2018年快將過去,盤點一年的得與失,有酸有苦有甜有辣,就好像這碗酸辣湯一樣。。。五味紛陳!

酸辣湯一直都是我最喜歡的上海菜湯品, 這家的酸辣湯很足料,味道不錯,但是偏辣, 酸味稍嫌不足。如果店家可以 提供酸度跟辣度的選擇,就更完美了 !!

由於鴿子還很年少,所以皮下脂肪很薄。。。可以說差不多是沒有脂肪的, 最合福福郎這種注重健康飲食的人吃。

吃下去表皮很香脆,皮下只有薄薄 一層鴿肉 , 雖然肉不多,但我覺得吃時口感不錯。不過全隻妙齡鴿的肉稍嫌少了一點。。。可以說是「冇肉食 亅, 所以喜不喜歡,就見仁見智了。

甜品的熱度很足夠, 店家順應了香港人的口味,甜品沒有弄得很甜,清清潤潤丶甜度剛剛好, 值得一讚。 另外,桂花的味道很香, 為小丸子起了「提鮮亅的作用,有「畫龍點睛亅的效果!

又到一年一度既冬節!今年難得有朋友提議一齊食冬節飯,當然要聚一聚啦!剛好朋友家附近開了間新既上海菜餐館 「 太元樓 」,見環境很不錯,就早幾日預約。首先點了太元鷄,有點似炸子雞,鷄皮香脆,鷄肉鮮嫰滑囗,味道不錯!點少少醬汁吃,令味道更加提升,更加惹味!見隔離枱既乳鴿好似好正,原本都想叫,不過已經叫左太元鷄,所以都係叫其他。(其實係朋友想食黃金蝦就真😂)黃金蝦一上枱,我朋友已經急不及待拎起筷子🙊賣相的確吸引,大大隻金黃色,好香!炸得脆卜卜,連蝦殼都可以吃,一邊啜着鹹香既蛋黃粒,一邊品嘗爽甜既蝦肉。蝦肉保持鮮嫩,不會煎炸得過老,啖啖肉,非常惹味!最後一道菜 - 紫心蕃薯浸莧菜!非常健康好味既一道菜,而且都幾大碟。紫色蕃薯很甜,有口感,健康之選!

賣相的確吸引,大大隻金黃色,好香!炸得脆卜卜,連蝦殼都可以吃,一邊啜着鹹香既蛋黃粒,一邊品嘗爽甜既蝦肉。蝦肉保持鮮嫩,不會煎炸得過老,啖啖肉,非常惹味!

最後一道菜 - 紫心蕃薯浸莧菜!
非常健康好味既一道菜,而且都幾大碟。
紫色蕃薯很甜,有口感,健康之選!

冬大過年,今晚约咗屋企人提早做冬食晚飯,當然有揾一間似樣的中菜餐廳,近期係炮台山城市花園附近開咗一間新的粵菜中餐廳叫做太元樓,我每次行過都好多人光顧,所以我就專登book定同屋企人試一試!我覺得太元樓裝修好靚,又有獨立房間,而且牆上有好多中國古玩擺設,都幾有特色呢!食物方面都有好多選擇,有出名的上海担担麵,個麵條好彈牙,湯底好红但其實又唔會好辣,味道恰當,跟住就到獅子頭,肉好爽配埋芡汁的確好好味,做冬又點會唔食雞,所以專登叫咗一隻招牌菜,脆皮太元雞,皮脆肉嫩,肉質鲜美。然後就到酸菜水煮魚,又係一道馳名菜式,酸菜加上魚肉確係出色,湯底清甜,之後再來一道黄金蝦,蛋黄醬夠連皮可以食,最後忍唔住叫多碟冷伴牛展,今晚完全滿足到爆!

餐廳新開張,尊登同屋企人嚟試下。裝潢以白色為主,簡潔有氣派,而且非常光猛!呢晚去到剛好係晚飯時間,很多人,好彩有一早book 定位。食上海菜又點可以唔叫名菜 「 擔擔麵 」同 「 紅燒獅子頭 」呢。「 蒸銀絲卷 」$26雖然無炸銀絲卷咁香口,不過較健康得多。色澤潔白,入口柔和香甜,軟綿油潤,餘味無窮。「 擔擔麵 」$48吃要趁熱,濃郁的醬汁,我急不及待把麵汁撈勻,吃一口,纏上汁醬的麵身很煙韌,口感獨特,微辣、鹹鮮、帶麻醬香,不太膩滯。麵條細滑,很煙靱,彈牙有勁。麵身吸收了秘製湯底味道,雖然不加肉碎,但芝麻醬香味洋溢,每條麵條、每口湯也值得細嚐。「 紅燒獅子頭 」$88肥瘦肉比列均勻,味道好,口感好,鬆軟不散,不油膩。芡汁濃,獅子頭同菜都吸哂汁,好味!

