加左人工又經過尖沙咀,突然間好想食串燒呀,見到呢間串燒店看似不錯,決定同朋友入去食飲生啤是常識吧枝豆暖暖地幾好食,而雞翼就唔係我杯茶,釀左我唔中意食既明太子,不過朋友話好食。左邊露荀豚肉卷燒得唔錯,中間安格斯多汁唔韌,右邊京蔥雞都好好食。青椒搭木魚絲幾好食!我認為呢個免治雞肉串係必點,因為真係超好食!雞肉燒得好不在話下,最估唔到佢加埋蛋汁,令雞串更加充滿蛋香,令人食過返尋味呢一餐都幾滿足,希望有機會再同朋友黎。

與朋友小聚,3人相約在這間小店,想到這間店的原因是年前經過看見有SAPPORO生啤供應,便一直想到這裡試試,由於店只有幾張枱及幾個counter位,便提早訂位,因為是平日所以無難度。當晚店內只有一位侍應服務,串燒師傅有2位,都是年輕的本地師傅。我們先點了高木沙律,味道是不錯。另點了鱔、豚肉露筍、甜蕃薯、秋葵,羊架和銀杏。食物吃得出是新鮮的,但師傅的調味實在太重手,落鹽不遺餘力,令食物本身的味道都被掩蓋了,連我本身很喜歡的甜蕃薯都變得太咸,實在浪費了。羊架燒得半熟,不錯,因此第二次重點了。另外又點了牛舌、大眼雞魚、雞皮、味淋魚乾和飯團。牛舌是厚切,很考師傅的功夫,但當晚是燒得過熟,有點失望,雞皮是我很期待的,但燒得過乾,咬下去便碎了。大眼雞不錯,保留了肉質鮮味,味淋雞泡魚乾亦很好,最後的飯團反而是我最喜歡的一道,裡面加了芝士,很香。

How the heck have I missed this Yakitori joint in my day-in day-out of TST, I don't know. It's a lovely gem I recently found on a small street that will solve both lunch and dinner hungry matters.

Originally planned for ramen at Butao on Minden Avenue but were caught in a long queue, so we decided to stroll a little to see what's on offer lately on this tiny street. Found this Yakitori place just diagonally across from Butao which was almost filled at the time.

The place is incredibly tiny with seating of only around 20, and if fully seated would hardly be able to walk through the aisle between the back to back seats. This on the other hand gave me a really strong déjà vu of a local Yakitori joint in downtown Tokyo. We were lucky to get the last 2 unreserved seats available before the couple behind us.

Food was unexpectedly good.
Service also surprisingly up to standard.

I was curious as I saw some good critiques here yet it's so less known, so I tried googling it and found that DJ aka Japanese-know-it-all Cheng Ka Fai is apparently one of the owners and consultant. No wonder...

上菜速度很快,明太子對於我而言鹹了一點.日本帶子,表面香脆,但內裏的肉質 不算很好,有一點'梅'的感覺.羊架燒得不錯,大約七成熟,肉質非常鮮味.我覺得A4和牛油脂實在太多了.而安格斯牛柳的質素可以接受.凍烏冬我覺得口感不太好,烏冬完全沒有彈牙的口感.燒雞翼最為失望,肉質太乾.雞皮我覺得是鎮店之寶,香脆非常. 燒雞心好像是只有七成熟。

整體串燒質素非常普通,
安格斯牛一串三粒索價$78,
以咁既價錢,咁既質素黎講,
完全係不成正比。

到A4和牛亦一樣如是,
肉質根本同普通牛柳冇分別,
非常失望
。。實在有被騙之感。
其餘串燒味道尚算ok,冇特別,
唔難食既,
但睇埋個價錢.......完全係唔值囉!!


兩個人完全冇飽肚感下埋單800多元,
如果願意比貴價去試下啲同普通質素無異既串燒,不計較錢既大可以一試。。。。。。

最後我地去左掃街感覺都冇咁搵笨!!!

說起岩蠔,剛在三重縣吃過的即燒岩蠔,實在蠔汁滿溢,鮮味滿載,實在令人難忘

吃罷串燒,也點一個冷烏冬降降熱氣(至少心理上)
$58一碗,以這裡的價位來說,起初還覺得有點貴
送上才恍然大悟,份量很大喔!
是呈扁身的稻庭烏冬,配以薑蒽,豉油,特別之處,是配以一顆小小的鵪鶉蛋
拌勻所有配料同吃,簡單不錯,只嫌烏冬不夠彈牙,蛋香也不夠突出

整體質素相當不俗,是值得一來再來的實力串燒店
