早兩日將軍澳百勝角嘅開放日, 山長水遠由屯門揸車入去將軍澳諗住參觀一下,可惜落氣滂沱大雨最後揀咗去新都城期越之味食tea,我最後揀咗一個越式法包,老公就揀咗一個慢煮生牛肉撈檬,然之後再加18蚊換多個蒜蓉包比較細份,質素都唔錯只係略貴法包亦都外脆內軟,入面嘅蔬菜都十分新鮮。老公嘅牛肉撈檬估唔到會有意外驚喜,牛肉唔係薄薄地嘅一片,都有番咁上下嘅厚度,而且燒到七成熟嘅狀態,一入口覺得好淋,同埋都有好香嘅牛肉味,可惜嘅係撈檬汁不是太惹味,比較淡一點,如果唔係都有90分。

前幾日午餐時段去左食,唔洗等位就有得入。我叫左個佢地招牌慢煮生牛肉湯河粉,跟餐有一杯熱生薑茶。但係佢杯熱飲用鐵杯裝住,搞到擺左好耐先攤得凍,先飲到,味道亦唔濃,飲品方面相對上比較一般。而個慢煮生牛肉湯河粉方面,首先值得一讚的是佢個湯底相當濃郁,唔係普通一般清湯,而係有幾重牛肉味,河粉分量亦相對上幾多,絕對夠食。而最好食當然係牛肉,啱啱攞過嚟嘅時候係生牛肉,浸一浸啲湯就半生熟,而牛肉味好重,亦唔難咬,值得再食。雖然個餐$68有少少貴,但係味道的確好食。

一杯青檸、一杯椰汁冰

1)生牛肉湯檬:
-首先個湯檬既湯底,好強烈既胡椒味,飲不到牛骨味道,同平時食開既唔同,個人覺得不好吃

如果早知道係胡椒湯底,我就唔會叫湯檬了
-配料充足,洋蔥、芽菜、蔥、蒜乾

-牛肉三塊唔鞋,但係全塊紅色,完全無脂肪,係有肉味,但完全無脂肪既甘香,瘦肉配湯粉實在不可口

2)慢煮牛肉撈檬:
-賣相幾靚👍🏻
-牛肉係冰凍既,質感同味道都似parma ham😅,唔似平時食既慢煮牛,配合同樣係凍既撈檬,真係唔太夾,感覺怪怪
-撈檬汁方面,好甜!!亦唔夠酸,個汁唔掂令我完成唔到呢碗撈檬


3)飲品:
青檸冰 同 椰汁冰味道都唔錯
,個杯都好有東南亞風味,但冰太多,飲半杯後,冰溶就淡而無味了

第一次幫襯,叫左個慢煮牛肉湯河,等左一陣,終於有得食,睇下有咩咁出名,點知原來所謂既慢煮,唔係慢煮,係無煮😓😓😓 咁既然叫左,見啲待應又無咩笑容,目無表情,自己又因為怕羞,唔敢話要換,諗住算啦,照食啦,咪當自己叫左生牛肉湯河食囉,無計,但食落真係好韌,好難咬,就算係湯到浸完一陣都好,都係同生全生凍牛排一樣。食嘅時候覺得好鹹,個湯得鹹味,冇其他味,要不停飲野先得。其他配料都唔新鮮,用料好差!!!

If you love eating Vietnam food, can’t miss this one!The slow roasted beef and the spring rolls are excellent! As I want to try more dishes, we add different kinds of food in our bowls of noodles...Last but not the least, the cup of ‘honey with rose’ is delicious!

我原本都唔會點寫食評,但食完碗車頭湯河真係唔寫唔得 ,碗麵入面有慢煮燒牛肉,生牛肉,牛丸同扎肉。個湯食得出唔係味精,用咗好多唔同嘅香料。啲肉一咬落去真係食到反白眼,入口即溶,生牛肉都係軟綿綿,扎肉同牛丸都好彈牙,好掂。我仲叫咗春卷添,配埋啲撈㩚汁一齊食勁開胃 ,佢仲有新出一個豬頸肉同雞翼,都係好好嘢。至於出菜時間方面,我覺得超快,我好似坐咗一陣都冇就有嘢食,侍應方面幾有禮貌。喺度食餐飯都幾舒服。如果你本身鍾意食越南野 ,我真係強烈推介你尼食。
