Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天與好友試秋天版新出下午茶,三層傳統英式下午茶,鹹點有蜂蜜紫薯泡芙配橄欖油魚子,紫薯味道清甜,配搭泡芙令到整個口感提升。秋天到,不少得吃蟹肉,鹹點中深海藍蟹肉配蜜糖芥末,胡南瓜及意大利考塔芝士配黑麥麵包,感覺新鮮容易入口。精緻的甜點中,南瓜肉桂芝士蛋糕,南瓜的甜味配上芝士的鹹味,出奇地可口。另外綠茶榛子蘑菇蛋糕造型可愛,上層部份是綠茶,如果可添加更多的綠茶味道更濃。蘋果白朱古力忌廉泡芙,紅色的泡芙外型吸引,一口吃下時,感覺滿足。來到這裏,餐廳樓底高,坐擁無敵海景,是與閨蜜談天說地的好地方。

來到這裏,餐廳樓底高,坐擁無敵海景,是與閨蜜談天說地的好地方。

早前ritz carlton推出優惠,$481+10%兩位的夏花盛放下午茶,當然要去試試其實我之前來過吃晚餐,但因為夜晚的海景盡是黑壓壓一片,今次特意來看看下午的景色我們很幸運坐在窗邊的位置,100多樓居高臨下,仿佛在天空俯瞰香港,當然是滿分這天天氣不算很好,但陽光輕柔灑落,還是覺得很滿意喝熱朱古力也不用加錢,另外亦有多款茶可以選擇可惜食物味道是一般,全部都是只得甜度,沒什麼味道,連我最愛吃的scone亦是普通,不夠香味最好吃的是香橙朱古力蛋糕

呢間餐廳出名緊係個景喇!好好彩有窗邊位打卡,加分。講返食物,我地去食afternoon tea,鹹甜點夾埋有11款,基本上要唔食lunch同dinner先食得晒。第一層係鹹點,好好食!鍾意佢牛角包有鴛鴦味,變相食多一個味;酥皮盒入面係素豬肉加雜菇;蟹肉黑麥包三文治個餡根本就可以整大件版拎出嚟賣;最後食紫薯泡芙,就好似提你開始要進入甜點環節。第二層有朱古力蛋糕,好濃靚朱古力;食完黃色南瓜芝士蛋糕,其實都開始投降,有d飽。最底層有scones、同2款點品...好後悔只係食埋西梅乾鬆餅就停手,因為我只係食咗8款,就要朋友幫忙打包餘下4款...唯有等佢轉menu再去。

因為朋友推介這裡的牛扒,所以特意選擇於此來慶祝男朋友的生日。當晚是國慶,但客人很少,所以能坐到對窗的好位置,香港的夜景非常優美,第一次坐正面對着外面景觀用膳,令人心情愉快,亦非常期待餐點。點了套餐,有前菜和主食兩樣,甜品要加錢前菜是蟹肉他他,味道清新,當中配搭了洋蔥、蕃茄、牛油果和檸檬汁,多士就偏乾和脆,若果薄一點會更好主菜牛扒,加了$150升級做澳洲M7和牛,全晚都在期待這在朋友口中超級好味的牛扒,可惜⋯⋯⋯第一口吃下完全呆了,說好的美味呢???肉質一般,味道一般,不說不知原來是和牛呢,完全不明白何以稱得上美味,配菜的烤蒜頭比它更佳,沙律菜就像只加了橄欖油,零調味。埋單兩個人$1500左右,沒有餐湯、甜品和飲品,這個價錢,如此質素,比她更佳的餐廳比比皆是,完全沒有再來的打算這餐飯是來慶祝生日的,怎料味道如此下等,令壽星失望,我亦情何以堪,因此不會推介這間餐廳,大家請審慎考慮

主菜牛扒,加了$150升級做澳洲M7和牛,全晚都在期待這在朋友口中超級好味的牛扒,可惜⋯⋯⋯第一口吃下完全呆了,說好的美味呢???肉質一般,味道一般,不說不知原來是和牛呢,完全不明白何以稱得上美味,配菜的烤蒜頭比它更佳,沙律菜就像只加了橄欖油,零調味。

埋單兩個人$1500左右,沒有餐湯、甜品和飲品,這個價錢,如此質素,比她更佳的餐廳比比皆是,完全沒有再來的打算
這餐飯是來慶祝生日的,怎料味道如此下等,令壽星失望,我亦情何以堪,因此不會推介這間餐廳,大家請審慎考慮

從來未試過食一間酒店嘅下午茶會咁難食,之前都話過conrad係最難食,原來沒有最差,只有更差,呢間真係好X難食,完全唔係五星級酒店嘅質素,
個蘑菇係發生咩事,起碼presentation都精緻少少。英式鬆餅已經算係最好食,牛油味適中唔會好乾,配上士多啤梨醬同忌廉食都算好食。
Ritz-Carlton chocolate cake係比較出色,但偏甜
----
另外,點左杯白牡丹,普普通通,冇乜茶味,成個下午茶都令人好失望!

