To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於是以St Germain接骨木花利口酒為主題,我地各自都加多$95,試了用以St Germain接骨木花利口酒和Ungava氈酒為基酒,加入蝶豆花苦艾酒,再以菠蘿乾和荔枝作裝飾的特飲,荔枝清甜配上呢款甜酒,好夾。另一杯Berries Elixir雞尾酒紅紅的色彩,以紫蘇葉和士多啤梨片作裝飾,以St Germain接骨木花利口酒配上清酒、檸檬汁、士多啤梨果蓉和香檳做成,入口甜甜地少少酸,配埋甜品一齊食就至正。

總括來講,望到呢一個景再加埋有啲嘢食下每人夾二百幾蚊我覺得都唔錯嘅,一個假日嘅好活動。😆不過你預咗下午茶食物通常都係好睇唔好食,就好似以上嘅食物來講,我覺得有一半都係麻麻地。🤔另一樣野,就係時間上比較急,因為酒店分開咗兩個時間,我哋揀咗2:15入座,四點就要交枱,輪到下一輪嘅客人。
我哋都算準時到,坐低望吓風景影吓相,再同賣相唔錯嘅食物相機食先,然後每人仲有11件食物可以食,計計埋埋時間真係唔係好夠用。😂

我見酒店間唔中都會做優惠,如果有優惠嘅話大家都可以試吓嘅😎

椰子百香果杯
甜點黎講呢個真係中伏之最。聽個名就應該覺得佢係有百香果既酸甜同埋有椰子既甜。不過食落口既時候係大部分都係酸味,而個種酸味完全係好似食緊原個檸檬咁。另外,仲有一種唔知係邊到黎既咸味,味道超級奇怪。

總括而言,甜點方便完全係fail,唔會係一般酒店應該有既水準。

酒店三月時推出優惠,只要以七折價錢便可享用下午茶 $550/ tea set,馬上買一套來試吓。但打電話預約嘅時候,已被通知沒有窗口位,頓時有點失望,需知道窗口位比較難預約,但也沒想過疫情之下也這麼Full House。五月中4:30 來到品嚐下午茶,因為行最令嘅關係,酒店開放116樓分散人流,終於能分配到窗口位,實在太驚喜。116樓居高臨下,這個價錢是很值得的,至於Tea set 嘅食物只是普通,茶雖然多選擇但沒有特別好喝。環境很好,服務也很好,沒有時間限制來Relax一下,真的很寫意。

There are so many positive reviews for this restaurant and we look forward to the tea and the spectacular view very much.The time slot we booked is the first roundat 2:15. The Lounge and Bar is located at 102/f.  Upon our arrival, we need to take lift to103/f first and change lift to go to other floors.The environment is gorgeous and reallysuitable for having celebration. The weather we had the tea was sunny and itwas really stunning to see the harbour view of Hong Kong from such a greatheight.

There are so many positive reviews for this restaurant and we look forward to the tea and the spectacular view very much.

The time slot we booked is the first round
at 2:15. The Lounge and Bar is located at 102/f.  Upon our arrival, we need to take lift to
103/f first and change lift to go to other floors.

The environment is gorgeous and really
suitable for having celebration. The weather we had the tea was sunny and it
was really stunning to see the harbour view of Hong Kong from such a great
height.

We first served with a welcome drink and
the taste was quite good. I chose the Weekend in Hong Kong Tea which is unique
in Hong Kong and my friend chose Silver Moon Tea. There were wide range of tea
to choose from.

The tea set looked attractive with great
portion. There was a right balance of savories and confections that all of them
tasted great and yummy. The confections are not too sweet and they were different
from ordinary desserts with special ingredients. The scenery was breathtaking and
was really great for taking panorama.

The service was quite good and the staff
were polite. One minor point was that the time limit is quite strict that we
could only eat for 2 hours and must leave by 4:15. We could not finish the
whole high set and not enough time to chat. Despite this, it was really a
perfect place for high tea and the view really worth it.

朋友唔開心話想揾個靜d嘅地方傾下計,上網揾左幾間,覺得呢間好似ok,價錢適中,環境又好,可以放空心靈。黎到環境係ok,但佢嘅鹹點同甜點其實都算係普通,中規中矩甘,主要係食個環境,望住維港,對面係ifc,舒服寫意,另外有份雞翼小食,個人認為偏鹹少少。(我本身都算係重口味)😅😅中意飲佢地d茶,多選擇而且幾好飲,但唔記得係咩茶,冇記錯好似係白茶果類嚟嘅,送甜點剛剛好。如果鹹點多啲款式就好了,佢地d款式真係好少,鹹點同啲包擺埋一齊,冇乜變化,冇乜特別,多啲唔同類型嘅選擇會更加好。