吃要趁熱,濃郁的醬汁,我急不及待把麵汁撈勻,吃一口,纏上汁醬的麵身很煙韌,口感獨特,微辣、鹹鮮、帶麻醬香,不太膩滯。麵條細滑,很煙靱,彈牙有勁。麵身吸收了秘製湯底味道,雖然不加肉碎,但芝麻醬香味洋溢,每條麵條、每口湯也值得細嚐。

「 紅燒獅子頭 」$88
肥瘦肉比列均勻,味道好,口感好,鬆軟不散,不油膩。芡汁濃,獅子頭同菜都吸哂汁,好味!

一家人去吃午餐,味道不錯,但一位帶黑框眼鏡小丸子頭的女部長真的很沒禮貌,一隻手上菜,另一隻手拿着手提講電話!後加的白飯遲遲未到,追問之下原來漏單,再等了一會兒還沒有到,再問這位經理,竟然給她訓話!話都要廚房出咗我先攞到俾你!開喺城市花園裏面,就梗係做街坊生意為主,竟然這麼沒禮貌,員工培訓很差!

星期六晚跟家人經過炮台山、知道這裡新開了一間中菜 - 太元樓,便一起到這裡吃晚飯。餐廳裝潢典雅舒適、枱與枱之間有足夠距離、有不少附近住戶光顧、七時已經差不多坐滿。前菜的涼拌小青瓜酸酸辣辣好開胃。水晶肴肉 肉肥瘦適中剛好~金粒豆腐炸得酥脆香口、裡面的豆腐滑嘟嘟、好好味👍🏻紅燒乳鴿皮燒得香脆、沒什麼脂肪、肉都好嫩滑咸香、$28一隻好抵食!我們只是點了例牌的酸辣湯$38、份量都唔少、足夠四個人每人喝一點、不過辣味偏重、酸辣比例可再調一下。揚州炒飯炒得乾爽不錯~砂鍋雲吞雞好足料、湯頭很鮮。

見店裡妙齡乳鴿 ($28) 非常抵食,每隻只是 $28,所以亦點了一隻試試。乳鴿件頭不大,外形的的骰骰,上檯時已一分為四。撕開外皮,鴿肉雖然不夠厚身,但入口嫩滑香脆,一點也不油膩,而且保持肉汁,食味亦不俗。

金粒豆腐 ($78),其實這客「金粒豆腐」應該改名為「金磚豆腐」,更加貼切。雪白的豆腐炸至金黃色,入口外脆內滑,豆香味濃郁。豆腐面頭灑了黑芝麻和味粉,食落非常香口!

壓尾的砂鍋雲吞雞 ($98),雖然只係揀咗四分一隻,但份量亦絕不欺場。雞湯重雞味,完全無味精。雲吞大大粒,菜同豬肉的比例啱啱好,肉餡味鮮,皮薄滑溜。雞肉非常嫩滑,湯入面仲有大量浸至入味的娃娃菜同小唐菜,用料十足。

這晚的食物質素整體不錯,店員溫文有禮,加上菜牌上仍有很多誘人的菜式,如招牌松子魚、紅燒獅子頭等未試過,相信找日定必再訪。

最近發現在北角附近有間新開張京滬菜, 連紅紙都未拆, 晚上7:30到達,已經坐滿。裝修夠光猛,坐得舒服, 感覺唔會太迫花雕醉雞食落嘅酒味夠, 肉質ok, 而且夠入味, 份量不少剁椒大魚, 見到咁多辣椒, 初時擔心太辣,但原來入口有淡淡椒香, 只係微微辣, 魚頭好新鮮浸莧菜係健康之選,食落有蒜香味和紫蕃薯的甜味妙齡乳鴿價錢吸引,肉質略乾不過炸得皮脆酒釀桂花丸子, 冇咩酒味, 高力豆沙好正, waitress話今日剛剛ready, 之前這款甜品未準備好, 豆沙餡不會太甜幸好我一早訂了枱, 否則就要等後半個小時或以上。下次會再黎

Cenni好想吃小籠包呀!今日放AL,馬上約朋友吃一頓上海大餐先!第一件事、吃前菜,這裡的前菜是醋漬青瓜加蒜,非常juicy兼開胃,絕非坊間的hea前菜!之後當然要試我最愛的小籠包啦!小籠包算是其中一款招牌菜,食評好多人推介!趁熱吃,小籠包薄皮多肉汁,超級熱辣辣,根本就是超出色!另一款我很愛吃的是擔擔麵,別看它那麼紅啊,其實不太辣,帶微微的花生香,份量不少,一家大小也能吃呢!這個烤茄子比較重獻,但味道跟口感也很有上海風味,還加入了一些嫩雞肉加味,好好吃啊!最後當然要點甜品!那就在這嚴寒的天氣下點一碗薑茶湯圓補一補。這碗湯圓不溫不火,滑溜又多餡,連薑茶同飲,真的很温暖喔!

