窩夫與媽媽日前光顧了米芝蓮三星食府「唐閣」。唐閣共有兩層,窩夫被安排坐在二樓,走上樓梯,餐廳的佈置感覺古典優雅。窩夫很喜歡餐廳的鮮花佈置,粉紅色的繡球花太美了。一籠蝦餃四粒加一籠燒賣四粒對兩個人來說太多了,在唐閣可以逐件點,蝦餃燒賣各兩件,一次過試齊兩樣。筍尖鮮蝦餃(每粒$29.5)和瑤柱滑燒賣(每粒$27)都很有水準,燒賣比平日吃的多了瑤柱,味道更加豐富。平日較常見的百花釀魚肚用蝦膠,唐閣的瑤柱花姿魚肚(每件$36)用的是墨魚膠,口感較彈牙,不過顏色看來偏白,賣相有改善空間。釀焗鮮蟹蓋($250)焗至金黃色,脹卜卜的,賣相已經很吸引。香脆的外層下是白雪雪的蟹肉加洋蔥,沒有多餘的醬汁,啖啖肉吃得太滋味了。窩夫對酥皮雞蛋撻(每件$20)充滿期待,結果並沒有失望,酥皮非常鬆脆,完全沒有油膩的感覺,蛋漿的厚度和甜度都剛剛好,很想多吃一個呢。

It had a good chewy texture, and the spice flavouring added an extra crunch which was great at flavour layering. Fresh yet crispy with great flavouring. Service was top notch during the entire dinner. One of the best chinese fine dine restaurants i've been to. Well deserves it's three michelin stars. The deep fried crab is a must order! Stuffed with real crab meat! Shrimp was also huge and flavourful. i've never had such a big piece of shrimp before and i loved the crunchy texture. 3. 唐閣特式拼盤
以上的拼盤分別由4種不同的菜式組合以成,分別是柚子蜜帶子、海紅葉、蜜汁鱈魚及蜜汁叉燒。D仔最想推薦的是拼盤中的柚子蜜帶子,柚子蜜的酸甜配上帶子的鮮甜,簡直是一個絕配。🤭

D仔本是一個不愛食中菜的人,但完了今次的擇星之旅,不得不令我愛上中菜。🤤決定之後會落力嘗試不同類型的中菜。

總括黎講唐閣嘅食物好高質,環境都舒服,服務係老牌中菜廳嘅親切友善風格,值得一黎再黎.😋

今天午餐,跟朋友來到這一間米芝蓮三星級數的康閣,嚐嚐他的貴價點心。我們一行三人,所以叫的點心不多:XO醬煎腸粉、蠔皇叉燒包、素菜餃;再加一碟鹹魚帶子炒飯。素菜餃,可說是平平無奇;XO醬煎腸粉,只是一碟炸腸粉,不過都算可口;至於蠔皇叉燒包, 就真的考驗點心師傅的手工了,皮香軟叉燒餡不過不失,味道不錯。 炒飯更比想像中好,飯有鹹魚帶子味,但又不會太鹹,飯炒得十分乾身,不油膩,大家雖然有點飽,都禁不住吃完整碟炒飯。之後,還叫了蓮蓉西米焗布甸、冰糖桃膠燉木瓜 、及合桃酥。 焗布甸的水準非常好,蓮蓉份量足,合桃酥鬆化異常,值得推介。

身為三星餐廳嘅酒店環境,佢當然非常之好!環境寬闊得來,亦都有舒適嘅圖畫唔買空間!服務可以話好可以話唔夠好,因為好過冇!好勤力咁樣幫我哋玩碗筷,仲要換埋我哋杯茶驚唔夠熱,不過其實有陣時我哋係想攤凍先飲嘅時候佢就會換走咗😅😅其實我覺得唔使咁勤力玩,因為換咗10幾廿次有啲過分,而且係咁洗碗碗碟碟都唔係咁環保,有少少不必要~
有啲侍應嘅服務會好啲,有個別一個可能新來,見到佢都騰雞d

不過知道佢認真有心服務嘅
