一品料理:
金鯛魚(馬頭魚):魚肉的脂肪含量都比較高,口感更豐厚,配上蛋白和片薄的大粟子,口感多元化。配料還有意大利青瓜和稻米炸成的米通。這是鯛魚中的高級品種,薄切刺身是考驗師傅刀法技巧的一道招牌菜式。用筷子夾起魚片能透析光線,魚肉帶油潤的光澤,味道甘甜。

如果係到食$624最平既lunch,你不如去donki買刺身食算因可能係幫襯最平既套餐, 所以廚師同你零溝通,只是講低個壽司名做走左去,唔會講解舊魚同上一舊魚有咩唔同,所以係成個 omakase 既過程中,我都以為食緊同一舊魚,味道又差唔多。而你又睇唔到廚師係點整舊壽司,通常去omakase 個廚師都會係你面前整,但是我去到,我係對住要吉檯食,連想睇下廚師點整都睇唔到,係有兩舊壽司覺得好食,一件三文魚子壽司同赤海膽壽司,所以如果黎e度食千期唔好食最平既餐,佢會令你大失所望,還是用$13xx食壽司朗仲開心。

本人好鍾意試唔同嘅Omakase上環呢一間已經去咗兩次,所以圖片都係綜合左兩次食嘅嘢!第一次佢叫咗齋壽司set,第二次就叫咗有刺身既Set初初俾佢吸引嘅就係奢華既打卡點😍但係冇諗過連嘢食都咁高質素,師傅都好Nice!事不宜遲俾大家欣賞下!齋壽司SET第二次去就想試吓佢啲刺身,師傅已經認得我,所以都係非常有善同埋有心整😍