特意到炮台山女友家拿東西,為的就是到訪近排她家附近新開的上海菜,7點入座前只有小貓三兩隻,沒想到7點後坐無虛席還有好多人在等位!原來這裡在賣$28一隻乳鴿,每抬都可以點一隻。本來以為很鞋的賣剩貨,沒想到嫰滑非常,連翼位都烤得超嫰滑,超難得!這餐廳無論價格還是裝潢都是走家庭風,$158一個水煮魚?應該好細碟吧?一於試試!那個$158的水煮魚上桌時我有點驚訝,因為它佔據本來就很細的桌子的一大半!正宗水煮魚應有的嫩滑魚片,竹筍,豆芽,豆腐乾,腐竹都一應俱全,最驚人的還是那些既滑漏又煙韌的薯粉,根本夠2個人吃到飽好不好!辣度不算很高、是可以接受的程度,而且越吃越想吃,因為沒有辣到舌頭噴火的程度,一啖又一啖,好吃!風味豬寸骨則有像宮保雞丁,跟辣椒一同乾燒,帶點辣味跟咸香,微脆煙韌的肉質,還帶大量夏威夷果仁,又是一道越吃越上癮的小菜!吃到這裡,2個人都吃不下了,但菜還是得吃,點了一個上湯菜心,菜身巨大而且夠綠,不過,實在吃不完呢!一人百五蚊左右,飽到上心口!侍應跟餐廳都很新,可以進步的空間還是有不少,但CP值跟食物質素,我很滿意!

原來這裡在賣$28一隻乳鴿,每抬都可以點一隻。本來以為很鞋的賣剩貨,沒想到嫰滑非常,連翼位都烤得超嫰滑,超難得!

那個$158的水煮魚上桌時我有點驚訝,因為它佔據本來就很細的桌子的一大半!正宗水煮魚應有的嫩滑魚片,竹筍,豆芽,豆腐乾,腐竹都一應俱全,最驚人的還是那些既滑漏又煙韌的薯粉,根本夠2個人吃到飽好不好!

辣度不算很高、是可以接受的程度,而且越吃越想吃,因為沒有辣到舌頭噴火的程度,一啖又一啖,好吃!

一人百五蚊左右,飽到上心口!侍應跟餐廳都很新,可以進步的空間還是有不少,但CP值跟食物質素,我很滿意!

雖然住在港島東,但平時甚少到北角吃飯,不過老公愛吃上海菜,家附近的上海菜館都吃過,質素中上的價錢都偏貴。聽說城市花園開了一家新的上海菜館,價錢大眾化而質素不錯,下班後一於和老公去試一試。裝潢新派簡潔之餘又不失傳統格調,座位也頗寬闊。涼菜:黃金熏蛋還有些少蛋黃汁流出的溏心蛋黃,非常誘人,蛋黃上撒少許五香淮鹽,使熏蛋更香更濃。小籠包湯多汁濃,皮也做得挺薄,肉餡細緻飽滿,媲美不少高檔上海菜館。百葉小棠菜不知是否用百頁豆腐製的腐皮做成的,有豆腐的香,又有吃麵的口感,非常有趣。太元雞(半隻),有點像炸子雞,但撒了更多炸蒜、辣椒和蔥花,皮脆肉嫩滑,沾少許南乳醬更惹味。還點了一碟上海炒年糕,年糕煙韌,有冬菇絲、肉絲和椰菜,足料又大碟,但我們顧著埋首吃,已經忘了拍照😂老公說下一次要叫家人一起來,可以多試幾樣甜品,例如高力豆沙、拔絲香蕉,這次飽到傻,都沒有留肚給甜品😭

太元雞(半隻),有點像炸子雞,但撒了更多炸蒜、辣椒和蔥花,皮脆肉嫩滑,沾少許南乳醬更惹味。


還點了一碟上海炒年糕,年糕煙韌,有冬菇絲、肉絲和椰菜,足料又大碟,但我們顧著埋首吃,已經忘了拍照😂老公說下一次要叫家人一起來,可以多試幾樣甜品,例如高力豆沙、拔絲香蕉,這次飽到傻,都沒有留肚給甜品😭
