睇落係咪有啲細呢~
嗱呢個叫做肉眼上蓋,又名老饕肉,本身都勁少勁矜貴😂所以都係冇計
但係真心係好食嘅🤓個牛肉夠嫩滑又香又軟,舒服嘅
佢仲有a set of side dish咁
個菇我好似鋸緊另一塊扒咁😂勁好肉地勁juicy勁重菇味😂
薯條就😂薯條囉
但係都薄皮脆口好食嘅👍🏻

冇記錯佢係一個crumble嚟嘅

Food was tasty and of quality. Portions were generous and we were gratified with the food variety included in the set.

我本來book 左三間餐廳同上司慶祝生日,最後揀咗呢間,因為想食扒,但原來都幾貴,有頭盆,有湯,有主菜,冇甜品,都一set $1200,先講個頭盆,好靚又好好味,但份量真係好少,湯方面我叫左洋蔥湯,我朋友叫龍蝦湯,佢話好味,但我個湯好咸,咸得好緊要,好夠熱,個主菜係牛扒,有好多種鹽比你揀,都幾特別,另外,因為生日一定要叫甜品先會寫字,所以叫左個心太軟,加錢換都要$200😱,早知帶蛋糕算啦,品道唔係特別好,總括一個字貴!

食到這裡已到甜品,肉桂梨批+Rum酒雪糕。其實個批幾好食,只不過我真係太飽吃不完。

整體而言,在1881公館裡能有這個體驗與享受,物有所值。午市對我們來說,更加Value for money😊 我想我好快又會再去食第二次!

到了主角牛扒,我選了rib eye,朋友選了tenderloin。這牛扒肉質可說是頂級,烤熟的時間亦掌握得非常好,可說是完美的medium rare。跟以前Steak House 一樣,你可以選擇自己喜愛的牛扒刀,不同的是刀款少了,印象中以前可以選擇不同形狀的刀,如今刀款是一樣,只是顏色及花紋不同。另外餐廳提供八款鹽,侍應很有耐心地逐一介紹。其中三款是吃牛扒,其他五款是吃海鮮的。這裡芥辣一共有八款,我比較喜歡辣椒味及辣根味芥辣。

最後是甜品,去過 Steak House嘅人都知道,兩個人千祈唔好叫兩份甜品,因為份量極之大。個心太軟朱古力蛋糕有差不多半磅, Apple Crumble 亦有一個迷你pizza的size。甜品相當有水準,只可惜食太飽了,吃了兩口唯有打包宵夜。

再次到訪此餐廳,今日遇到個好細心嘅侍應,佢叫做Jimmy。專業嘅staff係會提升到成個用餐體驗。 Jimmy會介紹哩度嘅牛油係好食,而且係低鹽牛油,咁啲牛油又真係唔錯~因為我上次嚟嘅時候都覺得佢啲牛油係幾好食~。點餐嘅時候,佢又會同我哋預下啲份量,驚我哋女仔食唔曬。上牛扒嘅時候,佢又會話畀客人知嗰8樽鹽,其實只有頭尾2樽係用嚟配牛扒(smoked sea salt & Japanese black garlic salt) ,淨番個6樽係用嚟食海鮮嘅,上次嚟係完全冇人介紹過,但明明呢度食牛扒係sell鹽同埋sell 嗰啲醬😌。到揀牛扒刀嘅時候,雖然把把刀係一樣嘅,就係畀客人揀下刀嘅花紋,但係當我喱個港女話想同啲刀影相,佢又會細心咁樣拎過另外一盒裝滿嘅刀嚟畀我影。原來哩位員工只係第5日響呢度返工,聽講佢之前係去不同餐廳嗰度做training嘅,唔怪之得對食材同調味料配搭咁有認識啦。

Jimmy會介紹哩度嘅牛油係好食,而且係低鹽牛油,咁啲牛油又真係唔錯~因為我上次嚟嘅時候都覺得佢啲牛油係幾好食~。
點餐嘅時候,佢又會同我哋預下啲份量,驚我哋女仔食唔曬。
上牛扒嘅時候,佢又會話畀客人知嗰8樽鹽,其實只有頭尾2樽係用嚟配牛扒(smoked sea salt & Japanese black garlic salt) ,淨番個6樽係用嚟食海鮮嘅,上次嚟係完全冇人介紹過,但明明呢度食牛扒係sell鹽同埋sell 嗰啲醬😌。
到揀牛扒刀嘅時候,雖然把把刀係一樣嘅,就係畀客人揀下刀嘅花紋,但係當我喱個港女話想同啲刀影相,佢又會細心咁樣拎過另外一盒裝滿嘅刀嚟畀我影。
原來哩位員工只係第5日響呢度返工,聽講佢之前係去不同餐廳嗰度做training嘅,唔怪之得對食材同調味料配搭咁有認識啦。
