沙律選擇也有數款,燒牛肉通粉沙律、龍蝦沙律,還有紅菜頭沙律,款款各具特式,燒牛肉搭配通粉,既飽肚又添口感;龍蝦沙律清新味美;而我最愛紅菜頭沙律,不但有益,而且拌入蘋果,爽口滋味。  

鹹香的Parma Ham,搭配清甜的哈蜜瓜,帶出平衡口感,這裡的Parma Ham嫩滑無筋,口感細緻,肉質juicy,既鮮味又帶來甘香餘韻,真的相當吸引!

芝士拼盤中,最愛Blue Cheese入口後那強烈的刺激感,味道非常獨特。

「燒原條安格斯肉眼扒」, 一定要簡夠生部位🤭,肉質細嫩,牛香濃鬱,口感軟腍多汁,第一次吃上一塊又一塊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

平時很小吃熱盆的我們,居然被這個「清酒煮海蜆」深深吸引上,讓我們拿了一碗又一碗😂

這裏有小朋友最愛的朱古力噴泉,配搭滿清甜的蜜瓜,軟綿綿的棉花糖,好味又好玩😊

最近我同家人去咗荃灣酒店食自助午餐,真係好開心!雖然食物種類唔算特別多,但基本嘅都有,大人368,小童268,真係幾抵食。自助餐有啲凍盤,例如麵包蟹、翡翠螺,啲海鮮好新鮮,食落好正!而家佢哋仲做緊韓式自助餐,有好多泡菜同埋和牛壽喜燒,真係好過癮。至於啲串燒、甜品同埋烤雞,都幾豐富。我最鍾意嗰個甜品區,佢可以自己整窩夫,仲有朱古力噴泉,食到佢笑到咁開心!總括而言,荃灣酒店呢間自助午餐真係好適合家庭聚餐。我喺度食咗好多,開心得滯!如果你都想搵個好地方食飯,呢度絕對值得一試!

自助餐有啲凍盤,例如麵包蟹、翡翠螺,啲海鮮好新鮮,食落好正!而家佢哋仲做緊韓式自助餐,有好多泡菜同埋和牛壽喜燒,真係好過癮。


至於啲串燒、甜品同埋烤雞,都幾豐富。我最鍾意嗰個甜品區,佢可以自己整窩夫,仲有朱古力噴泉,食到佢笑到咁開心!

總括而言,荃灣酒店呢間自助午餐真係好適合家庭聚餐。我喺度食咗好多,開心得滯!如果你都想搵個好地方食飯,呢度絕對值得一試!

第一樣嘢攞嘅係串燒,咦。。。心諗,唔係啩,牛丸,芝士腸,燒燶青椒。。。are you serious?

隔離有一盤天㷌羅,望真啲,炸蓮藕,炸四季豆,幾隻炸急凍蟹鉗。。。我唔係寄望有天㷌羅蝦,乜番薯同南瓜好貴咩?

熱盤方面非常容易介紹,因為得幾樣。炒西蘭花(無肉),所謂嘅蟹肉炒飯(師傅唔記得落鹽),紅酒燴牛肉 (牛肉又乾又冇味),蒸魚(勁腥)。正常少少嘅有豉椒蟶子王( 但考牙力),胡椒炒蟹有胡椒味(好難得舊舊蟹肉都係霉嘅)。

見到隔籬枱食羊架,啲羊架好似風乾冇煮過咁,又紅又乾。舊燒牛肉係well done,自問冇乜牙力去挑戰佢。

海鮮有生蠔,蝦,海螺,長腳蟹,青口。。。我本身食生蠔,但食過其他海鮮都係霉嘅,所以唔敢試生蠔。長腳蟹啲腳非常纖幼,剪開嘅時間非常考功夫,不過因為冇乜其他選擇,佢啲肉尚算可以接受,所以食得最多係佢。

突然見到有人排隊,唔執輸又睇吓有乜,原來有半隻焗龍蝦。懷着興奮嘅心食第一啖,又實,又腥,肉都係霉嘅。

佢最大嘅賣點係每人有隻大閘蟹,會有專人去每張枱根據人頭派俾你。點知啲蟹膏係苦嘅,舔吓都搞唔掂,完全食唔落。

刺身有四款,半件壽司都冇,刺身職員八點幾已經收檔。啲刺身出晒水,成灘水喺個碟度浸住啲魚生,所以都冇食。

最𠝹櫈嘅位係甜品,有交行貨嘅忌廉蛋捲,自稱和菓子,完全唔想掂佢嘅芒果布甸, 好Hea嘅桂花糕。最過分係窩夫要自己整,
一碗碗蛋漿放晒喺度冇嘢冚住,佢嗰個仲係門口位置,有部機喺度俾你自己整,實在太特別。

咁大個人第一次自助餐會食嘉頓餐包,加蘑菇湯,唔食真係餓住返屋企。

有一樣唔嘢唔錯,就係蟲草花雞湯,非常油,不過至少有味。

呢個自助餐,係唯一一次食完完全冇罪惡感,因為一啲都唔飽,不停問自己食過啲咩。
