牛肉包好好好味!

最好味就係層皮,可能因為麵粉新鮮,個包本身好好味。

雖然分店會坐得舒服些, 但我經過了分店門口, 來到位於街市的舊舖, 因為總覺得舊舖的質素會比較有保証.原來只有分店有下午茶餐供應, 但都沒所謂, 因為價錢只是便宜些少. 我一口氣就點了2隻鍋貼, 1個生煎牛肉包, 2件煎豆腐及1杯凍豆漿. 鍋貼的皮很厚, 亦很韌, 不脆, 不熱, 沒有饀汁, 惟一可取是鍋貼裡面被饀肉塞滿了, 不過唔知饀肉在製作過程中加了些甚麼, 覺得欠缺了肉味.正所謂一皮還有一皮厚, 牛肉包的皮比起鍋貼皮還要厚二倍, 一樣的韌, 沒饀汁, 不脆, 微暖, 包中間被牛肉饀塞滿, 但份量就太少, 而味道就很濃. 煎豆腐就欠了應有的豆味, 而豆腐面的魚肉就因為太薄而吃不清楚它的味道.至於凍豆漿, 都是沒有豆味, 味淡, 微凍. 在大熱天時又沒有冷氣的環境下, 欠缺了夠凍的飲品, 真有些失望.吃完這一餐, 有點兒懷念著與這老字號價錢差不多, 但質素就好好多的另一鍋貼店.

拜祭完母親於舊居一帶流連,看見它便想起有多個好評,晚飯前來些小吃亦無彷。兩杯豆漿,兩件煱貼,生煎牛肉飽一個。豆漿淡口,豆味不濃質地薄,這也好,不會頂肚。牛肉飽未吃完已上下分體,肉味一般皮痴牙。煱貼底好脆,肉稍欠汁水皮一樣痴牙。怕熱的食友注意:這等懷舊老店不設空調,只用吊扇。看牆壁的告示、牌照等,相信有三四十年歷史了。

以前(即小時候)豆花是最愛的甜品,但隨年紀漸長,能吃的東西漸多,也漸漸遺忘了這美食...來到這裡,享受的不只是食物而已,還有那強烈的懷舊感~點了豆花,豆漿和鍋貼,本來還想多要個牛肉包的,可惜已售罄了...唯有下次再來吃吧...豆花和豆漿是他們堅持自己磨豆而成的,所以不單豆味重,仔細喝還能喝出豆渣啊~豆花則是滑溜滑溜~一吃就滑到喉嚨去~鍋貼保存了以前為了溫飽而把皮弄的厚厚的特色,肉汁很多,非常juicy啊~現在能用$20吃得飽飽的地方已經不多了...希望這一間店不會在一片舊區活化,市區重建的聲音下消失吧!

These were some of the best buns and wonton i tried in hong kong! little hole in the wall place, with apparently the same ladies minding the fryer for 55 years. they even have one of their old advertisements from 1955! i randomly found this place and went back 3 times. also nice soy pudding, hot or cold. not to mention CHEAP CHEAP. amazing!

在炮台山處理完一些事,漫步走向北角,看看有甚麼好吃的;忽然想起,德興隆的豆腐花聞說不錯,就走去德興隆。味道其實有點令人失望:豆腐花沒錯是滑溜得很,可惜豆味實在薄弱得可憐;唯那糖水調較得不錯,遷就了這薄弱的豆味而調至少甜,吃起來倒也令人舒服。煎釀豆腐的豆腐,許是硬豆腐的關係,豆香稍強一點,加了清鮮的鯪魚肉,比豆腐花可口。不過,最吸引的還是店內的人情味;甫坐下,已經有位婆婆熱情地招呼,煎釀豆腐送上時還不忘提醒有鼓油可醮;熱情得來卻絲毫不令人感覺厭惡,反而很溫暖窩心。要數人情味,相信德興隆是我光顧過的,第一。

熱豆漿 - 無豆味的. 凍豆花 - 無香味, 無豆味, 畢得超厚. 但有啲滑的, 煎窩貼 - 窩貼皮厚到.... pork meat 其實係肥膏.皮還算crispy, 但唔好味.煎豬肉包-皮又係超厚.超硬到爆!肉普通.  但便宜的.下次,試公和荳品廠先.

三個女人一個墟~下雨天的下午~帶著兩位朋友仔出現在北角街頭~她們為的都是一嚐北角土產~雞蛋仔~牛雜~雞蛋卷~~當然不會錯過小比覺得值得推介的小店~就來了這個舊式菜市場的荳品店來到的時候沒有顧客在內~反倒是全家人整整齊齊的在中間的大檯吃著飯菜~~大家見我們猶豫一刻~立刻喊道”呀妹~入黎啦~食碗豆花吧”~小比打趣的說生怕會阻住大家吃飯~得到很有趣的答案~~”唔阻唔阻~呢個時勢~有生意好過坐係度食飯~”haha~就走進裡邊去了~左拍右拍~~伯伯走過來表示~喂喂喂~你地影埋我食飯都得ga wo!haha~仲打開大鍋讓我們拍照呢~~搞笑搞笑友人專程來吃豆花~就叫一凍一熱~吃不了那麼多~小比就要杯熱豆漿少甜~~瞄瞄身旁的紅白餐牌~友人想點豆沙包卻沒有供應~最後就要了三隻鍋貼分吃~向來較喜歡熱食豆花~香氣滑溜度皆勝一籌~但若然閣下是黃糖愛好者~叫碗凍的來吃就更對版~因為粒粒砂糖的碎沙質感配上滑溜豆花放進口~那種磨磨的感覺有點像小時候吃的爆炸糖~~~友人一羹豆花灑一次糖~吃得滋味~喝熱豆漿有個好處就是可調節甜度~很多時候凍豆漿都會出現偏甜的通病~而且喝熱豆漿才品嚐到其真功夫~但這杯豆漿今次水準有些回落

鍋貼生煎包煎好的放在鍋裡保溫~失去了新鮮滾油那種熱力逼人的感覺~但友人們皆欣賞其極脆的底層~~是真的很脆~但有點厚厚帶糊口的感覺~下次還是在繁忙時間再來吃熱點~~好就好在這裡的鍋貼都還是可以逐隻點~很多新式規模的店都已經沒有這回事了~當然~要吃最好的~未必是這裡~但吃的~是人間有情
