起碼,過海後,有美食的慰藉,大約想起此點就可以忘記我的不快。

九點多來到正斗,人不多,一個人最好係完全不用等位。

喜歡這裡的華麗裝修和開放式廚房,還有我今晚的自閉位,就在開放式廚房的隔離。

想吃乜就乜,姐姐對我呢個肥仔的食量都有點驚,不過,化悲憤為食量,從來也是常事,阿姐,唔通你冇試過唔開心嗎?

病得口啖啖的我應該要吃點粥羊城荔灣艇仔粥,艇仔粥當然足料到不行,那個粥底厚厚的,厚得來又非常軟綿綿,加上一向艇仔粥都以多料見稱,魷魚,魚片,花生等等,那個熱辣辣的粥把我從傷風中的我被海風吹過的寒也抹息了。

牛腩當然是美得不行,每舊都是大大舊,咬下去腩位都是一咬就會四散而又有彈力的腩肉位,基本上無從看出有什麼弱點。

牛筋位是從來我最喜歡的,小時候不知道怎欣賞他們的美,原來咬下去那溶化於口中的骨膠原美是最動人的,往往牛筋都會搶鏡過牛腩,特別係一些出名的名店,這裡當然不在話下。

連送的油菜也高貴過人,外間一些走平價路線的撈麵菜都冇一條送,可見這裡的絕不是馬虎了事然後收你貴價錢。'

那個麵餅配合了柱侯牛腩的腩汁,加上條條細緻的麵條,加上一點辣醬,給我帶來了愉快的心情。

我好想食菜,阿姐話有通菜,不過以小菜形式上,佢話好大碟嘅口吻令我覺得自己有點大今,於是叫了個灼生菜便算了。

不過,可能阿姐真為左我好,灼生菜都非常大碟,油份不多的生菜在柱侯靚牛腩撈麵的後面加多一點幫助消化的配料,也給我一個我自以為是的健康概念,至少今晚有三份一份係食菜。

真想不到三月尾都仍然那麼冷,晚上寒風吹來,沒什麼胃口,只想吃一些溫暖的東西,第一時間就想到燉湯。雖然家人偶然也會煲湯,但原盅燉湯始終是不一樣,是晚就來到正斗,為的就是一碗足料美味的燉湯。原盅燉湯。有好幾款選擇,女士想要養顏當然選花膠烏雞燉湯,花膠挺大塊,厚身富膠質,喝完之後整個人都暖起來。薑蔥魚皮。以前不太吃魚皮,不知為何近來迷上了,可是好吃的不多。魚皮最重要是魚鱗刮得夠乾淨,口感又爽又脆,丁點腥味都沒有,只需要配搭麻油、醬油、薑絲和蔥絲就已經十分美味。流沙奶皇包。雖然本身膽固醇過高,近來都少吃蛋黃,可是偶然也需要讓自己放縱一下,吃個流沙奶皇包。奶皇餡呈流心狀態,但不會太流質,濃濃的奶香味加上軟熟的包,一個人吃掉一整籠都沒有問題。

薑蔥魚皮。以前不太吃魚皮,不知為何近來迷上了,可是好吃的不多。魚皮最重要是魚鱗刮得夠乾淨,口感又爽又脆,丁點腥味都沒有,只需要配搭麻油、醬油、薑絲和蔥絲就已經十分美味。

流沙奶皇包。雖然本身膽固醇過高,近來都少吃蛋黃,可是偶然也需要讓自己放縱一下,吃個流沙奶皇包。奶皇餡呈流心狀態,但不會太流質,濃濃的奶香味加上軟熟的包,一個人吃掉一整籠都沒有問題。

百多元的一餐在中環區之內可說是非常實惠。對來我這個港女來說, 在身體狀態不佳的時候可以吃到廣東滋味, 身體也是很受落呢。

很清潤的甜品,對於這個燉雪梨,我是相當的滿意。一個雪梨一分為四,把最酸的雪梨心除去,方便食用之餘,也不用影響甜品應有的味道。第一口先試試甜湯,很清甜的雪梨味,沒有多餘的糖份,滋潤著喉嚨的。喝完整個甜品,整個人都精神抖擻的,很棒。

Other Info. : 果然沒有失望,在IFC這個地段,吃到想食的、美味的,價格高一點也是值得的。加上店員殷勤的態度,令人相當滿意。原來「一盅兩件」,也不難找到。

這兒各款食品的價錢無疑是偏高的,但水準也同樣的高。始終,這兒是中環的金融中心地標 IFC,舖租肯定價格不菲,水漲船高效應下,食物價錢難免會偏高一點,但來得這兒吃東西,可以在一個舒適的環境下,品嚐傳統的廣式粥麵小菜點心美食,即使需要付出多一點點的金錢,相信也應該不會介意吧!
