之前見到呢間omakase做宣傳所以就同朋友book位試吓不過佢都比較full同朋友喺Google上面book位都要book兩個禮拜後 所以大家想食就要早啲book🙈一入到去其實環境好寬敞 比起元朗其他嘅omakase坐得舒服👍🏻同朋友就嗌左 $500 嗰個lunch set最後其實佢會有個甜品或咖啡甜品會係雪糕 (唔記得咗影相😂)但係食物質素就同其他舖頭差唔多唯一比較遜色嘅係佢嘅海膽😅比較細粒 口感冇咁豐富 不過呢間幾抵食同埋lunch time冇加一聽講佢嘅dinner menu都係抵食過元朗其他omakase 個人認為女仔食啱啱好夠飽 唔會撐住個胃👍🏻同埋唔會太膩😁

甜品會係雪糕 (唔記得咗影相😂)

但係食物質素就同其他舖頭差唔多
唯一比較遜色嘅係佢嘅海膽😅
比較細粒 口感冇咁豐富

不過呢間幾抵食同埋lunch time冇加一
聽講佢嘅dinner menu都係抵食過元朗其他omakase

個人認為女仔食啱啱好夠飽 唔會撐住個胃👍🏻同埋唔會太膩😁

工作上忙了三個多月、終於可以休息一下、為了奬勵自己跟友人來到元朗朗屏站附近新開的日本Omakase「舍利鮨」。一到埗見到灰白泥牆跟木趟門這種日本簡約日本風格已經十分喜歡。室內裝潢貫徹簡約清新風格、予人舒服感覺。精緻的茶碗蒸蛋 一打開、蒸氣冒出、蒸蛋又香又滑溜、有好多配料、好滿足。試了幾款壽司、印象比較深刻、有獅魚壽司、肉質細膩、口感鮮嫩、很好吃啊!還有來自九州的小肌魚與醋飯味道配合得剛好、第一次吃原來這麼美味!

差不多每天都要到元朗工作,有時太辛勞都想吃餐好來慰勞自己。今日適逢長假期的前一天,決定好好吃頓午飯,於是搜尋一下附近有什麼質素好的日本餐廳,找到了這間「舍利鮨 」。點了$650的lunch set,當中有三件刺身和12件壽司。刺身十分新鮮我都快吃了忘記影相,而壽司當中我最喜歡吃間八、牡丹蝦和白蝦。最最最喜歡他上放了蝦膏,寧舍香口惹味!而壽司飯用了赤醋,連醬汁都不用添加。有時獨享美食感覺都很不錯,不過下次都會再和朋友來。

走進了一個對自己來説也挺陌生的地區,若是獨自一人也不知道該走到哪裡才有值得一嚐的美食呢!!!!幸好這天有住在這區的好友作為响導四處覓食,可以不費心神的準備大吃一頓,好好稿賞自己,讓平日工作的煩惱先擱置一旁........中午時分,好友帶我到此享用了一頓高質的午宴=]優質的和食,正好彌補仍未能外遊的心癮~此頓的壽司每件也值得回味!!!特別是鮮甜的白蝦、初嚐的小肌魚和肥美的獅魚尤其滋味光是重看照片也夠垂涎xppp

今日老闆請客,竟然帶我去食廚師發板!本身以為去佢屋企嗰區食應該都係酒樓或者街坊野,點知原來元朗開左甘多間餐廳,連日本餐廳都有,而佢就正正帶我去食日本野!心情興奮又期待!行入咗呢間「舍利鮨」,個名好有趣,幾易記。我見lunch都有三款揀,我平平地叫左$350嗰款廚師發板,有茶碗蒸同十件壽司。廚師有介紹過呢壽司名,但我唔太記得因為掛住食,只記得秋刀魚,因為平時食開都係熟嘅,原來刺身一啲都唔腥,味道都幾有魚香。

新店好報位於元朗舍利鮨美味的omakase, 奢華饗宴餐廳樓環境闊落,坐得舒適, 一整個less is more的裝修風格, 走樸素嘅路線,圍在bar檯前看師傅表演,未食先感覺到 舒適宜人。當日配送自大海恩澤的海鮮主軸是不同價位的omakase, 任君選擇悉隨專便。海鮮和各熱食主菜都極盡新鮮豐富視覺與味覺層次加在一級享受茶碗蒸蛋嫩滑滑鰤魚新鮮,飯搓得剛好。白蝦鮮甜味美。還有總總各式各樣的未能盡錄。總之價位與質素無可 挑剔。

今個週末專程跟朋友入元朗一試新開的日本餐廳 舍利鮨。 和式簡約的裝潢雅緻、空間感十足、感覺舒服。牆上放上各款日本燒酒、大吟釀等、好像很久也沒有跟朋友小酌兩杯了。吧檯設計好讓顧客跟師傅交流、每次吃Omakase也很期待看著師傅精心準備料理。首先來個暖乎乎的茶碗蒸、蒸蛋滑嫩鮮味、好足料。入秋後的秋刀魚是最肥美、魚身有種閃閃發亮感、肉質細緻、味道鮮甜、沾點醬油好好吃啊!中拖羅亦是另一亮點 - 魚味濃郁冇筋、油份充足有入口即溶的感覺、太滿足了!
