重頭劇當然係肉眼扒喇😋係上菜前waiter攞左十款鹽向我地逐一介紹,連送牛排食嘅mustard sauce都有成十款以上,真係令人花多眼亂🤣rib eye我就揀左medium rare, 食落口感冇想像中咁嫩,但都已經相當唔錯,每一啖都食到牛扒嘅肉汁,味道算係中上😋個set跟左薯條同大啡菇做side dish, 食到呢度已經8成飽。

最後甜品係一個非常精緻嘅梨tart❤️相對平時食開嘅蘋果tart, 梨tart味道偏甜,食落有淡淡嘅玉桂香,同rum酒雪糕亦非常夾。

I came to this restaurant mainly due to the reputation of Steak House at Intercontinental Hotel and I can assure that the quality is still there.

The set lunch menu started with different kinds of bread and the most impressive one is brioche which was warm and tender.

The appetizer platter consisted of 4 different dishes namely crab salad, beef carpaccio and scallop. Nice presented dishes with fabulous taste.

Lobster Bisque was another highlight of the meal as it was so rich and creamy.

As a steak house, the spotlight is always on the signature steak! Steak was USAD Ribeye and it was cooked to the point! (medium rare)

I also added lobster tail which was surprisingly delicious.

The nice weekend lunch ended with a strawberry trio and the mousse was unexpectedly nice.

I would highly recommend this restaurant

我地都係第一次黎,慢慢睇都無可厚非,待應都好心既,提我地其實揀個main course食咩就得。最後我地當然揀ribeye cap啦。

首先送上麵包,但其實當時男友去了洗手間,仍未回來,但都照問我要邊款。其實我覺得應該等人齊先上,個包係熱熱地既,不過人返到都凍左啦。
包有3款,全部都幾好味既,如果再熱少少就好。

頭盤幾好味,蝦夠彈牙,個汁都唔錯。牛肉他他都夠入味,肉質唔鞋。帶子配埋菠蘿同煙肉食都很不錯。

可惜杯熱檸水太難飲,苦澀難入口。
服務不過不失,可惜沒有令人賓至如歸的感覺。


這間餐廳的名氣、裝飾氣派同價錢都會令人有更高的期待,可惜只有食物的質素尚算滿意,其他有待更好!

~came for the steak but it's a bit too salty for my liking 🧂
Quite interesting to have diff types of salts to go with but the forest mushroom and black pepper sauce were just so-so
스테이크 먹으로 왔는데 짠 편이고 버섯 소스도 별로라서 좀 실망하더라구요
ㅠㅠ 근데 특별하게 여러종류 소금을 같이 서브해줘서 신기했어요
ステーキを食べにきたが、塩っぱいすぎるから、少しがっかりしましたよ 涙
でも、いろんな種類の塩と一緒に出してくれたから、面白いました ふふ

My fav goes to the bread which was really soft and buttery 🍞
Followed by beef tartare🥩, onion soup🧅, grilled garlic 🧄 and baked potato gratin🥔
솔직히 말하면 빵이 젤 맛있었어요ㅋㅋㅋ 버터가 넉넉하고 부드러웠어요
パンはバターが豊かで柔らかいから、一番美味しいました。

The dining environment can be improved as there was some dripping water from the air con 😅
Prefer to be seated outside as I do like the Scandinavian ambience brought by natural sunlight ☀️

Intercontinental重新裝修, 改回麗晶酒店期間, 除了欣圖軒外, 其他餐廳也要結業. 以Calvin Choi為首的西餐團隊在附近的1881開了Odea和The Steak Room兩家西餐廳. 前者主打當代法國菜, 後者則是Intercontinental的The Steak House的延續, 自然就是一家扒房. The SteakRoom的位置前身就是St. George, 又是Philippe Orrico在香港成名之處, 很有桃花依舊, 人面全非的感慨. 比起一般酒店Steakhouse的Set Lunch要加錢才有牛扒, 這裡可直接選擇, 而且是Ribeye Cap, 真的很佛心. Ribeye Cap也就是肉眼扒頂上的一塊肉, 我們稱它為”老饕肉”, 油脂和肉味也是肉眼扒的精華, 五成熟的煮法剛好迫出其油香, 肉質嫩滑, 肉香和油脂平衡度夠, 火喉控制完善之餘, 外皮的焦脆和碳烤香提升了本身口感和味道的層次. 面對這塊高水準的烤牛扒, 只要簡單加上天然的鹽就夠, 這裏的有七種, 主要來自夏威夷及喜馬拉雅山的海鹽和岩鹽. 這些細節位的注重, 也令我對這家新扒房好感提升不少. 當然也要謝謝女朋友找到這家餐廳吧! (她常常嚷著要給她Credit呢! 哈哈!)

洲際的steak house 是一個很好的回憶,steak room這間標榜是行政總廚過檔,無論餐具,餐牌,都有似曾相識的感覺,這一切連賬單價錢都很接近。所用的擺枱,食物調味料海鹽,品種與新鮮程度都明顯有大落差,是放了很久。自選餐刀當然沒有這個選擇。食材,服務,味道,環境只是一間餐房。50 /50的湯只有3口,洋蔥湯沒有香味,龍蝦湯還可以接受,主菜用上牛柳,當然完全沒有碳燒味,蘋果金寶三流貨色,配菜是芝士焗薯塊,只吃了一塊,薯仔熱力不夠水分濕淰。蘋果金寶沒有蘋果香。鴨肝沒有焦香,午餐的與steak house 是相約,為了尋找回憶,我們一伙人都夢醒了。
