但感覺清潔乾淨
那天是閒日,入座率不高
全個用膳時間差不多兩小時,上菜也很慢
可能是想給我們多啲時間,慢慢品嚐美食

頭盤:鮑魚爽甜,海蜇叉燒一段,但係嚿鱈魚超級好味,外脆內裏很嫩滑

點心:蝦餃
燒賣和鮮竹卷也不錯
燉湯:一打開蓋已經香噴噴
好甜

主食:鹿根很特別,炆得好淋完全冇臊味,柚皮處理得好好,鵝掌夠大隻

甜品:酥皮蛋撻好好味

反而紅棗糕口感不夠煙靭,紅棗味也不夠濃

杏汁蛋白,杏味不濃,蛋白不多

觀乎不少食評高度讚譽唐閣,有機會考慮再來試試招牌菜吧🤷🏻‍♀️

🦐Steamed shrimp & bamboo shoots dumpling - your classic go-to dimsum with this one topped it bcos of it’s portions of fresh shrimp given and delicate flavours👍🏼

🍮Baked sago pudding filled with lotus seed paste - a MUST order, rarely can you find this dessert in dim sum restaurants, let alone the quality you are served with. Served hot & with perfect balance of flavour & texture 💯💯💯

平安夜放半日,由於book唔倒心儀嘅西餐,所以轉食中餐。
位置喺酒店,所以整體入門上樓梯感覺都良好,餐廳有兩層,我地坐上層,有大落地玻璃,不過落咗簾,燈光柔和,所以感覺有啲暗,檯同檯之間幾有距離,幾有空間感。

一直好想試唐閣既片皮雞,今次用左staycation package零房價既credit去食。今次安排坐係入門口第一張台,眼見全場都有9成滿座,估唔到平日午市都咁多人,難怪之前果日餐廳都會有職員打黎確定訂位!五星酒店環境同服務都一流,我地訂位後直接打電話去餐廳留左一隻片皮雞,怕如果去到話賣晒失望而回,比較建議大家想食咩就預早打去留定啦!一直都只食過片皮鴨,片皮雞真係第一次食,上台時侍應示意我地可以影張相先,之後佢就拎去比師傅片,師傅好細心去片都有片走肥膏,上碟好靚!粉皮竟然有野熱住,好有heart!最鍾意佢既蔥連辣椒絲圈住,食起上黎都幾方便,我覺得雞皮比鴨皮脆,又有另一番風味!二食我地選擇左生菜包,生菜好爽好甜,雞肉切得幾細粒,連埋菇一齊食幾清新,雞肉好滑唔“鞋”。由於得兩個人食所以只叫多左一個茄子什菌煲,茄子係去晒皮,好細心!服務+食物質素都好好,抵有米之蓮三星!

所以另外還點了幾道菜:
🍴鮮果咕嚕豚肉
一放進口,只有滿滿的醋味,沒有甜、鹹,或者其他味道⋯⋯而且咕嚕肉的皮完全不脆,已經不想再吃第二口了。我們馬上向餐廳反映,侍應說他試過的確如此,但不好跟廚師說再做一份,只好替我們取消。願意主動取消算態度不錯吧。
