今日去到上環地鐵站周邊的民生區,這邊雖位處港島與中環商業區的附近,卻沒有繁華商業區的繁忙,感覺反而有一種漫活人生休閑。休閑的感覺與我今日去的這間餐廳「我愛慢煮」有異曲同工之妙,餐廳環境佈置風,主要以石頭木材風格的建築材料為主,配有書本等裝飾,而且有環境燈及氣氛燈的配搭下相當有情調,相當適合情侶情人。首先點的是黑松露炒蛋作開胃菜,炒蛋鮮嫩幼滑,蛋味香濃,配上濃厚鮮味的黑松露作點綴,相得益彰,混和進食又是另一番滋味。然後是主菜是西餐必點的安格斯西冷牛扒配薯蓉,由於店主使用需時較長慢煮方式去烹調,慢煮可保留咁多原材料的味道,所以進食第一感覺是牛的香味進入口中,肉質亦可保持嫩滑,充分把肉汁鎖住牛扒中,淡淡肉香於口中散發。甜品加點了朱古力班尼蛋糕,濃濃朱古力香,配上碎花生增加口感及果香,而且小小的一件,岩岩好可滿足口福,又不會太罪惡。

🐑 紅酒香草燴羊膝 Red Wine Lamb Shank

紅酒香草燴羊膝肉質非常腍,而且輕易將羊肉拆出嚟。淡淡紅酒及香草味令羊膝更有層次。食羊肉嘅時候特別鍾意點薄荷醬,帶出清新感覺。

另外值得一讚這裏的服務很不錯,店員很用心介紹餐牌上推介的菜式,加上格調走輕高貴餐廳,適合朋友聚會或情侶約會,氣氛好又性價比高, 下次會再試試其他菜式。

北歐薄荷水果茶是套餐包括的,原來也超好喝啊,冰凍的水果茶帶著淡香的荔枝味,超解渴!
