香港人最喜歡一盅兩件,一盅是茶,因為粵式舊式茶樓用碗取代杯,而茶碗多是用上有茶蓋的,所以為一盅,加上兩籠點心,為港人的飲食傳統文化:飲茶。🍵今次去左米芝蓮推介點心及燒味的太湖飲茶。水滾茶靚係最基本要求但佢水是夠滾,但茶唔靚點心好食牛肉球新鮮。蜜糖脆蛋散,超脆,甜甜的,必叫。墨魚豆腐,墊底的滷水豆腐好味。肴肉加青瓜,好清爽。懷舊味的蘿蔔牛筋腩,必食推介👍🏻很惹味的沙薑雞腳。熱辣辣雪山叉燒包,雖然比較甜咗少少,但熱辣辣真係加晒分。薑汁九層糕,必食推介,好味。飲茶唔叫咸水角會有失落感。仲有叫左其他如蝦餃、燒賣,蝦🦐爽口彈牙,質素比點心鋪好,不過不失,保持水準。叫埋時蔬水餃,都算是幾多菜。蜆介鯪魚餅,蜆芥醬汁另上,有原粒蜆肉,但醬料太咸香。結賬:三人連茶芥,$540左右。

是晚公司開年飯,喺太湖擺咗幾圍,未出發已經有3個同事分別同我講d嘢好好味,我心諗例牌”去飲”食物,會有幾好食?一去到酒樓已經見到大大塊易拉架寫住前米芝蓮推介餐廳,即刻睇吓今晚嘅餐牌,再google吓有咩邊味出名!😂第一碟「脆皮即燒BB豬」,個餸名同呢間傳統舊式裝潢嘅酒家完全唔襯,不過賣相一流,急不及待要夾返件!方型切法啱啱好一啖放入口,外皮燒到脆卜卜,仲有甜甜嘅燒汁味,連甜醬都唔洗點!乳豬不油不膩,不太肥,我食咗三件都唔覺膩😋緊接上枱嘅係「三蔥野菌爆鮮蟹鉗」,比平時食嘅炸蟹鉗煮法更有誠意,蟹肉新鮮甜美,一絲絲蟹肉口感比炸蟹鉗嘅雪藏味同咬口贏成條街!之後到出名嘅「花膠姫松茸燉螺頭湯」,冇味精得嚟夠火喉,非常鮮甜!到咗最期待嘅「蠔皇原隻36頭鮑」上枱,湯匙咁大隻嘅鮑魚肉質爽甜,冬菇煮到入口即溶,墊底嘅生菜吸晒濃濃嘅蠔汁,係我認為全晚最美味嘅菜色!得獎名菜「金湯焗加拿大龍蝦配煎米粉底」,一人分到半隻之餘,仲另外斬件上多一碟,份量好似多過菜單上寫嘅六隻份。龍蝦肉夠晒新鮮彈牙,又係要食多兩件先夠喉🤤最誇張係另上一碟煎到餅狀嘅米粉,再由侍應即場倒落金色浮誇大碟的龍蝦汁上浸汁食,米粉餅浸汁之後有少少

相信係因為米粉餅索晒d汁!食落米粉餅唔係脆嘅,似返濕炒米粉!

仲有碟金獎「芝麻鹽焗雞」,白芝麻佈滿雞上,雞皮炸到脆卜卜,好味到相都唔記得影!
美點雙輝係蛋散同煎堆,蛋散夠脆之餘仲入口即溶,唯一挑剔嘅地方係個汁只係淋喺面,令下面嘅蛋散唔夠汁,有d乾!
煎堆炸得脆但唔會好油,入面有白蓮榕,好味又唔膩!

必吃 薑米鮮魚炒飯 每次來都會點這個!一碟最好四個人一起吃。如果只有一個人或兩個人的話,可能就太飽,吃不下其他東西。燉湯:不會太鹹,材料十足。海鮮類也是非常新鮮,調味剛好。 因為一心是來吃薑米鮮魚炒飯的,所以其他菜式沒有太注意,只是印像中每樣都有鑊氣,不會太鹹,也不是太油。咕嚕肉有沒有加太多的炸粉或麵粉之類,這點非常難得。反正每樣都挺好吃的!服務方面,所有人都很友善、很細心,這是有點樣我意想不到的。非常欣賞記得要訂枱,那就不用等了。

燉湯:不會太鹹,材料十足。

海鮮類也是非常新鮮,調味剛好。
因為一心是來吃薑米鮮魚炒飯的,所以其他菜式沒有太注意,只是印像中每樣都有鑊氣,不會太鹹,也不是太油。咕嚕肉有沒有加太多的炸粉或麵粉之類,這點非常難得。反正每樣都挺好吃的!

服務方面,所有人都很友善、很細心,這是有點樣我意想不到的。非常欣賞


記得要訂枱,那就不用等了。
