已經來過很多次晚飯,今次餸菜奇差,不知是否換了廚師?食物無味道。最失望是乳豬及龍蝦伊麵。乳豬切到大大件,乳豬皮又油又靭,乳豬又肥,無肉。龍蝦伊麵的龍蝦很少肉,伊麵碎上,個上湯真係湯,水汪汪的。其他的菜式都不能接受。只有茄子炆龍躉頭腩是好味道。不會再來這店食飯

Went here for the blogger spring dinner, there were so many people that it occupied the whole restaurant.The food came fairly quick but there was a slight gap in the middle.In general the food was ok especially the appetizers and the fish which I didn’t take a photo of.The fish was really good because it was succulent and silky.

是晚,的確可以說大家意不在食,但我作為一名飲食博客,決定要寫文,當然會是以食為主。而席宴,就是一道錦繡五福大拼盆,亦即是平日去酒樓叫一圍1488晚飯的燒味大拼盆,有叉燒、燒肉、燒鴨、海蜇、同拍青瓜,這東西沒有好食與不好食,一般酒樓味部出品都不會太差,斬好就上,味道沒有驚喜也沒有不驚喜。

蠔王花菇扒翠蔬,汁比菜、菇更多是我的最簡單評語,不過濃濃味也是很吸引嘴巴的。此菜特別在用上了菜苗,入口的爽口同甜美,比起用任何的蔬菜更好更清,飲宴,最令人喜歡的,就是這一種有味而又令人覺得入口健康,味道清新的菜式。

是日等同去飲喜酒,敬酒的環節變成了交換卡片,及友情大合照的聯誼活動。交換卡片環節後,就一口氣來了兩個尾聲,其一就是一條清蒸大海斑,時間控制得好,魚肉沒有過熟,入口夠滑,夠爽脆,蒸得可以叫做不錯。

Recieved a mooncake coupon for The Banqueting House's custard mooncakes.The mooncakes were in a paper box which was quite environmentally friendly.【酥皮奶黃月餅】迷你八個裝After they were reheated they smelt very buttery and the custard filling was sweet and savory.As they do not have any preservatives they need to be refrigerated.I would advise getting them before you go home because they need to be refridgerated.
