天氣悶熱,中午想不到吃什麼, 忽然想去天婦羅, 於是上網搜到附近一家日本人氣天婦羅丼飯。店家12點半才開始營業,我早了5分鐘, 已經有人在等。店面其實唔算大,小店風味,裝修簡單。Menu也很地道,選項不多,很專注。 我看了看,選了All Star丼, 天婦羅食材有:黑虎蝦、海紅鯛配紫蘇葉、軟殼蟹、魷魚、什錦炸物、雞肉、茄子、南瓜、四季豆、溫泉蛋。這家的天婦羅脆漿很薄,脆口之餘一點也不油膩。炸蝦跟軟殼蟹都很香脆,反而紅鯛及雞肉味道很淡。什錦炸物是我喜歡的櫻花蝦同洋蔥,味濃。配菜有牛蒡及蘿蔔漬物, 椰菜絲沙律,都是任吃, 最後喝口味噌湯,大滿足。

呢間真係數一數二最好食
雖然丼飯款式唔多
但勝在味道真係非一般地好食😋😋😋
炸漿夠薄脆
薄薄地完美包裹住整件炸物
一去到有任食椰菜絲
呢樣其實都幾加分😂😂

胃口較細的我便叫了這個烏冬,以為沒這麼飽,但原來食埋小天丼,都非常飽! 小天丼來到時也被天婦羅鋪滿了整個碗,份量一點都不少呢!

很喜歡這裡的炸天婦羅蝦,用上雙蝦炸法的黑虎蝦,食落肉質肥厚彈牙,怎能不愛呢?!

第一次嚟天吉屋食,環境好似好乾淨咁,不過座位就比較窄,坐得唔舒服!我今晚就叫咗All Star 丼,材料好豐富,有黑虎蝦、石斑魚配紫蘇葉、軟殼蟹、魷魚、雜錦炸物(洋蔥和櫻花蝦)、雞肉、茄子、南瓜、四季豆,同埋最重要係有溫泉蛋!我仲追加左白飯,驚太多餸冇飯食,哈哈!碗飯嚟到嘅時候好大碗,實在太多餸,而且非常之香,佢嘅天婦羅係屬於比較厚粉嘅,炸得好脆,每款食物都發揮到自己嘅味道,特別係雜錦炸物,估唔到依個洋蔥同櫻花蝦嘅組合係咁好食!最唔好食係四季豆,咬咗一啖就放棄,就算搭配埋佢好好味嘅豉油都冇用。佢仲有椰菜絲沙律任食,有一碗湯唔係麵豉湯,應該係豚汁,所以仲出色!而且價錢唔貴,可以再encore!

今日嚟到位於朗豪坊的天吉屋,當然要一嘗以天婦羅為主菜的美食。餐牌上的款式都不少,而呢個天幕御膳都極為吸引,有黑虎蝦、石斑魚、軟殻蟹、洋蔥、茄子、南瓜等炸物,價錢相當公道。落單後好快就上檯,炸物香氣撲鼻,而且件件炸物炸得金黃香脆,賣相相當吸引。而且仲有天婦羅的醬汁,以及蘿蔔蓉,會係一個合拍配合。而炸物方面,黑虎蝦蝦身非常彈牙,而石斑魚身亦嫩滑非常,加上薄薄的炸粉,層次分明;而軟殻蟹亦都非常滿足到我,比起坊間一般的更大隻,但蟹身依然保持軟身,加添紫菜或者七味粉更添美味。
