今次係我第二次嚟到太元樓 ,講真第一次嚟食 真係食到一肚氣 ,因為嗰日係元旦1月1號, 餐廳基本上乜嘢都賣曬 ,淨低嘅都係貴價嘢 ,最慘係啲侍應完全唔識應對 ,唔一早話畀個客聽有啲乜嘢係冇嘅 ,結果兩次三次係咁落單冇呢樣冇嗰樣,真係令人食到好忟憎, 所以本身我已經決定blacklist佢, 但係今日老公話想試多次,咁我就同佢一齊去食啦。 今次乜嘢都有喎,特價乳鴿、甜品、 炸嘢全部都有 。我今日試咗賽螃蟹春卷、 排骨擔擔麵、 上海粗炒、炸乳鴿 、桂花糕、小籠包。 賽螃蟹春卷好熱辣,而且裏面嘅餡料好嫩滑 。排骨擔擔麵好有驚喜 ,個擔擔面呢有適當嘅 辣味, 淡淡嘅花生醬香好出色,炸 排骨都好鬆化, 外層好香脆 。小籠包皮薄多汁。 桂花糕亦都好有花香,而且仲唔會死甜添 。其實乳鴿都幾好食㗎,肉質好有味道,但好可惜炸乳鴿最精華就係個外皮要脆!!但係竟然係淋嘅!! 除咗乳鴿之外,其他其實都好滿意。so far其實已經改變咗我blacklist佢嘅睇法啦, 下次希望佢個乳鴿都可以改進一下啦!

女朋友落order要食上海野,一search openrice都係d連鎖店,難得見到有間排名都幾高又新開既鋪頭,即刻起行揸車過海去北角!未夠七點已經要等位,好彩都唔係等得太耐!但想嗌28蚊乳鴿已經賣曬了,下次要早d黎!味道:兩個人黎,咩都想食,嗌到要take away,佢每樣野都好大份,個前菜比我想象中多左double呢!首選賽螃蟹春卷!好足料,而且春卷非常脆,實在好好味!次選小籠包,湯同肉都有鮮味,個皮唔厚,做得相當好!其他食物排名不分先後,都係做得唔錯但唔算好突出。擔擔面:好香口,d面係滑身且彈牙!但略嫌唔夠花生味。口水雞:d雞好滑,有成十幾件,相當抵食,但對於我黎講有d太辣。XO醬炒椰菜花:椰菜花有d太淋,但個醬夠香可補救。西湖藕韵:個味係好食既,但切得太薄,d料一夾就跌出黎。最後有一道菜唔會再點,就係熏蛋,煮得太熟又唔入味,好似水煮蛋咁,唔合格!環境&衛生:新開既所以d野都好乾淨,餐廳好大,d位都坐得幾舒服,細心睇d杯杯碟碟全部都有襯過色,好有心思既一間餐廳!服務:服務好好,雖然人多,每個職員都好忙,但仍然很好服務態度!抵食:兩個人嗌到攬住個肚,先至$381,物超所值!

城市花園新開了間叫太元樓的中菜館,裝潢十分雅緻舒適,但價錢十分貼地,難怪新開張已經十分熱鬧,晚市時間座無虛席,用餐氣氛不錯~入座後先送上一道餐前小食涼拌青瓜,味道酸酸辣辣的很開胃新開張優惠期間,每隻妙齡乳鴿只是$28隻!超級抵食,點了兩隻嚐嚐~烤得金黃的乳鴿外皮油光閃閃,色澤誘人,入口皮脆、肉嫩、骨酥,水準不錯吃上海菜必點水晶生煎包,底脆皮薄,不會煎得很油膩黃金蝦很大一碟,足料份量,充滿鹹蛋黃的香,蝦身甘香酥脆當然不少得常點菜之一炒鱔糊跟韭黃同炒,鱔魚膩糯又不失彈性,醬汁味濃,鹹中帶鮮,吃起來很惹味這碟看起來很像卡邦尼意粉的就是奶油津白香濃的奶油全被津白吸收,非常creamy綿滑甜品點了紅棗心太軟,賣相太可愛了~~紅棗去核後釀入Q軟的糯米粉團,味道甜糯香軟,令人回味

