話說今日約左一個好耐無見嘅朋友,佢知道近排係元朗有一間新嘅日本餐廳,仲要係廚師發板👨🏻‍🍳。宜家疫情底下,旅行又無得去,只可以留係香港食下其他國家菜式,望梅止渴一下。而我呢個朋友知道我係一個日本迷,年年都會去日本,所以佢帶左我黎試下呢間新日本餐廳。今次係我第一次黎食廚師發板,個感覺好新鮮。餐廳好整齊乾淨,廚師好有誠意係廚房區等候我地嘅來臨,又好有禮貌。由坐低到食物到枱面,我地都可以近距離望到廚師好專業處理食材。因為廚師發板會因應當日有咩新鮮食材而決定當日menu, 所以每日都唔會完全一樣。今次廚師發板準備左5款食物,每一款都好似藝術品咁,好精巧,好靚,唔捨得食。但佢地真係唔係得個樣,仲係好好食,好新鮮。我個人覺得食廚師發板真係好幸福,廚師會站在顧客角度為顧客準備最好嘅食材,同時又有新鮮感,唔洗顧客煩食咩好。我好滿意今次嘅廚師發板嘅體驗👍🏻

Omakase 初嚐廚師發板,按當日的食材,做出最好的壽司給客人。Omakesa 在香港一向不便宜,由一千至數千元也有。女生胃口不大,作為初入門呢間8貫壽司只是數百元起先說壽司飯,醋同飯比例剛好,米粒水份煮好也不會太濕黏。而夾起不會夾,咬下又不會按太實身,關鍵在於師傅手藝。魚方面當日有吞拿魚,赤貝,魷魚等都非常新鮮嫩口,由淺到濃口味魚肉,而不同魚質地也有分別,每一件都食到獨特層次同師傅的用心。還有要快快享用,不需點豉油同wasabi ,因師傅在壓壽司時已抹了醬油。

魚方面當日有吞拿魚,赤貝,魷魚等都非常新鮮嫩口,由淺到濃口味魚肉,而不同魚質地也有分別,每一件都食到獨特層次同師傅的用心。

還有要快快享用,不需點豉油同wasabi ,因師傅在壓壽司時已抹了醬油。

元朗向來都有好多好野食,平價至貴價都包羅萬有!呢晚決定好好獎勵自己~提前book左舍利鮨呢間omakase...... 真係覺得相逢恨晚!其實佢都好似係開左唔算好耐,但我食完呢次之後覺得應該都會成日再黎食,原因係真係太好食!食omakase其中一個重點係可以全程睇住廚師預備同烹調食物,除左有味覺亦都有視覺既享受,去唔到旅行,但仲可以有視覺去左日本既享受真係好抵!!呢晚既廚師發板都真係有好多樣野食.... 但好多時掛住享受樣食物都冇乜影到相,d魚生真係好好好好好鮮味.... 中拖同大拖既油香係口入面慢慢散發出黎.... 好食到好誇張,我諗亦都係我思鄉情重,食落覺得似係日本所以加哂分!秋刀魚刺身我都係食過幾次,估佢唔到又咁鮮味!完全冇腥味!好想再encore....佢omakase menu有兩款,其實兩款都好多野食,咁要食就梗係食盡佢試最多野食個款!都係差$300~仲有好多款sake 可以選擇!認真唔錯!

食omakase其中一個重點係可以全程睇住廚師預備同烹調食物,除左有味覺亦都有視覺既享受,去唔到旅行,但仲可以有視覺去左日本既享受真係好抵!!



呢晚既廚師發板都真係有好多樣野食.... 但好多時掛住享受樣食物都冇乜影到相,d魚生真係好好好好好鮮味.... 中拖同大拖既油香係口入面慢慢散發出黎.... 好食到好誇張,我諗亦都係我思鄉情重,食落覺得似係日本所以加哂分!

老公生日,當然要搵吓啲好嘢食,今日特登走入去元朗覓食,佢話想食日本餐,所以我哋就去食omakase,呢間原來係新開,入邊嘅環境好舒服,咪當去轉日本旅行囉老公最鍾意食呢一種日本餐,因為可以睇住廚師即場烹調,佢覺得係一種享受卷身(海膽吞拿魚三文魚),配上壽司飯,味道剛好,唔會太油膩拖羅壽司,入口即化,油脂濃郁,係我嘅至愛原隻鮑魚,師傅即場切開,短短幾分鐘已經上枱,件件都係厚切,而且十分彈牙爽口秋刀魚刺身,真係第一次試,油脂十足,非常好食呢個價錢絕對抵食,如果係同人慶祝,都係好值得嚟

元朗有幾間出名既omakase就係人都知,最近終於有新力軍入左黎,個名都幾特別,叫「舍利鮨」,已經成年冇飛過,最近思鄉病極重,冇得返家鄉既情況下,唯有食日本菜解一解鄉愁。裝修帶日式格調,店內以淺木色為主色,配搭柔和燈光,令人有種身心及心靈放鬆的感覺,Omakase即是廚師發辦,食omakase有一個好處就是每次黎都會有驚喜,廚師會因應不同季節及食材而設計不同的菜單。赤貝壽司赤貝肉質非常鮮甜,新鮮既赤貝帶有光澤,入口肉質爽脆,鮮味十足。燒帆立貝略為炙燒過既帆立貝更香,更鮮甜,用紫菜包住食口感更佳,筋子壽司原來同三文魚籽都是同樣的,只是筋子是連筋帶膜醃製的三文魚籽,而且是連著一片的,吃起來口感更有層次。

New Japanese Omakase restaurant in Yuen Long! Sushi Shari opened for less than two months and I had made a reservation while their soft opening (one month in advance🤫)! I can say...I had the most satisified appetizers on that day!!!!🤩 𝐎𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫🦪, 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐨 白子 and 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚 秋刀魚🎣 are all my favoutite and were really fresh🥰🥰!!!! Especially for the Sirako, it was really really creamy🥰🥰💯💯💯


For the sushi, we love Mirugai 象拔蚌, Sumi ika 墨魚🦑, Akagai 赤貝 and Amaebi 甜蝦🦐 most!!! The crab roll at the last picture was delicious although it looks less attractive😛


Chef was so friendly and shared lots of his experience in omakase👨‍🍳 The overall experience was amazing!!! This lunch experience was much satisfied comparatively to several omakase restaurants in Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui🤫 The ingredients were definitely more fresh and in higher quality!


𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶’s lunch reservation are really full now. If you are interested, please be reminded to reserve ASAP!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 (No 10% service charge now🤫 Very good value❤️!)
