【櫻樽】 普通三文魚都是俄羅斯的,這個的魚比較小條比較貴,難見一點,口感跟三文魚還是有不同的,入口即化,沒有fibre 油脂的香味很像頂級三文魚
【天草池魚】上面的蔥醬配爽口的池魚很特別,特別清新,肉質跟深海池魚還有不一樣的,天草池魚特別爽口
【赤陸/喉黑魚】油脂比拖羅多,炭燒超級好吃 有一丟丟焦脆的外皮是點綴

🌟 樱鳟 是当季食材 此🐟属于樱花盛开的季节 不同于三文鱼 这个更加肥糯 好吃得忘记拍照了😭
