晚嚟試下佢新出嘅Tasting Menu。熱食為主,燒鰻魚拌青瓜海带酸,煎扇貝,魚子酱拌鹅肝蒸蛋,煎海虎蝦,甘鯛立鳞,磯煮南非鮑,燒纽西蘭羊架,稻庭鳥冬,最後芝麻雪糕做甜品,絕對無投訴,非常滿足的一餐。最後唔可以唔提鮨海自家品牌清酒鮨海纯米大吟釀,非常容易入口😋嚟到要試一試。辛勞一天之後好好放鬆的一間日本餐廳,再三encore。

Sushi Ocean is a hidden gem in the bustling Central district of Hong Kong, offering high-quality Japanese cuisine in an intimate and elegant setting.


The meal started with a salad appetizer. Highlights of the meal included the buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tuna, the sweet and creamy sea urchin. Each piece of sushi was expertly crafted and showcased the quality of the ingredients.


Overall, the 10 piece lunch omakase at Sushi Ocean was a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The quality of the sushi and the skill of the chefwas wonderful. We highly recommend Sushi Ocean to anyone looking for good quality sushi dining experience in Hong Kong.

總結一下: 壽司逐件上, 以午餐嚟講性價比好高. 策略係要坐吧枱.

餐廳裝修少少舊, 整體都Ok. 服務殷勤, 係頭段上菜速度快咗 (我明白嘅... 午市套餐唔應該要求多多). 壽司唔會逐件詳細講解, 但師傅有問必答.

難道有得放早,所以book咗間幾年前食過覺得ok嘅餐廳慢慢食個lunch!點咗個lunch set,之後有待應問加唔加$50轉海膽,抱着一試無妨嘅心態就加咗。。點知。。個海膽份量唔多,食落都唔係別鮮甜,仲要加$50。。。真係有啲唔抵!🤬其他嘅壽司都係一般般,同心目中同之前試過唔同師傅發板嘅質素都有段距離。。尤其俾得呢個價位,好難想像會在墨魚壽司,仲要食落個口感係一塊好厚好硬好鞋嘅墨魚。。🥺🥺另外吞拿魚都唔係好有油脂。。只可以話同樣嘅價錢,確實尖沙咀有更多更好嘅選擇😔

之前都有食過呢間餐廳,但唔記得影相同寫食評。 我今次食set,首先,它的頭盤有三文魚籽,佢哋係三文魚籽上面加左柚子汁,食起上嚟清新開胃,酸酸甜甜,都帶有少少鹹味,所以齋食都唔會覺得好鹹 第二、三碟頭盤係以刺身為主,例如油甘魚同刺身蝦等,食料新鮮,食起嚟帶有鮮甜味。 第四碟頭盤係壽司,一共帶三件,當中令我最難忘既壽司係炭燒魚壽司,食起來有一陣炭烤味和唔算覺得膩口 再黎就係熟食-烤蝦,烤得岩岩好,蝦肉幾彈牙,配埋醬汁岩岩好,我覺得佢既醬汁係用蝦膏煮出黎 其實只係食頭盤,我已經有5、6成飽(可能我太細食,唔係食到好多野)。主食係和牛,唔盤太肥同太瘦,煮得岩岩好,食完主食就可以簡蜆湯或者烏冬,而我就簡左烏冬 。 最後,甜品簡左柚子雪糕,呢個甜品可以清濟 太好食,想再食多次甜品,但已經太飽啦!

不時不食 - 于中國人同日本人都非常重視!食寿司最高享受就當然係寿司師傅發板 (Omakase)!鮨海師傅行內十分有名,大酒店出身,所以都很多擁躉,要好嘅位置就一定要早點訂枱。師傅發板食材新鮮,由刺身開始,接住係時令魚子鮮味濃醇入口即溶,感覺好幸福!大吞拿魚刺身亦充满深海魚甜味,口中回甘數次,一定要嘗試!

.Top class chef random cuisine特上主廚隨機料理 ($1400) ..平時呢間lunch就食得多晚餐真係第一次黎🙈點知比我發現咗呢度既omakase原來吾錯分開咗三個等級優級($1000)特級($1200)頂級($1400)我今次試既係頂級😍由前菜去到熟食都好好食而且份量好多 食到一半已經飽🤣🤣🤣🤣尖沙咀好食既omakase唔多🙂所以呢度都係一個好好既選擇👍🏻👍🏻

點知比我發現咗呢度既omakase原來吾錯
分開咗三個等級
優級($1000)特級($1200)頂級($1400)
我今次試既係頂級😍
由前菜去到熟食都好好食
而且份量好多 食到一半已經飽🤣🤣🤣🤣
尖沙咀好食既omakase唔多🙂
所以呢度都係一個好好既選擇👍🏻👍🏻

Went for dinner and let the chef choose a menu for us. We had a large oyster which was delicious plus various pieces of sashimi which were fresh. Had some wagyu beef which melted in the mouth and finished off with some udon which was delicious. Head chef was very friendly.

坐壽司巴台已經成為習慣,好鍾意睇住師傅整壽司。今次係小妹第二次黎到呢間日本餐廳,第一次既印象深刻,覺得呢度既壽司性價比高。物超所值,所以聖誕節🎄黎encore多次。一如既往叫左一個deluxe sushi set, 今次既壽司同上一次黎有少少出入,應該係因為有啲係季節性既魚。赤身壽司上面加左紫蘇花,令成件壽司增加左香氣,比平時既赤身壽司加左好多分,好驚喜。赤鯥壽司又係當日既另一驚喜,出奇地多油份,軟淋淋,入口即溶,可以同左口魚邊互相媲美。😋令我對赤鯥改觀,還佢(赤鯥魚)一個清白。因為第一次食既時候油脂冇咁多,當時真係有啲失望。經過今次,我決定以後見到都要俾多次機會佢。拖羅上面有好多新鮮即磨既芥末,有少少搶左拖羅既油脂,但係依然好好味!帶子壽司上面加左少少梅子醬,個人認為搶哂成粒帶子既味道,其實簡簡單單少少海鹽已經好加分,加埋梅子醬就好似搶哂成粒帶子既鮮甜味。整體黎講,環境乾淨,服務又唔錯,而且性價比相當高既日本小店!力撐用心經營既小店。💪🏻 另一讚賞,星期一至日都有午市套餐,實在太難得。
