好似好耐冇食過泰國菜,講起香港嘅泰國菜正常都應該要去九龍城,但係對我嚟講有啲隔涉,聽朋友講呢一間喺佐敦嘅泰國菜都係泰國廚師,所以就過嚟試吓。佢哋做緊泰國啤酒買二送一,四個人叫做三支嚟試吓味,象啤出名啲真係有佢嘅原因架。不過其實另外兩款都好飲嘅。食泰菜點少得叫返個椰青,呢度嘅椰青都好新鮮,仲有支鐵羹俾你食埋入面啲椰肉,真係好細心架。嘢食方面,首先叫咗個生蝦做前菜,佢呢度特別菜嗰啲蝦頭會幫你炸埋,脆卜卜咁,可以連頭都食埋。而佢啲生蝦都好新鮮,都好爽口,點埋泰式青檸辣汁真係冇得輸。然後又點少得嗌返個海鮮冬陰功,佢個冬陰功湯見到都有啲香料喺入邊,唔係嗰啲開粉嘅冬陰功湯。最重要係仲有兩隻開邊嘅大虎蝦,又係新鮮彈牙,絕對足料。然後叫咗個生菜包,佢個生菜包唔係好辣,小朋友都會食到,但係就保留咗泰國菜嘅酸,夠晒開胃。另外叫咗個鐵板蠔餅,原本以為係我哋中式認知中嘅蠔餅,但原來佢呢個係滑蛋炒蠔仔咁樣,啲蛋係比較濕嘅,但係就好滑,點埋佢個辣椒醬好惹味㗎。菜就梗係唔少得馬拉盞炒椰菜苗啦,佢呢度啲椰菜苗真係BB嚟㗎,唔會好老,完全符合商品說明條例。最後壓軸嘅要講吓佢呢個燒春雞,呢個燒春雞好似睇表演,咁佢會喺你面前點火,原本我哋都心諗咁樣俾佢燒完之後應該會又乾又柴。但係當我哋一落手撕雞嘅時候,我哋就知道怪錯佢啦。因為真係超Juicy,一撕開個雞髀位勁多肉汁流出嚟,而且仲超級無敵滑。最過分嘅係連個雞胸都唔會老,都勁嫩滑,真係不得了。見到佢個雞殼有少少粉粉地,其實佢係落咗南乳去醃,所以好夠味,鍾意食濃味嘅人仲可以點埋個泰式辣醬,完全係今晚嘅MVP超級大驚喜。呢度嘅職員仲好熱情好好人,係咁叫我哋打卡攞佢哋嘅神秘禮物,佢哋話每一晚嘅神秘禮物都唔同㗎,今晚我哋得到嘅禮物就係炸蝦餅,有得食又有得玩。四個人埋單都係$1000唔使,仲要食到泰國嘅味道,完全係驚喜滿滿,飽肚感滿滿。 continue reading

原來牛屋隔離就是泰灜. 中午近1點,牛屋門口有五名客人排隊👍。很久沒去牛屋了,下次去。我們一行五人,怕1點沒位,先特地訂檯。訂檯的條件是要在下列數款食物中要預訂一款。當中的食物包括:1) 燒魷魚2) 生蝦刺身3) 燒雞4) 咖喱炒蟹5) 芒果糯米飯蛋糕看了 openrice 的食評後加上其中一人不可吃蝦,最終訂了1、3和5。除了此,我們還叫了黃咖喱軟殼蟹麵包、蟹肉炒飯、燒羊架和芒果沙冰。燒魷魚先上檯,嫩滑Q彈😋😋😋😋😋,十分推薦!  接著黃咖喱軟殼蟹麵包上檯,店員介紹我們先吃伴碟的小粒麵包,非常脆口👍,沾黃咖喱吃,味道一流。黃咖喱從來非我的至愛,喜出望外的是其黃咖喱非常合我的口味! 吃了多年的泰國餐廳,此店的黃咖喱的味道非常好,十二分推薦!  最後全部掃光!燒雞有火點起,吸晴及拍照一流!  朋友戴上手套把整隻雞拆絲變成了手撕燒雞,辛苦了🙋。我沒蘸伴雞的泰式酸甜醬,反而蘸燒雞滴下來混合雞汁的蜜糖,更加合味😋😋😋😋😋!  雞燒得 juicy👍👍👍👍👍。惟一不 juicy 的是燒羊架,略乾; 我朋友則嫌醃得不夠入味,此菜有點失色。把全桌的食物掃光後,上甜品了! 店員以為我們當中有人生日,特地播泰文的生日歌🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣,其實我們是為了吃有更多芒果的糯米飯而來。最終揀選了最年輕的一員接受生日的祝賀😂😂😂😂😂。原來生日的客人店會送上蝦片一包。確是滿有誠意👍👍👍👍👍。埋單時,店員還給予我們一張$50 coupon,條款只要於一個月內下次使用現金付款就可👍👍👍👍👍。一個月內必再來光顧🙋‍♀️。  continue reading

食泰菜可以嚐盡酸甜辣😋先點冬蔭公湯,好大鍋、酸辣度調得剛好,蝦新鮮大隻沒有黑頭,最值得一讚:湯中的辣椒碎不多,唔使格渣😆柚子沙律,蝦嘅份量幾乎遮哂D柚子,抵食👍🏻辣豬頸肉生菜包要推介,其他泰館只有肉碎,這間係豬頸肉,最初都以為會將豬頸肉切粒,點知上枱時是一片一片嘅豬頸肉,仲要係好多好多片,撈勻D酸辣汁包在生菜食,口感豐富😋紅㗎喱雞,沒有想像中辣,㗎喱汁配蒜蓉包好正,雞肉仍做到滑溜感💪🏻特意揀星期二黎食,因為芒果糯米飯係半價,糯米飯好好味,又軟又糯😍下次有人生日會再去,到時叫個玫瑰型芒果糯米飯蛋糕,有形式感之外更可以打卡🎉🎊 continue reading
