-老饕牛排:肉質夠淋身,選了三成熟但好像過熟,中間只有淡淡的粉紅色;肉汁就比較少,也沒有牛的油脂,所以口感很乾
-鱸魚:肉質是外脆內軟,外皮不會蓋過魚的鮮甜,比主打的牛好吃
-虎蝦:有三隻,但每隻份量不大,蝦有鮮甜,但overcook了,浪費了
-鴨肝+$80:鴨肝煎得好香,外焦內軟,最好食的主菜,但也是沒有自身的油脂味
-配菜有大啡菇和薯條:大啡菇好重菇味,加上迷迭香和蒜蓉味挺濃味;但薯條就很普通又淋身

甜品:玉桂梨撻配提子冧酒雪糕)
梨撻有肉桂香味,底脆有些碎碎,但很乾,即使配雪糕食也很乾
梨子以檸檬蜜糖慢煮過,偏甜
冧酒雪糕酒味挺濃

The food quality and meat is really up there with the best steaks in Hong Kong.  Rather than always eating the traditional rib eye / sirloin, we opted to try their signature rib eye cap.  
Decided to go all the way and do their fresh lobster.  They offer a single lobster tail as a topper but its chilled and not live. 
Too bad I only went with a friend else I would have opted for their larger cuts.  

Had a few glasses of wines on the side.  Those were okay. 

Great food, and atmosphere.  Highly Recommended.

除左食物質素同環境之外,在場既幾位店員都不得不讚下,除左有禮貌之外,對每一道菜都非常熟悉,甚至斟水收碟都非常瞬速,服務做到無微不至,有機會會試埋佢地既虎蝦同鱸魚

主菜有3款可以揀分別有牛、魚、虎蝦,但係黎得扒房當然係食牛扒🤣根本唔洗糾結🤣 medium rare 嘅rib eye 煮得啱啱好,顏色粉嫩,肉質軟滑,點唔同種類嘅鹽黎食又有另一番風味,staff 特別推介Japanese garlic salt 同埋 Smoked sea salt黎配牛扒,加左之後牛肉鮮味更加突出,味道豐富d🥩 side dish 方面就有cheese fries 同埋大啡菇,真係大滿足🥰

今日係咪日子,煙雨濛濛之下,一個人走到歷史保育文物內鋸扒,竟然俾我遇上近乎完美的牛扒。 靚牛扒必須有油花,煎牛扒必須火猛至微焦,再加上特色鹽及醬汁,美味保證在面前,如果配合環境,更是錦上添花!  美國 USDA 肉眼扒開估啦,前水警總部 1881 Heritage 內的 The Steak Room 今午送上的肉眼,烤功出色,四面微焦,口感略脆,就是肥肉上亦烤出若干焦脆,牛扒中央卻是粉嫩,肉汁保持,入口完全無筋,口感豐腴有肉香,不過要唔怕肥肉,見到肥瘦肉交替,呢隻牛真係幾肥! 調味方面,準備了八款鹽,最特色是帶煙燻味的海鹽,嗅到到少許硫磺味,另一款日本黑蒜鹽,同樣獨特。接下來是選擇芥末醬,一款薄荷及七款芥末,各式其式,有些是自製的,我點了紅辣椒芥末,其實只有辛香,並無增加辣度。 以一棵蒜子及幾粒車厘茄子伴碟,皆細心烤過,蒜子已經焗至軟棉棉,一顆顆容易取出,食落完全沒有霸氣的味道實在太好! 大啡菇及芝士薯條兩款配菜亦稱職。若然晚上來吃扒,主餐牌上同級的 USDA Ribeye Cap 收費 $798,配菜估計需另收費,因此來吃個午餐非常超值,我花了每位$588,除牛扒外,包括以下前菜、湯

開估啦,前水警總部 1881 Heritage 內的 The Steak Room 今午送上的肉眼,烤功出色,四面微焦,口感略脆,就是肥肉上亦烤出若干焦脆,牛扒中央卻是粉嫩,肉汁保持,入口完全無筋,口感豐腴有肉香,不過要唔怕肥肉,見到肥瘦肉交替,呢隻牛真係幾肥!
