星期六行經洗衣間附近見到呢間越南餐廳盟生念頭進入餐廳試試。可能已經是三點多下午茶時間人流不算太多,一入餐店已有位置安排給我們。我們各自點了不同出產地的和牛湯河,由於只需加$10可享用$40以下的餐飲,我們都加$10享用餐飲。接近用餐尾聲,聽到隔離枱未能享用8折,原來他們太急入餐廳,誤看了下午茶時間為2:30,由於當日是假期需3點後才可享此優惠。請注意,假日時間及公眾假期三點後落才可享主餐牌八折優惠,當然最後需由餐廳決定為準,所以建議落單前先詢問職員。

跟友人下班逛了一會街就餓了,就隨便找了這家乾乾淨淨的越南餐廳醫肚,因為我倆都喜歡吃麵嘛!餐廳牆上有一大幅畫,頗可愛的。兩個人吃,最簡單就是點二人餐啦!我們選了198的。先上雞絲和生牛肉湯河,湯的顏色看起來不錯。我每次吃越南粉就只懂吃生牛河,就是喜歡生熟度可自己浸湯。這裡的生牛肉頗大片,軟身又不會太多脂肪雞絲對我來說當然沒生牛肉好,不過湯底夠濃味,河粉也夠滑。小食拼盤的三款選了我至愛的牛油雞翼,扎肉和牛展。後兩者都是冷盤來的,大大片啖啖肉牛油雞翼炸得好香脆,相當邪惡內裡的肉又嫩又多汁,肥都扺呀炒芥蘭的味道也很香口,鹹香的,不會覺得dry啊。不夠喉的我倆另點了一款較清新的鮮蝦米紙卷,涼軟的粉皮包著生菜、青瓜、米粉和爽爽的蝦,將剛才的邪惡度大大減低!飲品就選了熱飲鹹柑桔和青檸水清清熱氣,refresh一下每人130左右,都頗抵食

朋友都知我喜愛吃越南生牛肉河,極力推介我到旺角洗衣街的越滿去。一室色彩繽紛裝修,牆上卡通壁畫更添幾分活潑朝氣。點了價錢最高的越滿和牛湯河,因它有最多款配料😝有日本和牛、澳洲和牛、和牛牛舌、美國牛小排、牛丸。店員先端上一碗乾河粉,上面鋪滿各款生牛肉配料,再即席在客人面前倒入熱湯!這吃法還真是第一次呢😍所以新鮮感十足,有驚喜!生牛肉馬上被熱湯浸至變色,雖分不清那片是日本、澳洲還是美國和牛,但全部都嫩滑可口,牛味豐富,沒有多餘脂肪。牛骨湯底清甜具牛香,做得很不錯。另外十分欣賞店方在碗內撒上大量蔥花,且香草、芽菜及青檸是分開上的,是較為正宗的食法,個人喜愛把大量香草鵝蒂撕碎,放到湯內浸至出味,嗯,想著想著又掛念越南的出品了。牛油雞翼也有水準,外皮酥脆,肉厚多汁,香濃牛油味深深縈繞在口腔,熱氣也不怕,為美食大膽豁出去吧!

前兩日去先達整完手機,喺附近睇吓有咩食先。見到有間越南菜館,裝修都幾新淨喎,好!就入去試吓啦。一望餐牌,即刻俾佢個日本A4和牛湯河粉吸引着。但計過條數,都係同friend食個二人餐好似抵啲。最後我哋叫咗二人晚餐B,有鮮蝦米紙卷炒芥蘭苗同越式炒飯,主菜我哋就揀咗咖喱軟殼蟹同蒜仔牛柳粒。鮮蝦米紙卷,大大隻蝦係入面,點埋甜酸汁,好開胃!炒芥蘭苗,朋友不喜歡吃辣,所以沒有用馬拉盞炒,但都一樣好好味!蒜仔牛柳粒,呢個幾特別,佢伴碟仲有啲華鹽,同青檸,估唔到加埋一齊食味道可以好夾!咖喱軟殼蟹,下面有個煲仔一路加熱,食落熱辣辣。咖喱味道偏甜,我friend雖然唔食得辣,但佢都接受到。最後當然唔少得杯咸梅梳打,呢個跟二人餐唔使加錢,讚~!下次黎一定要試埋佢個和牛河粉先!

依度喺旺角東落天梯就到,一係旺角站一出,行下就到,洗衣街,超易揾。入到去環境幾好,係越南嘅環境佈置,無論情侶定家人,又或係朋友都適合。野食種類都幾多下,野飲都唔少。今次,食左唔少野,最令我覺得下次一定會再食嘅係牛柳粒,好有鑊氣之餘,個醬汁真係無得頂,可就咁食都夠晒味。加埋佢提供嘅(華鹽)同檸檬汁就更加好味。直頭係一碟野,有兩個口味。野飲就最like佢個青檸紅茶,我就中意甜甜地,正咖!👍👍👍👍👍

平時比較少食越南菜,今次的新嘗試又是另一番的味道及帶有新鮮感,下次還會再食。
