I must say that I went into it for the same food most people do... the Swiss sauce, right! the last time I went to the same chain was in Guangzhou, and quite impressed by it.. but not much this time.

instead, I really enjoy the service here... when you see most waiter are in their 50s, probably 60s, you kind of hv an assumption that they would never give a fuss about service and i was WRONG. they are super attentive and polite, always ask before take away my dishes. although I wasn't happy that all food are served pretty much immediately (when I only started the bread, all served). they still politely said take our time. and the good thing is that even i already saw a full house there by the time we finished the food, they never rush to serve the after meal drinks and waited until we really finished. a plus for that.

講重點。星期三晚四個人一齊去咗呢間舖,見個巨型梳乎厘好似好得意咁,就點咗一份share(除咗紅酒冇再點其他嘢)。結果,份梳乎厘唔似梳乎厘不在話下,更恐怖係第二日開始四個人都食物中毒,痾嘔發燒!!有兩個仲嚴重到入咗醫院,今日(事隔三日)都仲未出得院啊!!認真,睇樣都覺得好伏,乜梳乎厘係咁嘅樣架咩。食落去,得外面嗰薄薄哋一層係硬嘅(硬到唔應該係梳乎厘嘅硬度),裡面成舊就調返轉,只可以話係生生哋嘅蒸蛋。好難食啊!!除咗因為特別可以打下卡(otherwise我都唔會為呢啲咁難食嘅嘢影相),我真係唔知呢碟嘢有啲咩存在價值。好辛苦啊痾嘔肚痛發燒頭痛咗幾日喇!!至於服務就可以話係冇服務可言,可能主觀情感有啲影響啦,印象中個侍應語氣係衰衰哋嘅。結論,唔想死千祈唔好幫襯。

結果,份梳乎厘唔似梳乎厘不在話下,更恐怖係第二日開始四個人都食物中毒,痾嘔發燒!!有兩個仲嚴重到入咗醫院,今日(事隔三日)都仲未出得院啊!!

認真,睇樣都覺得好伏,乜梳乎厘係咁嘅樣架咩。食落去,得外面嗰薄薄哋一層係硬嘅(硬到唔應該係梳乎厘嘅硬度),裡面成舊就調返轉,只可以話係生生哋嘅蒸蛋。好難食啊!!

除咗因為特別可以打下卡(otherwise我都唔會為呢啲咁難食嘅嘢影相),我真係唔知呢碟嘢有啲咩存在價值。好辛苦啊痾嘔肚痛發燒頭痛咗幾日喇!!

至於服務就可以話係冇服務可言,可能主觀情感有啲影響啦,印象中個侍應語氣係衰衰哋嘅。

結論,唔想死千祈唔好幫襯。

我當日點了乾炒牛河. 除左正斗既乾炒牛河好食,第二間就非太平館莫屬, 雖然下午茶份量較少,但味道十分好味.
沒有馬虎,很高興食到有質素既乾炒牛河,因為並非每間店都做得好.
芽荐要乾身而且脆口,成碟河粉乾濕適中,不算太油,牛肉亦都處理得好好.

下次再去一定要點返正常份量再品嚐一下

自今天因舊友於中環太平館午膳,巳俩年末踏足中環的我,可算是重遊舊地。在疫情下踏足中環,人流没有往時多,第一次在中環不用跟途人擦肩而過,食店内也不人頭湧湧,有點沒落氣氛。行至士丹利街推門入太平館,一如往昔的装修,步上樓上雅坐,在疫症間雖有限枱令,幸好朋友巳訂枱。朋友食量小只叫羅宋湯和餐包,我則點招牌午餐燒豬脾飯,再點一客烚鹹牛脷。食物,味道,服務一如過往够穩定,在這些老牌餐廳能至今仍不倒就是穩定倆個字。女性朋友跟我一樣最愛羅宋湯,大家還要俩顆牛油夾麵包吃,一口麵包一口湯,當麵包掺上味重羅宋湯,麵包內的牛油溶化於湯裡,濃湯隨著香滑牛油滑入味蕾,童年味道湧上心頭,小時總有個心願,係灣仔金鳳買波羅油和羅宋湯同吃,必定昇華佰倍。燒豬脾飯,豬脾一如過往的乾,幸好豉油酱汁捞飯才是主角,童年回憶冇法喇!再配上鹹牛脷,牛脷鬆軟,咬下不乾冇渣,也是一如過往好吃,甜味的豬脾豉油汁配上鹹香牛脷,一甜一鹹衝激舌尖的味蕾,久遺了味道滿足了回憶,可惜人少,否則點吃焗梳乎厘,就可為這餐劃上完美句號
