難得細佬今晚7:30收工,一齊去佢公司附近的地方吃個晚飯,大坑有很多西餐廳,見這間很熱鬧就進去了。約有30座位,中間有一大班人聚會,非常熱鬧。點了杯Shiraz配海鮮,香料味道較強勁,酒體厚重,因為燈光昏暗,睇唔清酒色。雖然沙律菜是我每天的lunch,但今晚個沙律除了有無花果和芝士,最重要是果醋很清甜,這個味道立刻令人增加食慾!用了白酒煮的新西蘭都貝蜆,意想不到的新鮮,咬落彈牙,而且清甜,蒜香味道濃郁,不過不會蓋過鮮味,想一吃再吃!點了羊架,不太重羊肉的羶味,肉質特別嫰滑,調味不多,旁邊灑了海鹽,而且醬汁亦不會太鹹,微微煙燻過,更加突出羊肉主體。大坑的西餐廳都比較高檔,環境舒適,發掘了一個新的social corner。

同朋友去咗大坑,好鍾意大坑嘅氣氛,休閒得來,有點遠離繁囂,也有很多特色小店。朋友推介呢間西餐廳,當晚真係有好多人慶祝喎。真係幾好情調。。白啤煮蜆 $138呢個煮蜆用咗blanc beer烹調,啤酒味道都幾濃郁,能夠帶出蜆肉嘅鮮味,再加上當中還有香腸、蒜蓉同埋香料等等。各種食材的配搭也顯出了海鮮的鮮味。。烤鴨胸闊麵 $198這個闊條麵是相當的creamy,而且份量也不少,鴨胸肥瘦適中,整體來說是相當不錯。每條麵條都被醬汁包圍着,幾好食。

烤鴨胸闊麵 $198
這個闊條麵是相當的creamy,而且份量也不少,鴨胸肥瘦適中,整體來說是相當不錯。每條麵條都被醬汁包圍着,幾好食。

呢個乳豬雖然係¼隻,但係份量都唔少,兩個人來講都幾多,出其地,乳豬皮是非常香脆,應該是即叫即燒,肉質亦非常嫩滑,如果多幾個朋友,一起品嚐全隻就更好了。
值得一提是這個醬汁是非常的開胃,配合乳豬,非常適合啊。

五月第二個星期四晚上,天氣清涼。晚上跟密友來個每月一聚,這一次她說要為我補祝慶生,所以她選在大坑的這家餐廳。大坑餐廳的選擇很多,這家餐廳環境清幽,氣氛浪漫有格調,感覺是一家挺高級的餐廳。菜已經選好,首先送上自家製麵包,這是其中一款意大利pizza的餅底,有香草,小紅茄跟紅莓在裡面,非常鬆軟實在,最重要的是包是溫熱的,充滿香氣。第一道是無花果沙律,沙律爽身脆口,淋上適量果醋,配上新鮮無花果,酸酸甜甜非常開胃。之後有地中海香辣魷魚,魷魚圈份量足夠,香軟有嚼勁,配合少量辣椒片,跟意大利辣肉腸,惹味無比。吃前菜我們都點了一杯紐西蘭白酒,柔滑順喉,果香撲鼻,經理細心介紹葡萄酒的酒性,如何配合菜品,我們都非常喜愛這款優雅的葡萄酒。主菜是西班牙燒乳豬,乳豬是慢烤40分鐘,而且是下單後現烤的,外皮薄又脆,入口完全沒有油膩感肉質非常非常軟嫩,乳豬的香氣在口腔散發,餐廳的秘制醬汁帶點酸度,刺激味蕾,不愧是招牌菜。再有蘑菇鴨胸寬條麵,通常一般吃到的寬條麵乾又硬,但這裡的軟身度完美,醬汁非常濃郁,因為意大利面越寬,醬汁必須越濃,不然一定 會沒味道,想不到這道菜會這麼有驚喜。甜點是法式千層酥,店家知道我們是吃慶

甜點是法式千層酥,店家知道我們是吃慶生飯,於是貼心地在碟子上寫上名字,還有一根小小的蠟燭,這是我第一個有名字的生日甜點呢。千層酥脆口,甜度完全沒負擔,做到輕盈效果。

服務專業,每道菜上桌都會細心介紹菜品,讓客人知道菜品特色,發現香港有這服務的餐廳原來很少,而且會跟客人聊聊天,真的讓我們渡過了一個愉快舒服的晚上。