🐰 Ritz-Carlton x St. Germain接骨木花利口酒夏花盛放下午茶食過ritz carlton嘅afternoon tea set幾次,今次都算係最差嘅一次😥首先我係book左the lounge and bar,但去到佢話安排左我坐cafe103。不過之後佢都安排返我坐the lounge and bar嘅。中段仲安排我地去窗口位。到個tea set拎到黎,竟然無左個happy birthday嘅牌。佢之後係有做返補救工作嘅,仲俾多兩杯香檳我地慶祝。不過以六星級酒店黎講,呢兩樣野已經令我留下唔好嘅印象了。啲甜點鹹點實在唔係太好味🙄最高嗰層最差!嗰串類似大菜糕的東西有啲花香囉,無乜味道。因為對海鮮敏感,佢轉左個菠菜卷俾我,但只係烚完啲菠菜卷埋一舊🤷🏻‍♀️什麼味道都沒有。中層同低層就係正常水平,唔會有啲嘩一聲嘅感覺。啲scone仲好乾。呢個afternoon tea set實在令人失望!食物真係唔合格,只係服務同景色搭夠🤷🏻‍♀️真係唔推薦俾大家🤭

食過ritz carlton嘅afternoon tea set幾次,今次都算係最差嘅一次😥

首先我係book左the lounge and bar,但去到佢話安排左我坐cafe103。不過之後佢都安排返我坐the lounge and bar嘅。中段仲安排我地去窗口位。

到個tea set拎到黎,竟然無左個happy birthday嘅牌。佢之後係有做返補救工作嘅,仲俾多兩杯香檳我地慶祝。不過以六星級酒店黎講,呢兩樣野已經令我留下唔好嘅印象了。

真的可以邊食下午茶邊看到大大個美景,幸運地買到優惠卷,

中層的茶點有士多啤梨乳酪蛋糕、檸檬青檸蛋糕、薰衣草蛋糕,椰子芒果泡芙,底層的鬆餅,頂層的其他茶點牛油果蟹肉芝麻脆筒配薰衣草開心果脆粒,焗迷你火腿芝士杏桃菠菜酥,菊花石榴果凍球,St Germain 椰子百香果杯及杏仁蛋糕。.




我覺得牛油果蟹肉芝麻脆筒真的唔錯,食落牛油果真的好滑,加埋蟹肉真的好清新,菊花石榴果凍球真的好清涼,食落好舒服,同埋用St Germain 酒加入的椰子百香果杯,真的滿滿接骨木花酒的味道,估不到102 樓大堂酒廊的下午茶真的好食好多,比起CAFÉ 103,食物的水準會高一點,另外職員的服務都唔錯。





飲品方面,佢本身可以加95蚊有St Germain的特飲,但都系感覺配茶會更好一點,另外佢的鬆餅都唔錯。

由於是以St Germain接骨木花利口酒為主題,我地各自都加多$95,試了用以St Germain接骨木花利口酒和Ungava氈酒為基酒,加入蝶豆花苦艾酒,再以菠蘿乾和荔枝作裝飾的特飲,荔枝清甜配上呢款甜酒,好夾。另一杯Berries Elixir雞尾酒紅紅的色彩,以紫蘇葉和士多啤梨片作裝飾,以St Germain接骨木花利口酒配上清酒、檸檬汁、士多啤梨果蓉和香檳做成,入口甜甜地少少酸,配埋甜品一齊食就至正。

總括來講,望到呢一個景再加埋有啲嘢食下每人夾二百幾蚊我覺得都唔錯嘅,一個假日嘅好活動。😆不過你預咗下午茶食物通常都係好睇唔好食,就好似以上嘅食物來講,我覺得有一半都係麻麻地。🤔另一樣野,就係時間上比較急,因為酒店分開咗兩個時間,我哋揀咗2:15入座,四點就要交枱,輪到下一輪嘅客人。
我哋都算準時到,坐低望吓風景影吓相,再同賣相唔錯嘅食物相機食先,然後每人仲有11件食物可以食,計計埋埋時間真係唔係好夠用。😂

我見酒店間唔中都會做優惠,如果有優惠嘅話大家都可以試吓嘅😎
