又一次要多謝肯寫食評的各路好友,多謝介紹,在下又吃到好野~而家搵$難,搵到真心好吃的更難。不過來Tamago En準沒有錯,今天來時正值最抵吃的下午茶時段,一於來兩份tea set 呀唔該。梳乎厘班㦸set 同筷子捲薯仔沙律set。原本以為筷子捲可能hea hea 地,但味道出乎意料的好,然後焦糖味pancake 完全係yummy,蛋味出眾,很久沒有嚐到了。餐飲加$20點了原味奶昔,另一杯係咖啡,兩杯感覺一般,不要太期望。總括來說,吃到了心機蛋,哈哈不知所云。有用心製作,而且出餐先來筷子捲,再來pancake,我地兩個人食完咸再吃甜,合曬河車~

今日嚟到北角睇完薰衣草花園去咗一間專食蛋嘅餐廳,餐廳外表已經好得意好有日本嘅感覺,七點經過去到已經要排隊,八點去到等左陣就入得喇~我哋要咗個宮崎和牛漢堡加15蚊要咗雜菜湯同埋沙律雜菜湯非常之足料有好多菜,而且味道都好清,冇乜油,有蕃茄味沙律係日式麻醬嘅沙律宮崎和牛漢堡幾大塊,配料都好多~上面仲有隻太陽蛋~和牛漢堡牛味好濃沃,漢堡口感好腍,肉有少少散,不過表面煎得好香好,內裡仍然有肉汁,脂味芳香~果然係第一和牛!仲配埋薯菜同沙律,真係唔飽都假。公司三文治公司三文治上枱真係驚喜左!顔色好豐富,配料好多,配搭好靚~三文治的材料有煙肉、雞肉、雞蛋、芝士、生菜、番茄,仲有青瓜~成個感覺好新鮮清新~ 而且麵包有烤過,所以非常之脆,非常易食!仲有啲醬汁,成個三文治非常juicy,好高質!感覺一啲都唔乾唔滯,真係冇揀錯~薯條冇算太炸,都ok仲夏菠蘿梳打夠凍,夠味,好菠蘿,解暑不錯之選~

公司三文治上枱真係驚喜左!顔色好豐富,配料好多,配搭好靚~三文治的材料有煙肉、雞肉、雞蛋、芝士、生菜、番茄,仲有青瓜~成個感覺好新鮮清新~ 而且麵包有烤過,所以非常之脆,非常易食!仲有啲醬汁,成個三文治非常juicy,好高質!感覺一啲都唔乾唔滯,真係冇揀錯~

2020年11月13日 星期五今晚又去咗北角個新商場搵嘢食,每一次行到過去都見到好多餐廳,今次我同老婆就去到2樓見到門口寫住大大嘅tamago,一睇就知係蛋料理專門店,出面仲有好多人排隊,於是我哋都唔執輸排埋一份大約等咗30分鐘先入到去,見到裏面嘅裝修好特別,好多都係用蛋做裝飾,就連窗都係蛋嘅形狀餐牌當然大部份都係以蛋為主菜啦,菜式都幾特別,仲有all day breakfast提供添叫左嘢食之後,首先嚟嘅係餐湯同沙律,沙律上面配上麻醬,酸酸甜甜幾開胃至於餐湯就係羅宋湯,裏面有好多材料,所以調味好足夠,有少少辣然後就有松葉蟹肉玉子燒,咬落去食到一層層嘅蛋,口感好豐富,加埋上面嘅松葉蟹肉,感覺更加矜貴之後就有我叫嘅燉牛肉蛋包飯,見到啲飯俾旋風蛋包住,周圍仲有燉牛肉圍住,淨係賣相已經加晒分,然後蛋係十分嫩滑,去買入口即融嘅牛肉,簡直係一絕,同醬汁都好配合,食到停唔到口最後仲有大阪燒風八爪魚卷,真係有大阪燒風味,因為醬汁好惹味,而且仲真係食到一粒粒八爪魚添餐飯由頭到尾都係蛋,但係一啲都唔覺得厭,仲覺得每一道菜色都好有特色添

之前經過這間以蛋為主的料理店、趁今天友人也放假就來到北角匯一試。全個menu也是蛋、蛋包飯、蛋意粉、玉子燒、滑蛋丼等。試了這個signature五款玉子串燒$68、分別是蕃茄仔、海藻醬、親子三文魚、鱈魚子沙律和蟹肉等、色彩繽紛幾吸睛! 玉子燒得剛好、有蛋香味、親子三文魚鹹甜份量適中、海藻味都幾特別、各有特色。明太子三文魚忌廉蛋包飯 $98 滿滿的玉子覆蓋著、忌廉幼滑creamy、加上明太子味道不錯。另外加 $15有沙律和餐湯。最特別的是這個特製TKP 海蝦明太子忌廉冷意粉、上面好像雲朵的是特製生雞蛋。凍食的意粉軟硬適中帶點爽滑、海蝦彈牙伴上明太子醬、酸酸甜甜更加滋味。

第二次食呢度嘅pancake 翻兜得自然代表有返咁上下質素
自從幾年前發現左梳乎厘班戟呢種product就愛上左 周圍搵高質pancake 差唔多食遍港九名店 連去日本台灣旅行都特登去當地出名嘅專門店搵
呢間嘅pancake唔算好空氣感果種 但充滿蛋味 個人覺得pancake本身拍得住一啲專門店 唔通用日本蛋(呢間係沖澠) 真係有加乘
士多啤梨中規中矩 無特別高質 不過切片處理係比起原粒上易入口左 cream落得幾重手 三件pancake食完 我都差唔多清哂啲cream 蜜糖就無落太多 因為已經夠味唔使加甜
生果系嘅pancake一舊水左右 原味就近$80 喺同類產品中其實一啲都唔貴 性價比高 值得試下

同pancake一樣 都係揀左我最鍾意嘅士多啤梨 賣相色系都係選擇當中最少女心
口味上因為鍾意士多啤梨所以唔會有錯 另外食落唔會太甜太漏 作為飯後甜品淺嘗都幾適合
同樣地 menu都有蛋蛋推介icon 可以一試 雖則如果甜品只能二揀一 我一定要梳乎厘pancake

If you are picky with your eggs, this is the place to be for it! Tamngo-en is a chain restaurant where they 3 outlets in HK. If you are picky with your eggs, this is the place to be for it! Tamngo-en is a chain restaurant where they 3 outlets in HK. It was quite due to the current Covid 19 situation. But the branch is light up and ready to serve you the best sunny side egg to egg benedict. We’ve ordered a Japanese beef burger, signature sandwich, and egg benedict. The beef burger was done really well, it mixed really well with the sauce and the sunny fried egg.  Every time I visited this outlet, I always have to order the signature sandwich as I really the flavor and the contents of the sandwich.  The egg benedict is also nice, but way too much sauce. Definitely not a saucey person for me. Overall, they worked hard even during these dire times. The food is still kept at a good standard when I last visited and the services are still great! Definitely recommend visiting if you have yet to visit.
