終於等到打邊爐既季節喇,酒鍋仲係大閘蟹嘅季節推出左大閘蟹套餐😍😍😍緊係要約埋朋友一齊去歡聚一下環境大又一啲都唔會焗束,而且望住落地大玻璃好好view首先上左個湯底,係黃金蟹黃雞煲花膠湯底,超級有氣勢!裏面係好足料直頭已經成個餸咁配料未嚟嘅時候率先嚟咗重頭戲大閘蟹,套餐係包5.5兩嘅大閘蟹,蟹膏非常之多,食落係超級滿足,而且蟹肉結實食得出係新鮮。當食蟹食到咁上下嘅時候啲配菜就嚟喇!鹽燒海蝦海蝦非常新鮮黑毛和牛和牛切得好薄,入口即溶黃金蟹粉魚皮同一般嘅魚皮唔一樣多咗份蟹香,而且非常新鮮炸得好脆!配埋個花膠湯食一流!手工蟹粉蝦餃平時都已經好鍾意食蝦餃,今次呢個仲要加埋蟹粉非常邪惡黃金蟹粉響鈴同炸魚皮嘅感覺差唔多,但係佢更加朔湯汁最後仲有刀削麵同蜂巢豆腐,完全吸晒成個湯底嘅精華,呢個大閘蟹套餐體驗真係10分特別而且滿足!超級推介
