特意黎搵返佢地.
店內大多員工都是年長的一輩.

1. 生煎豬肉包 ($6)

生煎包皮底煎得香脆, 略認為包的部份濕了一點,
而且肉的份量比較少, 可多加改進


鍋貼同樣皮底煎得香脆 , 肉料充足.
脆脆的外皮包著軟軟的肉料, 
咬下肉汁流入口裏. 滋味無比


魚釀豆腐可是他們店的代表作了.
事源佢地既真係一間豆腐店,
佢地會係門口賣豆腐俾人返去煮 

魚釀豆腐煎得脆脆的. 咬下去會有濃濃的豆味.
而且非常嫩滑,  清淡中又夾帶著小小的魚肉,
真係幾好


我地坐係到大約15 分鐘.
客人客似雲來的, 來來去去的.
附近的老式餐廳都餘下不多. 
希望佢地好好做下去..

之前朋友仔話要帶我食好食豆品,但搵極都搵唔到,畢竟好耐無黎過,唔認得路今次經開北角,再次尋找朋友仔小時候的味道,終於搵到呢間豆品店啦,成條街好似收晒檔咁,但呢間詢問下仲有得食,嘻~好開心咁去試。每人一碗豆腐花,我覺得熱食唔駛落糖滑啲,呢排天氣咁熱辣辣,食碗凍豆腐花即時凍涼返晒。豆漿都好飲,唔太甜又有品味,果然老字號。大家除左試豆腐花同豆漿外,可以試下佢地既餃子,我見到幾多人叫黎食可惜我地太飽了,唯有下次至食過。順帶一提,65年老字號豆品店,呢度有張古老經典海報,好有意思,記得除左舌尖上既味道,那份懷舊味道都不妨品味下。

如果唔係住呢一頭都未必知道呢度有間舖

次次黎都一定要叫鍋貼同埋豆漿
我好鍾意呢度d鍋貼
感覺上佢個皮係比出面既鍋貼厚少少

每隻鍋貼都包左好多肉喺入面 好足料
而且好夠肉汁
唔係點嘢就咁食已經好正

唔會太甜又好香豆味

尼間有30年歷史既豆品店開係小小既角落,咁岩行開經過發現了它,小小的豆品店卻有薯好多歷史,店內大概可坐10人左右,職員都時老一輩。可揀既款式不多,主力煎釀豆腐、豆漿、豆腐花、煎鍋貼、牛肉豬肉包。價錢都係幾蚊至十一蚊左右抵食今日自己獨樂樂叫左份《煎釀豆腐》$7/2件豆腐煎得吾會太濃,油不多,豆腐好滑好夠豆香味,不過面頭只有好薄一片煎魚肉,不是釀在在豆腐中間,味道夠,但吾夠喉另外叫左個熱《原味豆腐花》$9豆腐花吾夠熱,不過同樣係豆磨得好滑原先已經有糖水,可走的。糖水不會太甜,味道剛好。可加$2轉食《薑汁豆腐花》$11之前食過但薑汁吾夠多,但重薑味總括豆花夠滑夠豆味,不過吾太足料同吾夠熱

以我所知德興隆喺我未出世時已經開咗,咁應該都起碼開咗三十幾年。細個時會跟屋企人去街市買餸,每次都會喺度食豆花、鍋貼、饅頭。三十年後返過嚟再食,原來已經大舖變細舖,裡面比起以前亦坐得無咁舒服。依家冇咗饅頭,反而多咗啲薑汁豆花豆漿咁,我只係想懷緬吓所以剩係叫咗鍋貼同熱豆腐花。鍋貼唔貴呀,只係賣$7兩隻,嚟到時都已經覺得賣相麻麻,食落啲豬肉味還可以嘅,但太過油膩喇,而個底唔脆。豆腐花方面只不過暖暖地亦都唔算滑。德興隆真係太耐冇食過,但兩種食物同我兒時比真係大不如前~

小店位於北角街市的一角,店內面積不大,只有十數個座位,擠得滿滿的。店內忙得不可開交,煎餃子、抣豆花等。店外買硬豆腐豆卜的人絡繹不絕,心想味道應該不錯,但今天晚上還有宴會,所以只選擇了堂食。店內有一張標起了的手畫海報,充滿6、70年代的情懷,細看木框的字刻,發現這是開張時的宣傳用品吃了口熱豆花,發現糖漿早已加進,桌上的黃糖用不著。豆味確是香濃,幼滑道卻不足,有點稱不上「花」,只能說是「腐」。再試一口煎豆腐,豆腐挺身味濃,效果很好吃畢終於明白為什麼豆腐豆卜銷情這樣好了。

無意中在網上看到介紹這多年歷史的豆品店的專訪,好佩服老闆對人手做豆品的堅持,其實呢啲傳統老舖已買少見少,好害怕有一天會完全消失。自己對豆品店特別有種情意結,總覺得超市買到既機製豆品同自家製豆品差天共地,傳統豆品舖無論豆腐豆花豆漿通通都是我喜愛的。平時食得公和嗰啲多,呢間聞名北角既豆品店今日終於有機會一試。舖頭望落平平無奇亦不起眼,也好有歷史味道,不過豆品店就係要咁樣先顯得佢有傳統感。呢度既熱豆花係我暫時食過最好食既豆花,好有豆味且滑到不用呑就直接sir落喉嚨,果然名不虛傳!佢既豆漿都好正!仲要十蚊一大支,幾抵!要多啲幫襯支持呢啲傳統小店!

一直也喜歡幫親小店,所以今次到北角上堂,搜尋OpenRice發現有這家買餃子的店舖。所以lunch一有時間即刻前來找找。地點唔算偏僻,但係都要留意四周,因為比其他車仔鋪阻住咗。很好都算易搵嘅。入到去都係一啲懷舊嘅店舖擺設,因為唔飲得豆漿所以我點了鍋貼、牛肉包。鍋貼都算唔錯不過皮有少少厚,七蚊兩粒,大大粒實在難找。但係牛肉包實在有點太油喇,所以我沒有吃包皮。牛肉汁不錯。五蚊都好抵。有機會都會再來吃鍋貼。

住在北角應該有二十幾年,小時候跟著媽媽到馬寶道街市買餸,就是為這間老店的豆腐花。小時候家境不算富裕,一碗甜甜豆花已是小孩子的珍饈百味。百年人事幾番新,馬寶道很多地方已重建。惟獨此老店仍在,只是移過幾個鋪位。當然以前店面的嬸嬸伯伯已退休,換了新血。但店內裝修依舊。喜歡吃豆花的,本人強烈建議一定要熱豆花,其軟滑程度是凍豆花遠遠及不上。至於豆漿,其豆味實在十分香濃。我的perfect match就是熱豆花配鍋貼,未必是全港最好味,但一定是我的首選,或者是北角街坊的情意結。

今日搭港鐵半價,openrice推介美食見咁多人like,於是中午來了吃煎釀豆腐、豆腐花、豆漿、生煎包同鍋貼,好多人隊幫襯,雖然地方細小迫迫地,好快就送上全部來。豆腐花好滑好香黃豆;煎釀豆腐,一啲都唔油膩,又係好滑;生煎包同鍋貼好驚喜,底部煎得好脆口,豬肉餡料夠鬆軟入味,比其他著名食店的好食好多👍🏻👍🏻😋😋;豆漿堂食$8外賣$7,外賣抵飲,但不夠濃稠。
