今日去咗元朗踢波,踢完之後我同個波友講今日冇飯食不如一齊去食飯啦,佢一口答應,仲話帶我去元朗一間鐵板燒餐廳好好味嘅,咁我咪跟住去試吓囉!去到見到門口已經覺得好高級,入到去感覺舒服,侍應仲好好服務態度添,我哋兩個坐低左,叫咗個二人龍蝦套餐,真係唔講得少一黎個前菜,佢話係日本白粟米,唔知大家有冇食過,我喺好耐好耐之前有食過一次,可以話比大家知超級好味,所以呢到大家係值得去嘅因為唔係到到有得食,呢度嘅海鮮都好新鮮仲有和牛食,一個套餐其實食到一半已經開始飽,最後佢仲會有一個炒飯,甜品仲要係360牛奶凍,大家真係不妨去試吓,環境,食材,態度都做到一百分!

好耐冇同阿媽出街食飯,咁就問媽媽我哋出去食餐飯想食乜,佢話不如食鐵板燒啊!咁我就喺元朗搵咗一間鐵板燒餐廳,呢度環境幾靚,仲裝修得好舒適高級優雅嘅感覺,服務態度仲一流添,我先講一啲比較平嘅食材,佢有一個多士超級好味大家去到記得一定要食,我前菜都係一般嘅沙律但呢度嘅錢財特別就係有日本白粟米,我諗唔係度度地方有得食,之後轉入直路我哋叫咗有龍蝦,和牛,帶子,魚⋯仲有好多好多!佢呢度嘅和牛入口即溶好味到想尖叫,其餘嘅海鮮都係好生猛新鮮,估唔到喺元朗都可以搵到一間五星級嘅鐵板燒餐廳,大家不妨去試吓,保證你哋唔會有投訴!

好嘢食過一次真係好難番轉頭,今次嚟到地點較遠既錦田食鐵板燒有覧於上次廚師發辦係勁飽既關係,今次叫既係龍蝦套餐。一坐低就有前菜食,好開胃清甜,之前食個北海道粟米係勁高質,不過勁貴,估唔到今次有得食睇住廚師喺我地面前煮立貝,煮得剛好,彈牙新鮮之後就有金鯛魚,配上底下個黑松露,一啖脆皮加上好香既黑松露,勁夾。帆立貝同樣火侯控制好,唔會煮太熟加埋個好正既魚子同紫菜湯,勁好食。。所有嘢食材烹煮時間完全睇到師父既功力龍蝦新鮮,煮時仲識郁,加埋d膏,甘香,肉質彈牙,調味剛好。宮崎牛,肉汁爆出嚟,因為師父用包吸左d油,唔係太油膩。而之前用剩既龍蝦頭就用嚟煮奶白色鮮甜既湯。最後有櫻花蝦香葱炒飯同炒什菜,見到無論我地定其他客人食到清哂個碗,都知好唔好食估唔到佢用既雪糕係我地喺其他日本店食既蕃薯雪糕,一d都唔hea!!!我地2個好滿足咁離開餐廳,really happy Friday !!!

有覧於上次廚師發辦係勁飽既關係,今次叫既係龍蝦套餐。

一坐低就有前菜食,好開胃清甜,之前食個北海道粟米係勁高質,不過勁貴,估唔到今次有得食


睇住廚師喺我地面前煮立貝,煮得剛好,彈牙新鮮

之後就有金鯛魚,配上底下個黑松露,一啖脆皮加上好香既黑松露,勁夾。帆立貝同樣火侯控制好,唔會煮太熟加埋個好正既魚子同紫菜湯,勁好食
。。所有嘢食材烹煮時間完全睇到師父既功力


龍蝦新鮮,煮時仲識郁,加埋d膏,甘香,肉質彈牙,調味剛好。


宮崎牛,肉汁爆出嚟,因為師父用包吸左d油,唔係太油膩。而之前用剩既龍蝦頭就用嚟煮奶白色鮮甜既湯。

最後有櫻花蝦香葱炒飯同炒什菜,見到無論我地定其他客人食到清哂個碗,都知好唔好食

估唔到佢用既雪糕係我地喺其他日本店食既蕃薯雪糕,一d都唔hea!!!

我地2個好滿足咁離開餐廳,really happy Friday !!!

都唔知幾耐冇同過老公去撐枱腳,都想靜靜地,又想食好啲,老公提議不如去食鐵板燒,因為我同佢都好鍾意食鐵板燒!今次嚟到元朗錦田食呢間超正宗日本鐵板燒,我哋叫咗個二人餐,雖然價錢平,但質素好高,我哋叫咗個龍蝦加鵝肝做主菜。隻龍蝦新鮮到一個點,即劏即燒,就算乜調味料都唔加,只加幾粒鹽同蒜片已好好食。輪到我最愛嘅鵝肝,夾埋塊白方包就無咁膩。然後就到個炒飯,六粒金黃色的飯,完全唔會黐埋一齊,而且入邊仲好足料,有好多櫻花蝦♥️🦐!食完飯就飲湯,個魚湯奶白色,好香而味濃,一飲已經知道好足料,一定放咗好多嘢落去煲先至有呢個效果! 最後想讚一讚佢個甜品,我叫咗個綠茶雪糕,個綠茶雪糕簡直就係超級有綠茶香味,而且又有少少奶味,食完仲想再食啊⋯⋯雖然呢間鐵板燒喺元朗,好似好遠咁樣,但係想食好嘢,遠少少又有乜所謂喎!

總結一下今晚既鐵板燒Omakase:完全係賞心悅目,包括係師傅既刀功同烹調技巧。完全係好食到一個點,食材夠鮮。值得下次帶老虎乸黎食。

今日黎同屋企人黎元朗一日遊,行左一日想搵個地方chill下。係open rice serach到呢間廚師發板既鐵板燒。我地叫左個鮑魚二人餐,師傅好細心同我地解釋第一輪會煮既菜色。第一碟上既係北海道帆立貝,其實平時麻麻地鐘意食,因為好多時候食既都好腥。但佢呢個唔單止唔腥仲好甜,個湯亦都好清。第二道上左白甘鯛,見到師傅又煎又焗就知道唔簡單😆 魚皮勁脆身之後魚肉又好清甜。之後就上左個鮑魚,唔點佢畀既汁就咁食好鮮味。佢隔離擺既醬係用鮑魚膽汁整出黎,食落去口感就更thick。點同唔點都咁正,令人無從入手。最後就到呢餐飯既highlight,就係鵝肝同A5鹿兒島野崎和牛。下面墊住左塊面包,佢哋d油就吸收晒落去,唔會食落去覺得好油膩,perfect到入口即溶🤤。其實一直都冇喺香港試過呢啲omakase既鐵板燒,今次嘅experience真係好好。雖然嗰日好full,但師傅每道餸都細心同我地解釋。