北角多年前 素有小上海之稱,住在北角二十餘年,雪園的結業後,北角的上海菜便出現青黃不接的情況。許多小店以滬菜以主打,但食過既朋友就知道完全唔係果回事。太元樓以京川滬菜為主打,真係有辣 有唔辣 任君選擇!裝潢令到人行入去就有一種很舒服既感覺睇黎老細同設計師真係花左唔少心思去設計!野食方面真係唔會比果啲有車呔人介紹既餐廳差,睇得出食品係有心思、有要求、有水準!呢間餐廳好誇張連星期一至四晚上都座無虛席!好在屋企人有訂位,唔係又要餓住肚仔等了!今晚就同屋企叫左幾樣野食,加上呢間餐廳嘅服務貼心,係非常繁忙混亂的運作期間,都可以很快地安排到你想要嘅嘢俾你!總括而言,回食程度係冇一百都九十啊!

一早知今晚星仔公司周年晚宴,難得有一晚free time,當然要搵定節目,所以預早定了到舊同事家探bb,順便再一起晚飯。朋友就住在北角,他介紹附近新開了一間上海菜不錯,正所謂猛虎都不及地頭蟲,我也沒有意見。***********太元樓是一間新派上海菜館,全店以淺灰色做主調,感覺素雅,桌椅擺放則有點像茶記,因為左右兩邊都是卡座,中間則是四人桌。點菜紙一頁兩面選擇都幾多,包括冷盤、肉類、海鮮、豆腐、蔬菜、湯、飯麵、年糕、包點、甜品和飲品。水晶生煎包($48)生煎包奉上時熱辣辣,肉餡富肉汁,只是略嫌包皮有點過厚。涼曬白肉($72)木架上掛上一片片的白肉,架下的碟子上則是粉皮,賣相明顯有花過心思。白肉都幾多,入口微涼,本身沒有太多調味,重味的朋友可蘸隨白肉同上的醬汁,鹹鹹辣辣。粉皮很滑很薄。辣子雞丁($88)辣子雞丁呃Like一流,雖然驟眼看都幾多辣椒,但如果不專挑辣椒吃,其實又沒有想像中辣,辣度大約在小辣和中辣之間,雞丁辣得惹味又不會太油,中間還有很多腰果。奶奶芽菜肉末炒飯($68)炒飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明,值得一讚是不會太油,不過只見到肉鬆,就不覺有芽菜。

今天經過北角城市花園,見到呢間裝修得好悅目,再望望個menu,價錢都好ok,決定入去試下。我們在晚上九點左右才到,所以不用等,被安排到一個梳化位上。好闊落的座位,加上成間裝潢得光猛,玫麗,餐具也好亮麗,已經有種好好的感覺。見到menu,好多都想試,而且價錢都不貴,跟一般平民化的上海菜差不多,所以我們可以叫多幾様試下。我們兩人叫了:1. 小籠包基本上,呢係我在上海菜館必叫的,因為實在太喜歡食小籠包,而且可以用呢個作為比較下上海菜館,大概知邊間較好食。夾上,一囗咬,好多湯汁,好鬆軟,熱辣辣咁,真好美味,冇令我失望。2. 酸辣湯呢個也是我必叫的上海菜。它不是太辣,反而多些酸味,好醒胃,料又好充足,好不錯!3. 嫩雞㛱麵呢個也我多叫的,因為清清地,又有菜又有雞,價錢通常都平平地,又飽肚,又有管養又好味。呢個做得非常好,麵好滑,菜和雞配料好多,湯底好濃郁,一啖一口湯麵連菜肉,真好正。4. 上海粗炒呢個又是我必叫的。它做得好好味呀!麵又吾會太硬,最好味的係冬菇絲,好厚好軟,肉絲也粗大,味道好好呀,我不停不停地食,好快食光。5. 紅燒乳鴿當然要叫下呢間餐廳最抵食嘅菜- 紅燒乳鴿 $28。上枱時,熱辣

又試下呢家的特色小食,見佢標住廚師推介,出面未見過,所以即刻又叫左。好特別,在春卷裏包住平時食的賽螃蟹,即一啲滑溜的蛋白,外脆內軟,真好特別兼好好味,一定要試下。

最後我們叫了作為甜品,當然也冇另我們失望。皮相當煙韌,好有質感。


咁多様野,加埋茶錢,只係三百蚊左右,真係食到捧住個肚走,而且食物貿數幾好,我最著重的環境也好滿意,下次再來試其他先。
