Went there with my kids and a maid to early celebrate mother's day with my wife. The environment was nice and cosy and the tables were quite far from each other, providing good privacy.The food quality was good and it is obvious that the chef takes pride on what he cooks. The waiters were all polite and nice but weren't very professional as dishes usually had to wait for a long while before they were cleared and many a time our glasses were left empty.All said, it was a good dining experience

The food quality was good and it is obvious that the chef takes pride on what he cooks. The waiters were all polite and nice but weren't very professional as dishes usually had to wait for a long while before they were cleared and many a time our glasses were left empty.

All said, it was a good dining experience though due to the small kitchen, food took a long while to came out.

A good alternative if you are tired of restaurants in hotels and want to try something different.

吃的是四道菜. 前菜沒有選擇, 姍姍來遲, 或許可說是慢工出細貨, 份量卻頗足 – 計有一份菜沙律, 兩片烤麵包, 兩片煙三紋魚, 還有一小堆牛油磨菇法國蝸牛. 很豐富的前菜 – 食完麵包加這個已開始覺飽.

湯有兩款: 雜菌湯做得香濃, 味道不錯. 亦嘗了一點海鮮番茄湯, 可說是茄味足, 而海鮮味較淡.

主菜是有多款可選擇的:

我吃的是 Grilled US Kurobuta Pork Rack in black Truffle Sauce, 肉質鬆軟汁多, 黑松露菌汁也濃郁, 但未有喧賓奪主, 或蓋去豬架的肉鮮味. 做得是很好. 如果能夠將烤的時間減少一丁點, 肉質會更嫩滑, 便美滿.

也分了一塊 Roasted Lamb Rack 的羊架肉, 喜歡羊骚味的可能會不滿意, 因為只有很純很鮮嫩的羊肉味, 肉質十分好. 此外, 未能親口嘗到的有 Pan-fired Fatty Swordfish Steak, 看上去也不錯.

如果是願意付出額外六十大元, 也可選擇 Grilled Boston Lobster with Angel Hair. 今晚最豪華的亦可選擇 Grilled Australian Wagyu (Grade 9) Rib-eye Steak, 只要付出多一百塊錢便可.

甜品其中兩款是. Crème Brulee 甚為香滑, 不算很甜. 我選的 Meringue with Fresh Fruits 用草莓鋪滿了在蛋白底及奶油上, 做成了個火龍果的樣子, 賣相不俗. 另外兩款是蘋果餡餅和 Terrine de Chocolate & Ice Cream.

我們平均是三枝酒夾一道菜, 或許是這緣故, 上菜頗為慢, 四道菜加茶啡吃了三個小時, 固然有非常足夠的時間品嚐美酒, 而且人多話題多, 食物又美味, 臨尾一部分酒友又乘半分醉意, 有意無意叫錯晒 d 人名黎玩, 完場前大廚靚仔 Michael 哥哥又出埋黎影相一輪, 氣氛就此推至最高. 又突然發覺廚房內竟然有打印機, Michael 與我們影好張全體相後, 就馬上印出, 貼上去個相板上面.

其實一路都有 d 奇怪, 唔知點解 d 侍應唔駛問就知到晒我地飲乜湯, 食乜主菜同甜品. 原來又要多謝無微不至的統籌人, 事前已將我們的選擇同座位表交給了 Michael, 真的是做到了對號入坐. 今夜的一切一切, 唔該晒搞手 V.

最終回當然便是茶或咖啡. 這時, 侍應姐姐便拿出了茶牌, 有多種果味茶的選擇, 再增添最後的一點驚喜 !

今晚同老婆大人上去二人世界食餐飯, 其實已經係第三次上呢間私方法國菜, 同老闆兼大廚michael 已經熟絡左, 每次佢都會親自介紹是晚精選菜式俾我地, 今晚重有餐牌上面冇的油封鴨脾做主菜!!!第一道前菜是白酒汁煮青口, 青口好新鮮(個人覺得青口最緊要夠新鮮), 份量亦足夠, 好入味跟住係好濃郁的雜菌湯, 俾我飲到一滴都冇得剩到主菜油封鴨脾, 呢道菜好蝦人煮, 中環結志街街市入面有一間小舖整呢道菜整得好出色, 今晚係the french table 試下michael的技術如何, 結果都冇失望, 起碼同結志街果間打成平手, 外皮又香又脆, 入面d肉就好稔, 一d 筋都冇甜品就食萍果批, 同九龍城果間小店有得揮嘆埋杯檸茶, 埋單每人四百幾, 做得如此出色的法國菜, 實在覺得超值

很小食私房菜既我, 由朋友同行去依間試下..入到去聽到很浪漫的音樂, 氣氛都幾好.食物有蠔..我就食到有小小(係好小) 沙, 不過都好新鮮, 牛排很沒特別, 甜品都幾好味不過o個晚得2枱客(included我地) 靜得來好像有d冷清的感覺! waiter 又好像成日望住我地傾計(唔知係咪人小佢太得閒), 但我感覺不太習慣, 不自然..一般的法國菜, 價錢又非一般.

panfried goose liver: not good, overdone
snail: fair, flavour not quite there
steak: great, smell good with a flavour of panfried butter
duck breast: fair, again the flavour is not there, however, the sauce is quite good

由於我哋幾個想樣樣都試d, 廚師Micheal 又好nice 咁話no problem, 結果... 我哋三個好幸福咁一人試勻三款....

田螺(牛油同香草啱啱好, 唔會好"膩")
Smoke Salmon (酒店貨式一般偏鹹, 但呢度唔會)
鵝肝醬脆餅(滑溜! 濃郁, 夠pure 無渣!)

主菜-
嘩...., 果件黑松露汁心型西冷, 料又正, 樣又靚. 味又好,....又腍又無渣, 仲晌個邊度夾住少少燒香咗嘅牛油... 噓...膽固醇萬歲!!!

其實件西冷整得咁出色, 伴碟什菜就算係求其是但, 比個普通嘅薯菜嚟, 本夫人亦已滿足, 但係.... 呢個廚師....對做餐嘅執著, 對食物嘅專重, 真係令本夫人十分敬佩! 佢竟然用最靚嘅白薯, 逐片逐片, 梅花間竹咁加入茄子片, 同新鮮茄蓉焗至軟綿綿, 少少香草味.....嘩, 真係而家仲記得有幾好食!!!

甜品-
有三款, 都做得非常好, 尤其果個下層有類似麥提莎個芯果款, 唔係太甜, 又香又脆, 口感一流, 本夫人雖然已經食到十成飽, 但係都要食埋佢...( 啋! 再讚, 人哋會以為呢段係廣告噃, 都係留番比普羅食家親嚐好過喇!)

AppetizerPan fried Foie Gras- It has been wonderfully done, not overcooked, rather juicy, slightly seasoned.Main courseKurobuta Pork belly- the sauce is nice, the pork belly tastes nice but the the meat is slightly tender.DessertCreme Brulee- its been nicely done too. it isnt too sweet and not burnt at the topOverall, The food is nice, the other diners werent that noisy. But the lift is rather scary!
