當時呢啲三文魚肚裡面仲未有魚籽,啲養份吸收喺晒啲肉度,就被人捉到,食落我覺得好綿密,同埋滑過挪威三文魚。「秋刀魚」係加咗蔥醬嘅初秋,有效辟腥。「BB 銀鱈魚」用嚟做刺身就顯得佢好肥好滑,同西京燒唔同。

西京燒嗰啲多數用西京麵豉醃至少一晚,會香啲甜啲。最後一款係「紫海膽」,又鮮又濃。卷物係「碎蔥呑拿魚腩」,大大件,爽。湯係用鯛魚嚟熬嘅「麵豉湯」,清香充盈。甜品方面,可以揀「焙茶奶凍」或者「咖啡」。

揀咗先知,我哋憑運氣食到晚市限定嘅「焙茶奶凍」,平時係夜晚先出呢個,午市係雪糕。味道上焙茶味同奶味互相暉映又唔會影響對方個味,好正。呢度真係唔錯,冇帶錯唱歌哥嚟試,連埋加一價錢 $1936,唔算過份吖。。。

虽然已经有好几家心水的鮨店,但是仍然挡不住我一直想试新店的好奇心。是日便来到了位于铜锣湾的山月一试,先说整体感受是好吃的,但是时间安排上希望可以有所改进,是日我准时12点到店,吃到第一贯寿司是1点11分,且前菜其实只有4个刺身,1个茶碗蒸和1个烧太刀而已。70分钟serve这些属实有点慢了,而且我吃过的其他较慢的店例如wadatsumi,弥泩,是平均慢,不会出现长时间斋坐的情况,而这里就发生了好几次,且那两家师傅是1对10或1对12,这里师傅是1对5,实在不理解为什么可以这么慢。如果前期准备不及完全可以不开12点booking,从1230开始不是更好?anyway,吐槽完毕,进入正题,其实还是好吃的,就是慢的让我想吐槽一下。前菜是虾姑鲍鱼茶碗蒸,莼菜赤贝,缟蝶鱼拼北极贝,烧太刀鱼以及蛋黄酱烟熏鲣。茶碗蒸内容丰富好像,赤贝爽甜,缟鲽鱼清爽,北极贝很甜都是好吃的。太刀鱼最近吃到审美疲劳,但也是在线的,鲣鱼师傅用了蛋黄酱,非常不错。之后是寿司的部分,有白虾 深海池鱼 银鳕鱼。白虾好吃,这三个都是常见的鱼种,略嫌银鳕鱼有点cheap之外没有投诉。接下去是鰤鱼 时不知鲑鱼 赤鯥鱼。这个时间的鰤鱼
