去親日本都係同蕎麥面擦身而過,今日就係呢度試下啦! 鴨胸微微煎過,香口,沒有多餘油份,蕎麥麵煮得比較腍,但入口仍然覺得佢爽。湯底係甜甜地,可能係因為有柚子菊花同埋一啲蔥花。

豆腐超級滑,個湯底比較鹹,豚肉雖然係一嚿嚿,但係都可以食到係好嫩。
店員的服務態度都幾好,好有禮貌, 不過有時店員大嗌光臨/歡送的時候,聲浪過大。

經友人介紹,來到這家很有日本風情感覺的店子。要讚的是它每張桌子座位都放得很鬆動,給食客十分充足的私人空間去用餐,即使以正常聲線談話也不易給旁邊的食客聽到。原味的厚燒玉子十分香濃,簡單的食材卻有著令人著迷的味道。原味就最能突出蛋本身的獨有香味意粉頗有驚喜,亦是簡單的一碟炒詫粉,用上新鮮的香草,帶微辣,非常好吃。即使是以炒的方式也不覺得太油膩。

一門是一間日本料理館,在銅鑼灣已經經營了很久,聽聞最出名的是厚燒玉子。今天星期六下午,一個人走去一門吃午餐,點了照燒帆立貝飯套餐$88,附有前菜,麵豉湯和飲品,和蟹肉厚玉子$65。令人驚喜的是蟹肉厚玉子,真的是用蟹肉做的,不是仿蟹柳,而且蛋味香濃嫩滑,的確必食的招牌菜。至於燒帆立貝套餐,醬汁很惹味,有五粒帆立貝,配菜有飛魚子,京葱和小香菇。熱騰騰的麵豉湯挺足料,菜也很多。這份午餐吃得飽飽,大滿足!

串燒完全失望,點了一串燒活鰻$58和一串鹽燒三文魚$28。
三文魚只能用乾硬來形容,本身已經唔係用靚位黎燒,仲要燒到乾爭爭,三文魚味都無埋。。。
活鰻賣相OK,但毫無鮮鰻味,食過咁多鰻魚串,就算無標榜自己係活鰻嘅都好食過佢!肉薄都算,無鰻魚味先大獲,好彩個皮仲有微脆
鰻魚控對佢已經大失所望,應該唔會再黎。

朋友推薦必定要試食的厚燒玉子今次點了雜菌厚燒玉子店員上菜時溫馨提示要襯熱食一切開玉子就見到入面有好多菇食入口還是熱呼呼的玉子很滑很滑不會像平時吃到的玉子燒有鞋口的感覺真的令人一試愛上下次再試試其他口味另一方面還點了牛肉石頭窩飯、東洋卷、餃子牛肉石頭窩飯味道不錯,牛肉的份量也不會太少,可以再食多次而東洋卷和在"一杯"吃的一樣味道,但"一門"的比較濕身,令到皮很容易一夾便爛開。如果乾身一點便不會這麼容易散開了最後,餃子味道不過不失,沒有甚麼太特別

牛肉石頭窩飯味道不錯,牛肉的份量也不會太少,可以再食多次

而東洋卷和在"一杯"吃的一樣味道,但"一門"的比較濕身,令到皮很容易一夾便爛開。如果乾身一點便不會這麼容易散開了

懂我的人,就知道我超愛吃玉子燒,當然要點一份吧。印上一門二字的玉子燒,肥胖胖的,從其賣相已得知菜式足料濕潤。入囗湯汁滿溢,甜度適中,蟹肉鮮甜,但由於蟹味不重,建議加入明太子等重味餡料,味道更加特出哦。

just like a local Japanese wine restaurant 居酒屋. the food is delicious. no matter the shisimi or hot dishes. like the sake offering. the taste is suitable for every one. the design of the restaurant with lots of wood. raw and letting you relax. ordered a Toro sushi, that's fresh and full of fat. recommend the egg roll. soft and smooth. the egg is just right cooked. dishes to be served with wine but not salty at all.
